We had to change the room once. In the second room we had to insist changing the bedsheets and one towel

It was our outing from Office. It was very crowded with school and college kids. With 2 to 3 weddings. And 3 companies planned their outing same day. The place is pretty small and it was filled with more than 1K PPL. Washrooms were in real bad state. Arrangements for Breakfast and lunch was real bad. No seating arrangements were taken care of. Food was good both breakfast and lunch.

Good neat rooms.
Dinner buffet was not tasty, everything was just sugar added.
Breakfast buffet was sumptuous, really liked the live counter.
Good indoor games.
My family liked it.

Went as part of team outing.
Not much activities are found. The food what we served was not great and not upto the mark. No varieties and all tastes same.
Team outing please avoid it here!

Had been there for wedding location is good, dining option also is good in resort, but was disappointed with the catering service given by resort it has to be improved.

A good resort to hangout. They have very good rooms and lots of open spaces to hang out. They have a good indoor and outdoor cafeteria. The food was descent. The parking space is also good although it is all open to sky.

The resort is reasonably spread for walks n some indoor activities. They have a good pool.

We had a large company gathering here in this resort and had high hopes on the event. This Royal Orchid Resort & Convention Centre; has completly spoiled the mood.
1) The service was pathetic from this resort in every thiing.
2) Food/drinks supplies - They could not provide any item, which we ask for and says, already finished.
3) Hospitality - They could not answer any requests of the guests. For hot Tea, we have to ask 10 times to bring. For snacks, they say its finished.
4) Games - They could not organize any team events at all. The guy who was holding the mic was so lazy to conduct the events and they were treating the guests like small kids events. Paintball game guns and dresses were worst. Carrom boards were pathetic in condition. Shuttle court was all damaged.
5) DJ - The worst DJ I have ever seen. The DJ guy was so reluctant to play any good music and was repeating the same 10 songs. They say they cannot play other music due to piracy. Don't know, why cannot they procure license for the music albums?

The list is long and long. No point of explaining everything. Woud strongly suggest not to opt this resort anytime in future.

Food is good we tried the chicken maharaja and pepper chill chicken it was excellent, only minus is in the evening it’s hot and too many mosquitoes

Very good staff behaviour, especially from Mr Bharath from banquet hall organised a much appreciable event for our company.

Very nice property, with lots of green including large trees.
Decor is simple, elegant and utilirian.
Very courteous staff.

We have booked this hotel online for our client they have provide complimentary cake for our guest and all over the property is awesome with good ambiance. Special Thanks for Mr. Daya who help a lot in that.

The place is not for family. Although they have saperate cabins u stil can hear boys shouting using vulgar language. Plus the food is also not great. After reading reviews about food I took my daughter there. Felt embarrassed as my daughter was getting scared cz of the shouting. So my sincere advice please don't take your family here

Very tasty, very pocket friendly, good ambience for local boys. They have different seats for family or only boys who wants drink. Suppliers also very friendly

Best food dhaba around Jakkur and yelahanka. They server good food with decent price range. Must try Maharaja, Guntur, Amaravati, Tandoori chicken and Biryani rice. Every time we order these items without miss.

This Dhaba doesn't Deserve even single Star,
They don't have respect for Customers.in complete Staffs (Order taking boy, Manager).
Such idiotic staffs before serving a glass of water ask such details are you people really family, do they think I need to show my Adhar card to eat food their?
They don't have basic manners to speak with Women. This is not Place for Family.
The staffs only prefer Customers who pay high tips, and make dislocate the hut for those Customers immediately.

In front of our eyes only they were serving some team with 1 girl n 2 to 3 boys.in a hut. As we Family they told to dislocate to more worst place. Really can't understand what's really going Very Fishy place.

I took a villa and a room for three days and paid the amount
I’m a doctor working in icu
They didn’t allow me out caz I didn’t clear 500 rs
And the staff don’t know English and how to respect
Please don’t go to such cheap resorts
The security and the manager and reception are worst

Place and ambience was good. But Food was not that great, as they served food to our room itself, we had very less items and quantity as well, no proper house keeping team, they respond to calls but they don't come on time. All the games were closed.

Place is wonderful, resort is very clean and peaceful. Staff is friendly and help you choose as per preferences. Had an amazing stay.

Away from city but still very near. Cozy and exellant place to relax and rest. Like the topography.

Taste wise this is really good dhaba (for me personally), and for people who are looking hygienic place this is not the right place for you!

Place is good only for the friend not for the family. Quality of the food is quantity is also more.

It's the worst! They didn't even bother to take order from us for 20 mins. Highly unethical and unprofessional.

Delicuious and money worth food, sufficient parking space for bikes. Drinks can served inside and u can bring from outside and cn have only food here.

