Worst service they given, we don't expect how much the delay time will be, even there is late they don't accept their problem as it is, they only blame us that why don't you call so many times even we call cleaner for one time itself, poor service, better avoid this bus registeration number 2317.

Good interstate travel company in Bangalore they mostly take care the service to chennai & Kerala

Experience had been ok ok. Though bus came little late. Enough waiting sitting space. Washroom are not clean and not properly maintained.

One trip will ruin your one week. Over priced ticket rates, poor service and offers you very uncomfortable journey

Last night the driver dashes in the bus in the current pole at 2: 15 midnight, the driver didn't even apologize to people and we all had to suffer with small kids in rain.these guis are very careless about people.recomend not to travel Royal Travels

None of the private bus including royal and SRS bus would not stop here.you need to board opposite to total mall Madivala.

Waste bus service ever.
. No luggage space for passengers (They are doing parallel parcel service between cities)

Booking office is a mess. Attitude of the staff working is not tolerable. They treat us like we're getting paid for traveling with them, if the bus is late and we ask where it is, their answer is it will come when it comes. Seriously.

I was jurney to 8october 2022 from benglore to Kanyakumari on royal travel my experience is say this wrost of money charging point not working pilot or staff talking to roudly not r cleaning to bus inside

Bus is not clean and hygiene and is full of dust in Sleeper. They won't provide even blankets also. Second time I'm experiencing this.

* Seats are not Clean, foul odor.
* Very congested seats
* Very Poor Customer Service
* Worse experience ever.

Traveling in non-ac type. Seats are spacious for two ppl.it has on-seat lights as well as charging option.

For non ac they could have added some kind of fan or space for ventilation. As it feels bit suffocated if windows are completely closed due to rain.

Bus cleaning, maintanence was good, but disappointed with the timings they are not on time other than that all ok and rest stops also was better

Quality of bus and seats interior was really good smooth driving they have maintained bus in very good condition not bad

Bus interiors and seats are good. Smooth driving as well. I was asked to wait on the road for 20 mins to catch a bus from their boarding point

The customer support is worst. And the online application is so pathetic when you try to modify your ticket it cancels the ticket. Had to repurchase the ticket for double price. And they don't provide refund for cancellation of ticket they provide a coupon of their own bus and their own dates with in when you have to use them. Utter waste of money for those who are not frequent bus travelers

It's very good service from Bangalore to kanyakumari but the bus will not co.e near the office we should go to main road but
Royal travels is better than kpn travels

ON Time. Proper call from the travels and coordination before departure. Travels people respecting the customers on all levels. Good response if we call to the travels office. Clean and Neat inside the bus. A/C is working fine and option to close if it's not necessary. For me, Chennai to Bangalore and Bangalore to Chennai, this is the best option. Cost is Reasonable in the market.

Very neat and clean office. Social distance maintained in seating arrangement's. Rest room also available. Mainly no mosquitoes in the resting lounge.

Bus came as scheduled just 10min late which is acceptable compared to other services. Staff in the office was very polite.

Although the buses are delayed by 2 hours they will reach you destination with a delay of 1 hour. The quality of buses is excellent and staff if okok. All buses have gps to track exact location of buses before they reach you.

Not on time 45 mins delay in departure and 1: 30 hrs late in drop location. They are giving more importance in parcel loading and dropping at Koyambedu office rather passengers.

See ice is good. I traveled from Bengaluru to Munnar in a AC sleeper. All other known travels provide you sleeper till last point but these travels if they don't have enough seats stops 150kms away and switches to a small seater mini bus and travel for another 3 hrs in that. Uncomfortable as there is no space for luggage in that mini bus
