Most disgusting bus I've ever been on!

The bed was as dirty as a bin, the AC did not work, charging points wouldn't work. It was quite an expensive ticket but horrible service. I would never recommend this company to anyone especially if you are a family.

Really bad experience of traveling with Royal travels. It felt like passengers are treated as 3rd class. Their ultimate priority is carrying goods due to which they can delay the bus to their liking. When I arrived at the pickup location they were loading a lot of goods on the busses. Even after the said onboarding time they still didn't start the bus because they were busy loading goods.

Had to ask driver multiple time for bathroom break and finally get one stop. The staff is not totally customer friendly.

When asked for bathroom at the pickup point where they have an office they said the door is jammed with goods bags so you have to go elsewhere

Worst bus condition there was cockroaches inside bus and blankets were smelling like hell.
Even conductor and driver are not able to communicate neither hindi or English

I used to receive parcels through Royal travels at Kalasipalayam. However their service is quite unprofessional and they don't have any tracking mechanism. Be prepared to spend at least half an hour to find your package among the pile of packages, and the office staffs don't answer your queries often. Not recommended, especially for fragile or your important packages.

The rod near the window in single bed make the bed space reduced when compared with other similar bus. Separate pillow should be provided for comfort.

I traveled from Bangalore to Pollachi. It maintained timings and the travel was. Bed sheets and pillow were neat and hygienically good.

Other semi sleeper busses are better than these sleeper bus.
And they don't maintain proper timings.

Really a very bad travels. I have booked the bus and if you call them to check for the bus delayed or arrival, they will shout at you using a very bad language and also cancel the bus from their end.kindly don't book the bus from royal travells anytime

Never use non AC sleeper bus. Complete bed bug problem. From bangalore to kanyakumari traveled bed bug biting while travel

I had been there to get my parcel, the transport cost is very less when compared to others but beware if you want to transport food items, some nasty rats can damage your parcel

The waiting place is available on the 1st floor and it's clean.

Palani bus available at 9.00PM.

Well maintained office room which helps the passengers who want to travel by bus without advance booking. They helped the passengers to get the possible tickets without any extra or hike in bus fare. I got 2 tickets at the last minute by getting sleeper with nominal fare. The service rendered by Royal Travels is really a noteworthy

Nice travel agency in kalasipalayam area of Bangalore. Friendly staff and timely response. You can get busses from here to various parts of tamilnadu with the reasonable market price. Clean busses timely services depend on weather conditions and load of the vehicles. Nice drivers with great experience.

Tenkasi Drivers are not listening at pickup point, kalasipalya after no of calls no use, after 2 hrs driver has responded.

I have used the parcel service in Royal travels.
I have sent the parcel from Vasudevanallur to Bangalore.
When I went to pick the item from Bangalore office, their office people are very rude.

Especially Santosh was very arrogant.

Please do not use their parcel service.
They wont tell the operation hours properly. If you go there, they will the say the working hour is over.

Management please look into this. Otherwise you will loose your customers.

Waiting room facilities are available but bus there is no space to keep our luggage
They are concentrating on parcel service in passenger bus.

It is a sham that these guys run a fleet of Bus.
We had travelled from Bangalore to Thekkady in sleeper bus and there were BED BUGS in the bed all over.
Secondly they load so much of goods on the top that the Bus has to stop at mutiple places and drive slow.
Thirdly with kids accompanying us, we had a terrible time keeping them away from Bed Bugs.

The journey was Horrible, the bus was not neat ND clean and it was smelling bad, the AC was not working, the driver was very rude to the passengers, and he didn't allow us to keep the luggage in the luggage area, we had to keep it in our seats, couldn't sleep piscefuly, all together such a horrible journey, we will not reffer this totravels anyone.

3 star for driving safe and Bus was clean. Minus 2 as timing not kept while returning because of which they didn't stop for food just continued as tea break.
