Very bad experience with them. Rented a honda hornet, display was not working, false information given by technician with respect to 3 litre petrol in it but actually not even 1 litre petrol and it stopped working in between. Never take the bike from them
This time I had a bad experience with RB. Firstly the bike stopped in midle, when I checked the fuel it was there. I've to raise the ticket which came up that we need to put more fuel. Why so, when I got the bike it was hardly something there but it worked fine, but when fuel was way more than what they gave the bike stopped and we need to put more fuel. Strange.
They mention for 30minute before extension, but when I tried to extend 3hour before also the ride was not extended and when I called customer support and told that I'll be late by 1 hour approx (10-10: 30PM) they said facility will be closed at 9: 30. Asking me to pay some penalty charges of approx 1000/-. I said ok I'll return the bike next day early morning 7: 30am. When I reached the facility at night 10: 15pm (same day) there were people coming for drop and I dropped the bike, post which I asked how much charges the person said 2000/- which is 1 day cost of bike just for 1 hour delay I that also I tried to extend many hour prior.
They're laying about the closing time as well jus to make extra money on extra delayed time. Customer support said he has raised the complaint when I called and argured my point why you've booked the next ride just within 30min of drop point. Other person can get into a situation so you can charge him more money.
They've not yet closed my booking yet. Now they're getting the polularity so now they're fooling people.
Overall experience was good. The booking process through the website is hassle free. The staff was very patient while clarifying any doubts and while briefing about the vehicle. All the details are uploaded in the website, such as pictures taken of the vehicle before lending, odometer reading, etc, so that there is no confusion later regarding any damages on the vehicle or the number of kilometres covered. Would recommend to any first time travellers and also any solo travellers for an easy booking experience.
Arrogant people will talk to you very rude and threaten you with legal case if you couldn’t return the bike in time or at the same pick-up location cuz of some emergency and will send you an inflated bill be careful of working with them
Really bad behaviour from the staff. My friend and I booked two scooters, but our troubles began when one of them was punctured. I patiently waited for it to be fixed, but instead of accommodating me, they asked me to leave with the scooter, even though there was parking space available.
The staff's behavior throughout the ordeal was also extremely disappointing.
To make matters worse, when we returned the scooter after riding just 30kms, it got punctured again in the same spot. To our surprise, we were charged an extra 100 rupees for the puncture, which seemed unreasonable for such a short ride.
I've had better experiences with this rental service in other locations, which makes this one stand out negatively.
This is the worst bike rental ever I had, I Am a frequent traveller and understand the things how needs to go, 1. Staff executive were not at all trained and they don’t know anything about the site of the company for whom they are working 2. Fleet executive is concerned only about money and no customer satisfaction is important for them. 3. The site and app which they have made js ridiculous. 4. Me and my friend both went for taking the two wheeler on rent, however while handing over the vehicle by my friend they said that my license will be not given as at the time of handing over vehicles I was not there are you serious, they think like customer will run away. 5. They don’t have an option to pay in cash as there should be an option to pay in cash because they have made a disaster site which don’t work at the time of payment due to that my bus was missed and also I got late for the other plan. 6. Fleet executive was only concerned about money to be paid and what about my license and also I have made a deposit they can easily cut charges from that deposit and could have given license to my friend as charges were 400 and deposit was 500.
At last I will say please don’t go For this vender as there is not at all flexibility and also they will take your money and that’s it they don’t bother about the service they will Cut your call frequently at that time you will be helpless so pls be careful about that.
This is the best bike rental in Bangalore. It is located just beside Indiranagar Metro Station, so it is very convenient to pick up and drop off the bike. The service is good, but the only downside is that there is sometimes a wait to pick up and drop off the bike.
The services are good and at an affordable price! They provide helmets and the booking can be done online. The store is situated in the basement near to the metro station.
