Driver restroom is not good condition so very very bad specially toilet is closed almost 23 days and very bad smell

Being a great hotel, I would like to see a self service Coffee stand with small snacks that is refilled every few hours.
Room phone service was not good, no one could hear on the other side. This was not fixed while we were there.
Knowing a luxury hotel and guests will have drivers for transportation, it is disappointing to know there is no facility for drivers to stay.

Disappointing Experience at Royal Orchid Central Kireeti

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience We had at your hotel. Unfortunately, my stay fell far short of the expectations we had for a reputed establishment like Royal Orchid.

Firstly, the cleanliness standards were subpar. The room we were assigned to appeared to have not been adequately cleaned, with noticeable dust and stains in various areas. This lack of attention to detail left a negative impression right from the start.

The service was another major letdown. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to guest needs. Requests were met with delays, and the overall attitude of the staff did not reflect the level of hospitality one would expect from a hotel of your caliber.

Additionally, the service was subpar. Staff members appeared indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs. Requests for assistance were met with delays, and the overall level of hospitality did not match the standards I anticipated from a hotel with the Royal Orchid name.

Moreover, the dining experience left much to be desired. The food quality was mediocre at best, and the restaurant service was slow and unorganized. This aspect significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of our stay.

They just need money with no proper service.

I had hoped for a pleasant and comfortable stay at Royal Orchid Central Kireeti, but unfortunately, the reality did not align with our expectations. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and consider making improvements to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

This hotel needs considerable maintenance. The floors and the walls of the common area are stained. The rooms range from broken to neglected. Cable boxes were just hanging from the top of the tv.

The food was mediocre and other than breakfast we opted to eat anywhere else.

That said, it was reasonably clean and the staff were responsive.

The stay was good. Especially the live music that they have arranged for the breakfast was so good. It was so pleasant to hear them play.

Me and my daughter had to visit Hospete for 4nights/5days and we got a steal price when we booked this hotel via our club mahindra membership. The hotel is located right next to freedom park, and is perhaps one of the best hotels in hospete with MLAs and other dignitaries preferring to stay at this hotel. Our stay was a mixed bag, though more good than bad.

Car park is great, room checkin was good. We asked for good rooms and were giving the front facing view. Bad idea. As the room/windows aren't soundproof and if you are a light sleeper like me you might wakeup due to dogs barking or truck honking at night, maybe take a room at the back next time.

But the room service was great. The cleaning lady very helpful. Good tea/coffee options in room, ample space, great wifi.

The highlight of our stay however was the food. This was perhaps our first trip where we ended up eating all our meals in this hotel. Not for lack of option, but because the food was simply outstanding. Chef Ripson Walia has been able to serve the essence of Punjab on the plates.

Breakfast buffet is great with good juices, dosa, paratha/bhature, bread etc. There is slight variations in buffet everyday so no monotony. In lunch we always took the combo of dal/rice/tawa-paratha/sabzi. A great homely feeling lunch option. Dinner we tried biryani/pasta/north india options and were never let down.

The restaurant floor was well managed by saurab who always had a smile on the face even when there hordes of MLA supporters in the restaurant, and our table was well served mostly by Mujafar, who was was energetic

The only small issue was at checkout, where we were asked to checkout at 12pm, while we wanted to the same at 2pm considering there was Bangalore bandh that day and we wanted to start a bit late. Hopefully hotel management while following rules would be a bit more considerate in future.

But I will definately drop by for quick food if I am ever passing by the place. Thank you for making it such a memorable stay.

Close to Hospet town. Quite convenient location if you have a car. Spacious, decent food.

Rooms are old and has plumbing issues. The shower water temperature keeps fluctuatibg which is an inconvenience.

I recently visited Hampi and decided to stay at this hotel. It’s definitely a 4 star hotel in all its ways! The staff is super friendly, the breakfast buffet generally is wonderful as there is a sweet uncle playing his flute to the tunes of bollywood classics.

The location is close to the station and generally its closest to temples and other site seeing places.

