Apartment is good with good construction quality and in good location, dead end road so no problems of traffic or dust
Not much amenities onmy one small kids play area and a small gym
Parking place is too congested bcz of lot of pillers

The 1st time i went to see Pyramid Temple Bells in Sept - Oct 2013, i wasn't very impressed, because i felt there wasn't sufficient lighting & ventilation. The sales guys tried to assure me that once the civil work is completed & painting is done, it will be completely different. However, i wasn't sure about it. I was quite aggressively looking to buy a apartment in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar from Feb - 2014 onward. I must have visited at least half a dozen different builders, but, never quite felt satisfied, & always felt something was missing. However, one sunday morning, on 16th March 2014, when i was on my weekly apartment hunt in R R Nagar, i just thought, "let me see how Temple Bells is coming up"? Thinking thus, i just entered the apartment complex. The sales guy showed me around, & lo, it was entirely different, as the earlier sales guy had mentioned. Excellent civil work, top class materials used, beautiful location, barely a Km to Mysore Road, walkable distance to Gopalan Arcade mall, & just about a Km away is the upcoming Bangalore Metro station at R R Nagar Arch. I instantly liked the apartment, immediately wrote a cheque, & booked my 1660 Sq Ft home. My family was delighted to see the apartment, & 3 more of my friends / family also bought after i recommended them. Recently, i showed the apartment to a family friend of mine who is into building apartments in Mumbai for over 30 years & his instant remark was - EXCELLENT, BEST CLASS. Easily accessible by bus, rickshaw, Uber, & Ola. Plenty of buses are available from / to Majestic, KR Market, Yalahanka, Malleswaram, Vijayanagar, Shivaji Nagar, Kengeri, Uttarahalli, & is about 2 - 2.5 km from Nayandahalli Metro Station. The apartment is less than 1 km from the upcoming Metro Station at the Raja Rajeshwari Nagar Arch. All major banks - ICICI, Axis Bank, Vijaya Bank, SBI, Allahabad Bank, PNB, are all located within 500 m to 1 km radius of the apartment. Good hospitals, Medical Center, diagnostic labs, doctors, are all located nearby. Good schools - Global Academy for Learning, National Hill View, Mount Carmel Convent, Swargarani, Jnanakshi, Bishop Cottons, are located in close proximity. Several commercial places, restaurants, Pizza Hut, domino's pizza, are located close by. Reliance Trends, Reliance Fresh, Akshaya Super Bazaar, several vegetables / fruits shops, are all close by. Bata & Liberty footwear showrooms are stone's throw away. Raja Rajeshwari Temple, Nimishamba Temple are within 500 m - 1 km. Bharat Petroleum bunk is barely few 100 metres away. Because the apartment is located about 300 m from the main road, traffic & noise doesn't disturb, & that way, it gives privacy. A small children's play area, decent swimming pool, separate gym for men & women, party hall, intercom, & 24/7 security, are the amenities available. Wide corridors & common areas, decent parking space, CCTV cameras, lifts (2 for A-Block, 1 each for B & C Blocks) are made available. Overall, a great residential apartment.
