Very good behaviour and best service. I would recommend one to drive to kolar and get it as bangalore royal enfield most of the places does not show good interest to customers. Highly recommended place.

Service center is very bad, Everytime when I go with some problem after all the Service still the problem won't be solved, especially that Service station manager is pathetic, always he gives temporary solutions and try to patch up the problem. Overall very disappointed in their service
Worst service in terms of efficiency, complete carelessness, no respite for customers, just they either take ride on customers for money, no responsibility, mismanagement finally lack of courtesy, monopolistic attitude.
Fortunate that we have a RE showroom in our district but most of the time the date of delivery is not as promised. The bikes kept for trial are not been given saying that there is no fuel.
Please don't buy bikes here. They are replacing parts from service bikes to new bikes and vice versa. They are not buying spares, only exchanging is going on with new and old bike.
Not trusted showroom. Booked new bike but they delivered a scrap item bike to us. And we are really very disappointed with that. And not giving proper justification as well. Strongly not recommend to buy any thing from them.
Services are not as expected including the free service. Very negligent towards customers and untimely delivery after service. Jagadamba RE is worst place for services. Don't force customers with extended warranty offers.

Bad experience in every way. Finance people show more interest in customers than the Royal Enfield people. Guess the worst part! Interceptor 650 isn't available for test ride but they can arrange one after booking! Customer will be gauged first and they make a call if to arrange a test ride.
Worst service and worst response, Servicing waste they will spoil ur bike, don't know to how to tighten the screw, because of which my silencer has fallen once in a week one or the other screws will loosen and twice my silencer guard has fallen.
