I have been buying from here since almost 10 years. Rohit and his spouse are very knowledgeable in sports. They suggest good racket according to skill level and price is always better than most offline and online place

The worst Customer Service ever with very poor quality products. I have been a regular customer atleast more than 5 times ignoring the customer service as it was close to my house and finally I badly regret my decision going back, the regret started with when I asked him, do you remember me and he proudly says No! Which I am sure he remembers none of the customers except the currency given to him, as he cares only about the business and not the customers. I had gone a month back to change the grip, his father and his employee recommended a colored grip when asked and they gave a guarantee that the color will not fade nor get dirty and I confirmed it 3 times and they were so positive, they also made a statement " Y would we keep products like that ". Well the grip became so dirty in less than 2 weeks and I did not bother, but when I went recently to change the tension (strings) and mention the issue of the grip expecting no refund, his father jumps out of the chair and denies of recommending and also calls me lier without any hesitation and I was like wow! This is how you talk to your customers! I didn't want to argue further hence I asked for the receipt so that I could leave. Guess what the next funny part is, his son the owner denies to give me a receipt, as he wants to justify the argument and make sure he wins it and then is when he wanted to give me a receipt. I had to walk out with such embarrassment which no one should go through atleast as a customer. In fact when I mentioned this to my friends they had gone through the same worst Customer Service. They talk to you as if we are not the only customer to them, if not us someone else. Then I came to a realisation why did I go to them more than 5 times, it's nothing but coz of their poor quality products. I hope he knows or realises that, this is not the only store in Bangalore. I recommend customers with Self-Respect to never visit this store, unless you want to lose it.

Response towards customers is very poor. Today we went to buy badminton rackets. Due to poor response to our queries we bought it from other shop.

Good store in Madiwala to buy sports equipments. They have a good collection of items here and the price is reasonable. Parking is limited in front of the store.

One of my favourite shops to buy sports goods. The shop owner is very understanding and gives you options and suggestions to buy as per your need and expertise to play.