Best bike rental service provider in city. Through professional approach, easy to navigate & user friendly app. But most important & best of all, is the very good condition scooters & bikes. Neatly maintained & timely serviced good condition vehicles are provided. Courteous & knowledgeable staff at their Indiranagar outlet are a added plus point, who help simplify the pick up & drop off formalities. Highly impressive till date. Hope they maintain same service & courtesy in future too. Deducting 1 star point only for the reason that their prices are on higher side. Normally I refrain from criticising or comparing with others, but here concluding with special mention that compared to other bike rental services in Bangalore, RB is far better & way ahead in all aspects bcoz I have personally had bad experiences with few other rental services. Moreover vehicles provided by other rental services are in pathetic conditions.
Liked the rental bikes. Rented Activa twice so far and their condition is excellent. Service and support is excellent. Anand from support team helped promptly with a query.
AWEsome service! And GREAT bikes! I used a Hornet for two days and an Activa for another two. Very happy with the experience. Well serviced and well maintained. No need to be sceptical about going for long drives on them! Timely delivery, one of the best options of you're in city for a few days and you need a reliable ride! Only suggestion would be keep a few more helmets of different sizes.
It's located in the basement below cafe coffee day, call them once before you go there to make sure the bike is ready, our bike was unfortunately punctured and they took an hour to fix it, which delayed us.
Great experience, took a Yamaha RayZR for 24 hrs. Soni is very good & answered all questions during pickup, Irfan also helped with smooth drop off when everyone else was busy. Scooty was in spotless condition, and ran very well. 30min grace period was respected, no extra fee charged. Would recommend.
Faraz and Raj kumar at Indira nagar RB showroom did an amazing job. He gave the perfect scooty. Scooty was in perfect condition and i recommed this in bangalore without a doubt.

I am completely disappointed with the services these guys provide, it all started when we reached the pick up location to get our bike, when we reached there we were told that the bike we booked is no more available since it had to get some repairs done, when we asked why weren’t we updated about it before we reached there, the royal brother representative standing there was like we sent the vehicle in the garage for the repairs and were expecting the vehicle soon, my question is if the vehicle was so damaged in the first place how were they even willing to provide that to us to go on the road with? Secondly why were we not informed about the situation before hand? We stood there waiting for the representative to arrange some call or provide us with some other alternatives but the guy stood there with a very rude reply saying it’s not his fault that the vehicle came in damaged the same morning! Highly disappointed with ROYAL BROTHERS! I would never ever recommend anyone to book a vehicle from you guys. I really hope you guys read this particular review and understand how to deal with your customers and provide them the services you promise!
Please read before booking 1. Their approach changes once you complete payment.they find ways to make u cancel booking and make you lose cancellation charges.they told me that my aadhar image had a slight blur, though number and other details were clearly readable I waited for around 1.5 hours for document verification from their poor customer support.i even send my e aadhar with password immediately on WhatsApp as they asked by their customer support.finally I got very late for work and had to cancel and lose money

Saying image of documents is slightly blurred after making payment is wrong.if they are a trustworthy company, they should verify document before asking for payment
3.they make you pay for defects which were there even before u took
4. They put lot of hidden charges.actual amount you pay is much more than you see
5. They are understaffed. So the overworked staff dont respond properly to your queries.
6.i heard of many people giving bad opinions about them. There are many fake postive reviews posted by their staff.dont get fooled by them
If you don't have self respect and dont mind getting cold response from staff, dont mind losing money and more importantly lose time waiting and get frustrated go for it. Else go for other options
Bloody Scammers! They will show one amount charge in thousands extra. All their store executives will be thugs, (especially the ones in the hennur lake branch) they will try and extract more money from you however possible, and you can always expect the worst possible customer care people who will reply with such audacity. Never ever rent from this company the worst and disgusting rental ever.
Had a nice experience. Bike condition was good and overall customer handling is nice. Shoutout to Irfan who handled my experience at RB, keep up the good work!
