Easily one of the better yoga classes I have done. Neha is a passionate instructor who borrows from different disciplines. She is able to focus on the group as well as on the individual- creating a physical and mental practice for consistency. Best of luck to her and her endeavors!

It's been almost three months since I joined yoga classes at Rooftop yoga. We practice a variety of asanas to improve our flexibility and core strength. I particularly enjoy the flows and Friday core exercises, which are intense, but totally worth it. Neha always advices us to listen to our body and work on it as per our capability.

I cherish the yoga classes at Rooftop yoga. There are different routines every class, some days we are teamed with partners to help each other hone our yoga skills. We also practice animal flows which are really fun. Neha encourages everyone to go deeper into the postures depending on our flexibility. I eagerly wait every week to practice at Rooftop yoga.

Neha is an amazing yoga teacher, we have been taking online yoga classes with her for more than 1.5 years. She takes great effort to understand the client's current state of body and mind, and structures the classes accordingly. I started my fitness journey with rooftop yoga, awesome place to start with yoga. You will never get bored to do same asana because everyday there is something new to do. I will say best teacher for yoga and best yoga studio (awesome rooftop place).
