Been to Roopsangam for the purchase of silk sarees. The collections were very good. The sales girls approch was very nice.would recommend for friends and family

Collections are good. But the lady owner is the worst horrible lady. She behaved very rudely. Never go to this place if u see a lady at the billing desk. Horrible horrible horrible lady owner at the billing desk

Bad behaviour by the person who is present near the billing counter. He talks unprofessionally and rudely with the customer. I decided that I will never visit this shop again because of this person. I feel very bad for the girls who work there.

In this era of online shopping and customer centricity, offline business has to adapt to new ways of working.

There are too many options available and more than anything customer service matters.

Besides, the cost is too high, no discount, no negotiation too. Totally I don't see any reason to visit again.

Collections are good but overpriced.
Arrogant people at bill desk. Display items aren’t supposed to be touched also by kids. Then why you guys keep in display at first place. We understand if kids misbehave with product but shouldn’t create problem if its gently touched

They are over priced I felt we can get same cloth with more fair price in many other places

Both Malleshwaram & This brach are same worst behaviors. They don't know to treat customers properly

We used to be regular here. But on diwali season we ended by purchasing lot of clothing gifts for relatives. And then due to sizing issues we had to go exchange it the same day at 7PM. I went to the shop along with my relatives so that we can do better sizing and we were just turned down and asked to leave. I also told that i want to make more purchases and not just exchange. The person openly told that during peak hours they don't want to "WASTE" time on the same customer for the second time and that we must visit between 12-4PM for any exchange. Now as my relative were leaving to their hometown i had to ask them to keep the stuff they did not like/fit. In this era of online shopping, i would rather prefer buying online than a shop which humiliates their own customers. We had shopped for around 10k that day. And over all we may have shopped for atleast 2lakhs in this shop in the past year. So after that humiliation, i now know i will never spend a penny here. Customer service is only for their profit and not adding any value. So basically if you want to exchange, you go with less dignity, as simple as that! Also 12-4pm is working hours for anyone, so do you expect us to come exchange taking a leave from office? !? This is where you lack value!

Very rude and unprofessional, I went for exchange at 6pm an old person at counter behaved like we are beggers, very rudely he said after 4pm we will not accept exchange on one customer we can't waste our time twice for them customer is waste of time so before u buy any clothes think of this, I decided I'll never go to this place again.
