Had an utterly unpleasant experience shopping here. Staff is not at all helpful. They are very rude and do not have any idea about the items or placement. Poorly managed store

Well they have options but billing is just dumb. They have got phonepe option yet after you are done with the payment, these dumb counter keepers will start yelling across the counters towards the single guy holding the phone to confirm if payment is confirmed. Also, they don't trust their customers as they would never let you take shopping basket outside the gate as if one is trying to steal it. Lastly attendants keep on following, not sure if they suspect you as shoplifting or not but it kinda gives inconvenient feeling. And they are worried about their trolley more than their kidneys. Wish we had more intelligent spaces to visit.

Much higher price than normal and the staff are not really helpful. Rude and they really just have an attitude problem. The fresh produce is a no go, you'll always find them wilted or dried or just about to go bad. I don't recommend this place especially for Fresh produce like fruits and vegetables.

I bought a remote control car as a gift to my nephew and it was also packed for the same by the royal mart staff itself. Eventhough I mentioned about the parcelling process, the packing they did was too bad and the car didn’t possess the qualities they offered. When i went to return the product, they acted as if it was not their responsibility. The manager also acted too rude and blamed us for the poor performance of the car and also didn’t return or replace the product. As a regular costumer i felt it so bad and will never buy a quality basis product from them.

The action from the supervisor or any other person who is the head must be taken against him
Staff responds in hindi and other language they never speak in kannada.how will the local residents ask for items when staff speak other language
They cheat people with no sense buy one get one offers

Best place for shopping with family, you can buy any type of products here. For children there is many exited toys like remote control car bikes and helicopters etc. Fresh vegetables and fruits also available. In ground floor there only kitchen items. Second floor for stationary and gift for birthday, valentine's day etc many exiting gifts are there here and third floor many exciting toys available. Visit today now.
