I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the experience my party and I had at your restaurant on 20th August. I regret to inform you that the evening turned out to be quite the opposite of what we had anticipated.

Firstly, I must highlight the subpar service we received. The attitude of the staff was disheartening, to say the least. Their lack of attentiveness and apparent disinterest in ensuring a pleasant dining experience left us feeling quite unappreciated as customers. We believe that a positive and engaging service plays a vital role in the overall enjoyment of the meal, and unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit.

Furthermore, I must express my frustration regarding the quality of the food that we ordered. It was evident that the dishes were not prepared with the care and attention to detail that we expected. Several items were noticeably uncooked, which not only compromised the taste but also raised concerns about the hygiene and safety of the food. This lapse in the kitchen's quality control is deeply concerning and does not reflect the standard that I have come to associate with your restaurant.

As patrons who have visited your establishment on multiple occasions, it saddens me to write this. I believe in giving feedback constructively, with the hope that improvements can be made to restore the reputation and standards that your restaurant once upheld.

I kindly request that you take these concerns seriously and initiate corrective actions to address the issues we encountered. It is my sincere hope that no other guest has to endure the disappointing experience we had on that unfortunate evening. I value your establishment and genuinely hope that steps will be taken to rectify the shortcomings we observed.

The best moghlai restaurant in mangalore. Chicken tandoori, mutton biryani, yakhni soap must try item.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impression! Hospitable host, delicious dishes, and wonderful desserts. I would like to come here again and again.

Excellent food! The butter Nan with rara chicken is awesome. Biryani flavorful. Actually I love all their dishes. We have been coming here since 20 years and they have managed to be consistent.however offlate it annoys me that the tables are extremely close to each other and too noisy on weekends. Got a headache and had to leave.

You should try the biriyani, definitely you will not miss next chance. Parking is the big issue.

Ordered for food. But when came after half an hour order has not been placed.
They have excuses.

We ordered egg biryani, kebab and paya soup. The paya soup was excellent as always. This can't be compared with the paya that we get in delhi or Lucknow. However, it has a taste of its own and as a dish I found it good. The kebab was good, the chicken was soft and well spiced. The egg biryani was good, it has a light sweet undertone to it. Always ask for extra masala. I had tried their mutton biryani here before which was decent. Overall it was a good experience.

The staff does that not know the basic ethics of operating a restaurant i.e first come first serve… They send people inside regardless of the people waiting outside for hours…The so called ‘Captain Habeeb’ is so ill-mannered and was letting people inside according to his convenience…Worst experience in Mangalore…% DO NOT RECOMMEND
