This is one of the worst project of Rohan Builders when it comes to construction quality. Though they have improved over time
Plaster quality is really bad. Peeling off in common areas. Try to fix a nail and it will come in your hand. Tiles are popping out in individual apartments and seepage issues are every where. Material from pergola fell off few weeks back. Luckily, no one was hurt.
Builder provides some relief but all temporary. Not a place to be in if you want peace of mind. 7 years and still lot of project related issues are not sorted out. In house maintenance team doing a great job though.
