Management of hotel is very poor, you have to tell 6-7 time to get work done by them but they will ask for payment on time.

The hotel staff were good, they assured when there was a bandh in Bangalore the next day and explained how to go to Metro Station by walk. Rooms were available at different prices.

Rooms are not properly clean also the washroom is the worst part of room

Toilet is so bad and hot water is not available, pillow is little hard can't sleep well, TV is not working, un washed bedsheets and it makes to much irritation

You will get specious rooms here. However it's a decent and old hotel. Good for bachelors and friends. Budget friendly rooms. Only non AC rooms available.

Bad experience with this hotel. This hotel was booked two weeks before our stay but when we came to stay there was no room. Then they arranged a another hotel.

Nice room for the price. It's only a 5 min walk from the BMTC bus stand. Had booked a double room for 800rs. I liked the location. I will not recommend this for the family because people were carrying drinks. But excellent for bachelors/Men. Many restaurants available nearby. Dmart also 5 min walk.hotel provides wifi also. Will stay again on my next visit to Bangalore.

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited.
Hotel staff who do not know how to treat guests. They do not respect other states people.
Me and my family had an argument with the hotel staff about the room.
Sheets, pillow cover and toilet are all dirty.
They came to our room and spoke roughly and badly.
Then i approached the receptionist to complain against the staff.
The receptionist first asked me ‘where are you from’ and then he said ‘you have to adjust with it’.
He didn't ask me what was the matter
Didn't even call the hotel staff.
After that I told him
We don't need a room here we’re leaving
But he refused to return the money and spoke like threateningly.
At that time my family was scared.
As it was night, we left without talking much.
So to the family’s, please do not go there with your family as it is not safe.

The location of the hotel is nice for the travellers. (near to SBC) and the budget is fine.nothing else is good other than these 2.worst experience I've ever had in Bangalore hotels.

I booked my hotel from oyo for ac DELUXE ROOM. But after reaching hotel they told it was non AC room, but after telling hotel staff they cooperates and later gave AC room.

The rooms are good, washroom are clean and my only problem is cleaning service isn’t good.they hardly come and other then that it’s in good location, near metro station, and all the necessities shops are near by such as xerox, food, bus, auto, taxi.and the manager is very helpful

Kind of okay place, bed smells like dirt.

Peaceful room, hospitality was good.especially toilet and bath linen was very clean and Neat.we had a nice stay.

Royal Lodge was comfortable & can stay with comfortable.
I belive in majestic.its one of the safest place you may stay.forever.

Royal regency lodge is located in center of the Bangalore City and walkable distance to majestic bus stand, metro, and railway station,
I have stayed here couple of times and there hospitality, cleanliness is at the best with pocket friendly rooms, they have different categories of room and newly renovated rooms are above 4star hotels rooms.

Not a great lodge at all. The worst of all. With unhygenic bathroom. And worst service who wont take any responsibility. Many have had this same experience with them.

Good room at worth rate and good area at city centre. Good service from room boys overall good hotel to stay.

Rooms are very good at worth price. New rooms are opening next months those rooms are very beautiful love to come again to stay in those new opening rooms.

Fully cheaters and thieves. Don’t stay in this lodge, my mobile charger is stolen by them, fully mosquito problem, one room cost is 675₹ and not worthy. Management fatty guy is replying most irresponsible.

Good location. Value for money. Frienly staff. Renovation going on, now 2 new lifts working. Rooms clean. Will come again. 24h check-in.

There was no Ac.
Hmm washroom was Below average.
But yes people were really good, appreciate the kindness and nature of staff.

Choosed this hotel as shown in map thar it was nearer to bus station. It was about 2.4 km from KSRTC bus station where you will get auto Or taxi always to this place. The hotel was ok to stay for 1 or 2 days. Bathroom was almost clean. And the hotel staff behaviour to customers was very good, and very well service.near the hotel u could get food all over the day and even in mid night. All over the hotel was ok to stay for 1,2 days

Rooms bathroom are not clean specialy bathroom smells badly but the management is good and cooperative after the complaint they cleaned up.

Reasonable rates, near to majestic bus stand, but bed bugs are present, toilets & bucket are not clean
