Very bad condition of bike we got. There are not brakes for the bike. Even after paying full payment we received very bad quality of helmets as well as very bad condition of bike. Please consider your decision while renting any bike.

Most horrible and extremely unprofessional service ever. If there was an option to give minus rating I would do that as well. They just take money first online and when it comes to uploading the documents, it never happens on website or on app due to their issues. If somehow you manage to reach the customer service even they keep you waiting for 15 to 20 min. I called them 5 times and only one time they were reachable. I don't have words ro express my words.please don't take the service

Got a royal brothers subscription. Received best service from Stephen in subscription team. He was very patient in delivery and picking the vehicle back, explained things clearly and they resolved issue asap. Got the second subscription due to the service and assurance given by him which was not the same with other rental companies.
Smooth experience, decently maintained bikes. Had taken a KTM Adventure 250 and a BMW GS310. Fuel indicators were glitchy on both bikes. The 200 km daily limit is on the lower side for the BMW.
I had taken Rbx Subscription for 3 months from last December. We were provided excellent customer service. All responses were prompt and professional. Stephen who had come to pick up the vehicle was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning the subscription along with Great service, efficient communication. I would recommend them unreservedly.
Quite a seamless experience renting out the bike. Well maintained. Also, got a helmet and a head cover. If any complaints, it would be that the bike required some wash. Other than that, faced no issues. Thanks a lot to the supervisor at the parking lot whose name unfortunately escapes me at the moment. Thanks a lot buddy!
Bad experience. From staff. Booked 2 helmets they don't gave us 2 helmet, They told us to buy another and go. Amount also not refunded. When we took vehicle out side with one helmet police caught us and paid fine ₹1000. Very bad service.
They have good bikes, but they are pricing them exorbitantly high. They need to revise their policy on taking extra charges for cleaning, and should strive to provide functional helmets, not for the sake of rules. (We took helmets, which created a lot of issue while driving as the glass was closing down suddenly and it had too much stains which makes it very unclear), (ofcourse we would have taken others, but they don't have a single good one to pick) Also, make your addresses a bit more clear in the mobile app.
One of the best service, good customer service, i would love to book more bike and reffer to all my friends, bike experience is good, no damage, smooth service. The app is user friendly and very helpful, budget friendly, appu Raj and team was very friendly and helpful in helping in app, and booking i use to rent bikes, for a long time and i had no issue on any of the service, but i would request royal brother to complement me with some offers, coz i been a very old customer sinces 2016 # all the best team # Koramangala
One of not good experience today. I have booked an Activa for two days. Reached the pick up location which is in Koramangala and to my surprise they don't have a single helmet available. And I cannot take the two wheeler without helmet. Not at all a professional way of managing bookings.
