So far my experience had been good with Roho. But this time they assigned someone to me for haircut and beard trimming who was not trained properly for the job. As expected, it was a total disaster.

Not going back again.

Good service at reasonable price. Visited recently for a haircut and hair color, Mr. Wong suggested and explained well and catered to the look I wanted, providing excellent service. All the staff here are very polite and always provide good service.

Update: I have been a regular customer here for more than a year. As mentioned in my previous feedback every staff here is really good. But today want to appreciate Pratima, she always caters to every tiny ask of mine, make sure that I get that perfect look and best service every single time I visit. She is very humble and polite of a person.

Great place, they have everything. Only issue is I can never get them to give me the haircut I want cause they always seem to misunderstand my instructions but they also gave me a really good hair cut many times so it balances out.

Good experience. Went for a Hair cut. Rates starting from ₹200. Place was well-maintained and my place was sanitized before I sat. Overall safe and good experience.

The staff are friendly and professional. The salon is kept very tidy and organized. I liked the hair cut I got. However the only issue I had was some hidden prices. I don't mind paying extra for covid time disposal charges, but they charged extra for hair wash which I didn't even take. Kindly mention all the prices to the customer before they go for the service.

I got a hair spa, hair cut. The service was pretty good. However I feel it's a bit costly and they charged extra for a disposable gown they used during hair cut which dint make any sense to me nor they informed me about the charge in advance. And also they charged me more for hair spa though my hair length was less.

Good staylists are available they can understand English and Hindi, premise is not being updated since years

Good ambience. Stylist for men are not as professional as in Mumbai. More good facility is provided at mumbai at 200rs compared to this.

They're pretty good at what they do. One of the best places to visit if you need a trendy makeover. Aman is a new hairdresser who is extremely patient and does an excellent job.

Never thought it would be a very good salon. But was pleasantly surprised by how courteous and service oriented the staff were. They would accommodate most of your requests happily and would leave you with a pleasant feeling about the whole experience. They are not heavy also on the pocket like other salons. Good place and hope they do stay are good as they are currently.

I like the service here. Week ends are quite crowded. So if you have an option try on week days. Also, please try to book an appointment before going. They have membership cards also which you can use for different offers which they usually forget to inform their customers. So please ask them about it and get the benefits.

This was honestly my first time at an upscale salon and I can only say that I was thoroughly impressed by the facilities and the professional and skilled staff. I'd gone just for a "normal haircut" and it was probably the best my hair had looked in years

I went there yesterday for haircut, shave, tan pack and facial.
Haircut was good (can be better). Shaving was worrible as the guy looks like first time holding a blade so was clearly struggling to clean shave.
Now coming to tan pack and facial it was just wow
Kim was just fab and has magical finger.big thumbs up for kim.
Lot of new barber doing haircutting should be trained more, i have seen better people ealier in roho.

Not worthy with the prices and extremely rude in their behavior while talking to customer over phone, Many time I observed that they don't note down customer's requirement and argue with you in the middle of the job. Their service is average but don't know how to behave with customer. Only haircut is fine but think before any other services.

Nice place, wonderful people, professionals at work. The Salon is always full so take a prior appointment and be there on time. Loved to get hair cuts from Hemant. I have got hair cut done for my one and half year kid as well.

The people working here are very polite, professional. The work done is of superior quality. You need to do advance booking one day advance to avail their service on weekends.

I had visited the Salon once. They were really good!
I wanted to visit again. I gave a call.and they just picked up the phone and kept it aside!
I mean.how unprofessional guyz. If you have no slot or are busy or any other reason.atleast be a little professional.pick up the phone and talk.

Good staff and service in reasonable price. I went for hair styling and Coloring and I am very much satisfied. Now I became permanent customer of this saloon.

Only a salon in Bengaluru I used to go for hair cut. Nothing to say more. Gents section is absolutely fabulous. Keep it up.

One of the best parlors around that can strongly compete with other so called well known salons. The salon is well maintained. If I could rate for their hygiene, 5 stars aren't enough.

Good salon, service is upto the mark, I took several services several times, I like there pedicure, threading as well the hair related services are good. Few things I don't like they will keep on insisting which u may not prefer.

Visited Roho to get my beard done. Jordan did an excellent work. Been here once earlier for a haircut and it was great as well. Overall happy and satisfied with the staffs and services at Roho.

This was my first time here. I had an appointment on 20 November at 7.30 p.m. But not able to reach there due to traffic condition, then they told me that they are going to shift my appointment on 21st around 7: 30 p.m. To 8 p.m. But when I was there at 7: 30 on 21st nov, they told me there was no appointment on my name and they can't allot a slot today. That's not accepted. I was suffered for someone else mistake. It was not a good first experience at all. Thanks.

Amazing place to get an haircut. I also got other services done like pedicure, manicure and waxing.everything done so well and with full dedication. Nominal rates, courteous staff and good atmosphere. A big Thumbs up

Worst experience on hair cut, I specifically asked him not to reduce hair length much but he cut my hair more than half. I regret a lot, I should have gone to some local saloon. I had similar experiences with colour highlights, but again thought of to give another try on hair cut. I instructed him multiple times that I'm looking for decent shape but don't want to comprise on length but he did exactly opposite.this was my last visit to Roho, will never recommend anyone specially for hair services.

I have been regular here, very professional and courteous staff. Great service. One of the better place in AECS layout.