The rooms at this hotel are simply outstanding. I stayed in a deluxe room, and it was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was remarkable, and I appreciated the modern and stylish decor.

I was staying in this chain-hotel second time, first in Mysore. Great experience in room, service and dining. Decor is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Could resolve billing issues without hassle. Well placed in hospet and therefore going around is easy. Railway station, bazar are nearby. Tungabhadra canal passes near the hotel and can get a nice view from room. Would love to visit again.

Decent place to stay, huge building, bit pricey but suite rooms & food are good & the staff at the front desk Tejaswini & Santosh are very friendly & helpful.

Amazing hotel with great staff, everyone from reception, restaurant, maintenance, valet, bell boys and housekeeping staff were polite and at their best, it's a homely feeling with such welcoming staff.
Rooms are top notch clean and comfy. Views are beautiful. Ample space available for parking. Restaurant food is incredibly delicious. Overall it's a complete package. Keep up the hospitality team Royal Orchid Hospet, Hampi.

Horrible experience. There were cobwebs in the room, bathroom was not clean with dirty commodes. We asked for a bucket and surprizingly they said they are short of it. The only part to highlight is the super exhorbi tant price. Not worth at all.pls dont spoil your trip by staying here! Check in took an hours time.

Have booked the hotel long time back through some references.first of all the room with manual lock is given.even the one to two star hotels have stopped this practice.we felt like entering a lodge.secondly TV technician never showed up.one person entered without a Mask. Tried calking the from office associates to ensure that proper coordination is done before I leave Bengaluru, but had to wait for ages.
Food is good, service is delayed, may be due to busy operations.

Not worth the price. Don't go by the brand or the star rating. Rooms are very old and not clean. Bathroom was not clean and taps leaking all around. The coffee mugs had stains as if they were not cleaned for ages. AC was leaking the whole night and even after multiple calls they didn't bother to clean it. There are better options for lesser price around.

A decent place for stay in Hospet. Hampi is close by and food is really good. Friendly staff makes it easier for you.
Pay attention to maintenance as people will start exploring places soon.

Clean rooms, but bathroom accessories were missing and flush not working. No one responded despite complaining multiple times

Pros -
1. Executive suite was huge with a living room, dining space, balcony, a huge washroom with walk-in closet and bedroom with a "view"

Cons -
1. Room service is terrible: after making more than three calls, we got our coffee, hair dryer.
2. The centralized AC controls don't work and it was freezing. Again, after multiple calls the AC was finally fixed!
3. You are not allowed to go to the restaurant and have À la carte. They only serve buffet at all times so in case you want to have food you'll have to order at your room. Very disappointing!
4. Also, the food menu is limited and the buffet do not offer a great spread either.
5. The bar is although open but you won't get much options and they don't stock up even the very basic alcohol that one orders. Disappointing!
6. Although I had got 15% discount on food & beverage from Agoda at which the hotel was ok initially but did not consider it while billing during check-out. It is so disappointing that after we complained about their "sad" services then they said that "Now I will consider it". Imagine that such a big hotel saying this.

It's not a hotel, it's a lodge, toilets were dirty, curtains were dirtiest, breakfast was bad, service is late beyond everyone's patience level

I wish there was a negative rating concept.

Overall Comment: It's a LODGE and NOT A HOTEL. It was recommended to me by a couple of friends and this might be nice earlier. Now, it is just another lodge as it seems like no maintenance is done since covid happened. Booking a homestay would be a better idea.

Pros: Food taste was good

Cons:
1. No Valet parking, no one to even get your luggage out. Traffic congestion at the entrance as no one to manage.
2. Security gave sanitiser but did not check temperature, zero covid measures followed. And I mean it when I say ZERO. It looked like a wedding feast during the breakfast buffet
3. AC in our room started leaking sometime in the night, we wake up with water on the entire floor with my clothes in the suitcase wet too
4. Management is useless, they listen but don't understand, hence no action expected ofcourse
5. Everything was closed in the hotel. Literally everything else except the room. (These were the covid measures)

We stayed in 2 executive suits and have to say very bad maintenance, though the rooms and clean and well kept, the bathroom had leakage in sinks and commode flush didn't work in both the rooms, TV wasn't maintained either. Disappointing experience.