Been a while am living in this area but managed to miss only this dhaba on the highway because of it's placement between the buildings. Good service and food and typical andhra style and little faster delivery compared to the other dhabas in the same lane.

Old establishment. As much as it is maintained well, the age shows. The fixtures are rattling, the plumbing is ineffective. The staff is trying to make up for all this by providing good service but sometimes, that too fails.

Food is ok kind but there is a supplier called gowda who demands 50-70rs as tips and will not let you without giving him.so be very vocal to avoid him paying

While the food is above average at this Dhaba, the biggest advantage is that it is not so far from the city so easy to reach. Also the fact that we are allowed to take our own drinks here is a bonus. The food is really cheap and affordable.

Beautiful place away from the city. Great for get togethers and marriages. We stayed in a beautiful family room. Great spread for breakfast. Loved it. Housekeeping however needs some attention. Cleaning and dusting could be better for such a beautiful property.

Room service in bad shape.
Front desk inefficient, not prepared for small eventuality like rains (no umbrella) what if some thing more happens. Buffet service and food still worse, only cherry is good and delicious breakfast and perfect service.

Food quality is very good and tasty, mushroom pepper dry was superb and importantly need to improve the service and cleanliness.

Great place, especially to take your family out for lunch or dinner for a short stay. There are many sporting activities and games for children, there is a pool available for guests and a convention hall is available to to throw a party.

We can bring our drinks and order food from them.

What can I say about this place. Man don't miss biryani n chicken Maharaja there. Awesome food n amazing place to hangout with friends.

The revised price as very high.almost 50% they have increased the price and for 20 Rs water bottle they are charging 27Rs. Taste wise we can give 4/5 but in price it's not worth.

We had booked this place for our friend's wedding and the team over here gave us very good service.

The price was reasonable and the food provided had a very good spread, without compromising the quality and taste, The infrastructure is very neat, with amazing facilities. Spacious auditorium, ample parking, staff was extremely hospitable. Good place for conferences, wedding banquets and special events.

Ms. Darshpreet Kaur was our point of contact and assisted us through our stay. She was very helpful in striking a good deal based on our requirements, and assisted us till the last person stepped out.

Clearly this place is surviving from events and day trips. Accommodation is in dire need of an overhaul, really untidy and smelly! Full of cockroaches and musky smell in rooms indicates mould. There were utensils and plates just left around the property for days on end.just cant fathom how this place operates. A brilliant property, falling victim to poor maintenance and overuse. Staff are generally grumpy and unhelpful, with the exception of one bright star Shyam.you were just brilliant. Food is a total rip off.daylight robbery.but taste was good, we went swiggy for most meals.

Good ambience and variety of foods.
When I checked in I saw roasted dry fruits and cookies in room, pls do not eat it bcoz it's all chargeable when you check out.
Small bottle of roasted dry fruits costs 150/-rs. And chips packet 100/- cookies 50/- this makes my trip a little bit annoying.
My 2 years old daughter just had a slice of bread to my surprise even for that they charged buffet price, eventually I had a rough argument and got it revoked.
Pls do not pay blindly, ask for complete billing details, before you check out pls ask for mocktail drink, it's complementary.

Worst DJ for new year event 2019.and the way they have managed the police to clear the crowd is like a buffalo market and the food sucks. For sure this event organizers high ape app really sucks. And my new year spoiled just because of this. Whole time stuck in traffic n reached ther for nothing. Guya please go through the events n then get into it.

Very nice place for outing. Lot of games and fun. Food is very good. Easily spent a day, full of fun and activities. Overall, very good value for money.

Good location. Went for the new year party. Not so great events and performers were average. DJ was superb best! Panneer tikka, Veg tikka and few other snacks were super taste.

Went on a team outing. It was terrible to summarize it. No facilities apart from a swimming pool which is pretty good. But you can't be in water all day right?

I booked this by mistake. The rooms had a moisty smell, the AC was barely working, the food was BAD, there was no elevator (had to lug my heavy bag to the 2nd floor). Checked out early. Hopefully won't ever be going back

Rooms are not maintained well. In my room the cot was moved and left a trail of dirt. Which ideally should be cleaned. Toilets were cleaned unlike the room, but before new guest arrives the toiletries were not placed.
Had to ask for them.
Water bottles were not placed and same with bath towels.
If they work on these, it will be a 5* place.

Very spacious rooms but are not well maintained.toiletries are insufficient.very limited 24hrs menu though they mention more than 20 items but you only get 4-5 items in it.breakfast is good.i checked in late night and the reception guy didn't bother nor offered to take my luggage to the room.very nice property but needs to be maintained.
