Royal Brothers - Bike Rentals

Useful service to be availed if you are planning to roam around the city. After due calculation, the cumulative auto charges would be higher than renting this bike (including fuel) charges!
Also the Mysore roads are big and safe to drive around.

The Place looks like kind of oldish.
You need to download app verify your identity by posting aadhar and Driving License. Then you can rent out Bikes
I rented out activa for 739.85 for 24hrs
They give 0.5 litres of petrol

Smooth experience booking, pickup and dropping of bike. Place looks like some old mansion due to which was not able to tell it was royal brothers office. Bike was in good condition and did not have problem during our 8 day rental hire.

We booked an Activa 6g and the seat was not getting closed after opening it. Even the tires were almost flat we have 12psi in both the tyres. We were disappointed with the service in Mysore branch.

They have very limited time until 7.30 in the evening they will close.
They give one driving license on bike.
Felt costly.

Horrible experience … at Mysore we were asked to submit ant let them keep our original DL instead of a deposit, which I was not comfortable submitting my original DL someone random stranger. The customer care was not helpful too

The person who is in charge of giving bikes is very rude!

The worst ever service, these couldn't even adjust fir an hour, we had to cancel our train/flight just bcz they did not give us back our DL an hour before. Ugliest.

Per day 800 rs are being charged they say hourly rentals and all but for one day chargs they collect which i felt very expensive.

Good service. But a little bit costly. They are charging for extra helmets including taxes.

I am a Hyderabadi and Visited Mysore in December 2022.
I experimented with a new way of roaming around Mysore through Royal Brothers bike rental.

This is to optimize my travel expenses wherever possible and have better control and use of my traveling day when I was stepping out of my hotel.

The cost is reasonable if you utilize it fully. Make a note that the fuel when the vehicle is handed over to you would be nearly empty. You must get the fuel filled to avoid issues.

Be cautious about the overtime policy as they charge a heavy fine if the vehicle is not returned in time without an advanced extension.

Original proofs required - This is sometimes difficult as most people wont carry original DL when they travel.

I have been a regular customer of RB, but mysore has different policy of submitting driving licence while taking the vehicle. But the staff is attentive and made sure they returned the DL when you drop off.

Rented their Activa 6g for 2 days, which was in mint condition. Gave us an average of 42km/l. A little bit tedious online paper work but much needed as well. No deposit. Make sure you book in advance.
Kumar was very helpful as well.

The service people lack total empathy. While I was on a trip across India, they didn’t provide the bike because I didn’t have a document while I uploaded every document required. They even rejected the offer by me and customer support to take a exorbitant security deposit. This lack of empathy for travellers and the plans is totally unexpected.

Friendly, easy to find and near the Railway station. They speak many languages and they are ready to help at any time.

All the vehicles are new and good. Mileage is around 30kmpl. But have to be careful while taking vehicle to avoid extra penalty over scratches and distance. Plz take photo and video of the vehicle and meter while taking.

4. Helmets could have been in better condition
5. Returned the bike with an hour delay durle to traffic, glad that they waived that off.
6. Also best in price range.

Worst day ever royal brothers mysore, i had booked a fasino fir a day and they wanted the bike back with 5: 30 where all others bike can be given by 7. When i reached there the guys wanted my original driving license and passport i litterly begged him and customer care tat i can give my original aadhar which they wer not ready to accept.but the guy whose working there gave a bike infornt of me to someone without any original documents.when i cann customer care of refund they are offering me 50 percent refund. Worst day ever.please neva book a bike here.they habe started there services in airport only because people carry their passport there. I was just for a day there and I lost so much time in this nonsense please neva and ever book herr there are many more good places to hire a bike

Worst bike maintenance.and try to convince us if we complain.too many conditions.and blame us for all. Only one damaged helmet given should carry your own for pillion.

Price is to high and for Scotty they only give 50kms limit for one day and scooter is not at all good conditions and Application is very slow. Need to improve the service.