Receptionist tried to cheat by not giving us the room which we booked. TV channels are limited and they will not provide the channel which we ask. Room service is good. Dining and food is awesome.

Table are not cleaned, bed linen very old. TV channels subscription not paid and hence will not work!

Wash room wall and commode stained.flush was leaking heavily & water leaked whole night. Staff not bothered on wasting resources.checked 3 rooms after raising complaint but all where same standard. The rooms needs immediate refurbishment.

Complimentary breakfast - Provided name sake and even dosa was not available even after request which was part of spread.

Overall service detoriated and not worth the money.

Good place to stay with family if you're in hampi. One of the few good, budget friendly & classy hotel in & around hampi/hospete. Rooms feel a little old, but have very good ambience. Bathrooms are well fitted, with some rooms having bath tub. Room service is slow, but food tastes good. Housekeeping is prompt most of the time. No temperature check was done, but all amenities like pool were closed. Spa was open, but we didn't use them. Dinner buffet though expensive was wide spread and worth the money. Opt for breakfast buffet in your booking if available, cause the breakfast buffet costs INR 1000. Another option would be to walk/drive down to Naivedyam, which is less than 500 mtrs away and has budget & tasty food.

No option for negative rating. Please shut down your Hotel. Zero hospitality and service for not maintaining the paint in the room, telephone not working, no fridge, poor bathroom maintenance, no proper food service and etc. It’s a shame for a 4 star hotel.
Even the management doesn’t not respond to any customers grievances.

Visited in Aug 2021. Building is not maintained from outside and to some extent inside. You will feel ashamed to get the hotel pic. Food was ok with sufficient varieties. Rooms were neat and clean but lacks the bathroom kits. TV just has free channel and no other entertainment at all. Based on the price they charged it is of not great value instead will suggest so for other hotel. There is no feel good factor and located 13 km from Hampi.

We had a great time. The food and service is excellent. Rooms and restaurant are clean and sanitised. Happy staying here

One of the finest hotel available in Hospet, neat clean and sanitised rooms with hygenic food. Best place for corporates/Family also.

Overall nice place to stay with family. Hotel is following all the Covid prevention instructions. Dinner buffet is grand here. People who are looking for Humpi trip, Royal orchid hotel is good for consideration.

I say it's good because of the level of sophistication and the class of people, not because of the slightly above mediocre taste of food or the lack of theme for the decor.

Pathetic, no room service, no telephone, no TV, I booked luxury room for one day its a worst experience for us, breakfast and dinner buffet both are too bad with salty food, juice mixed with water, only thing I appreciate is their reception service. Didn't expect it worst experience

Great location, convenient for visiting the attractions in Hampi and TB dam. Tasty food from the restaurant with local specialities. Ensure you ask for scenic rooms and chef special dishes.

Family friendly hotel with excellent food and nice ambience. Room service is fast and professional. Clean rooms. Buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner available with variety of options.

Excellent clean facility with courteous staff with breakfast is place to stay in Hampi. Their Upama, vegetable save are authentic n tasty.

Location is nice. Little off compared to other royal orchid hotels. Breakfast is good but almost same everyday. Dinner buffet was not great. Staff is very good.

Room service was another disaster. Minimum of 5 calls before you can be serviced.
In room refrigerator was out of order, depite calling multiple times they took 24 hours to replace.

Right next to hosapete junction, it's a 3 star hotel with best in class amenities available at a nominal amount. The staff is terribly sweet and they genuinely help you with your needs. I would definitely visit again if I ever come back to hampi. The breakfast was really good too. But would recommend you to not eat in the hotel if it's not complimentary, it's friggin costly.

Pool, party hall, conference room, lunch halls, restaurant, bar and much more to offer. Good place to host parties, marriage, reception, office meetings and much more.

Nice clean rooms. Room service needs improvement. Request management to serve ala carte orders in the restaurant versus the existing system where it is served only in the room.