Service was good. Location of Royal Brothers not too far from the railway station. As always, check out your vehicle before renting it out

2 km away from Mysore railway station, well maintained bikes …. And staff over there are very cooperative and friendly …

We rented 2 bikes in mysore, we tried to use the option time extension available in the app but we wer not able to do it as it said payemnt error option, kumar one of the coordinator in mysore spoke with no respect and rude to us when we returned the bikes by 1.30 hours. This kind of customer service is going affect the organisations growth. Mr.kumar working in mysore Royal brothers needs to learn how handle customers.

Very well maintained bikes availability here. You have to book your rental from their official website only. Please once check the vehicle condition before taking rented vehicle. I rented bikes twice from here. One to tamilnadu touring another time rented for chikmagalur. I've faced no problems with both trips. Bikes are maintained good

Located in Mysore, very near to Railway station service is good and bikes also good better if u guys give option to choose the bike on spot which helps customer to find good condition bikes

Worst service. Location is wrong. Not is receiving phone. Not helping also. Telling to come in the night

Service is very good. Staff's are very gentle & polite but the condition of the activa 3g which I got is very bad.
Speedometer & self-starter is not working.
We need to use kicker at least 10 times to get start. Activa 5g & other new bike's are well maintained.

Rented Activa from this place and vehicles are maintained very well and staff is very polite and helpful.

They hide tge gst details and give a very huge amount as final price, helmet provided are of very low quality and they charge 100extra for one helmet, cancellation policy is even worse they charge u about 20 percent extra for a simple booking cancelled within 1 hour

They hide so many details give out a huge sum at the end, poor helmet quality and customer care service

Very bad experience and such a pathetic service. First made me wait for half an hour and the executive asks me if I can give the vehicle two kms away from the required point. They provided helmet but they din't provide the head cap and when asked the executive for the same he is like please adjust. Finally got the vehicle but the breaks were in very bad condition, when informed the same to the executive he argues that, if you want you can cancel the booking don't complain about the vehicle. Not a pleasent experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Not so good experience for me.they gave me a quite old activa 3g in damaged condition. It was horrible to drive that scooty.

However, after this feedback, it was followed up by customer care team in a very nice way. I really appreciate their efforts. They made me promise they will look into this matter and take the appropriate action. I feel they realise the importance of customers experience.

Horrible. Everything is done online yet the app barely works. Instead of helping, the staff just wandered around or played on their phones and told me to call the main office. It took an hour and a half for me to rent the bike.

This place arround 2km from railway station and offer pickup drop at A2B hotel near railway station also. The vehicle are in well maintained condition. Royal Brothers also offer extra helmet for Rs50. For weekends it is advisable to book in advance through their app & website. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their office is easily located on main road near fish land and easily visible. Do not take vehicle without all documents. I would recommend to call the concerned person 30min before you reach office to pickup the vehicle.

I took the Honda activa (vehicle no: KA03AE4763) on 1st July for four days with one more extra helmet & they provided it.the helmet one was for my wife & the helmet was not a new one it was old one with thread type to tie it and as we are new to this place someone stolen one helmet. I thought to buy second hand helmet but my wife asked me to inform them first might be they give some good suggestions but when I went to them and informed the whole scenario they are asking me to provide a new branded helmet or to provide Rs. 850 (royal brothers /manager in Mysore) When I confirmed with one of the shopkeeper they said brand new helmet will cost me only Rs. 450 with ISi & I will get local helmet below Rs. 200 So, I am not at all happy with the service which I got here also adding one more thing when I booked the ride I went to railway station and waited their for almost more than 40 mins i got it But I went to madikeri and their services are far better than them. Really fed up with this Mysore facilities

Rented a Dominar for a couple of days for a ride. Covered decent distance and the bike didn't let me down even once, they are well maintained.

Service was prompt and delivery was quick and hassle free. Deposit refunded within 2 hours of ride completion. They do check engine oil and brake oil level and brake pads before delivering the bike.

Kumar was responsive and picked my calls when necessary.

A small thing to keep in mind, if you are riding into Ooty via Mudumalai National Park, the police check post will ask for permit and cause you some trouble. They have stopped us for nearly one hour in the forest and after a lot of requesting, they allowed us into Tamil Nadu.

Hi.we went fro mysore to wayanad and back, took RE classic 150 great bike and good maintenance.we enjoyed the trip.
