These guys have cheated us.its been 3 weeks, they lie everyday about delivery. Their manager Sadiq & his team mate Shravan are unreachable & give false updates every day. WE are going to file a complaint of fraud / cheating & just want a refund of the money for an undelivered product. They are not cooperating even with that, after 3 weeks of placing the order.

Delivery expereience was very bad for me.was delayed for around 5 days had to do multiple follow ups.but assembling of product by mallikarjuna was very good.immediate service was given after delivery

Poor service and response. Placed order for furniture online 40days ago. But not received yet. When enquired Tirunelveli branch, they say materials not received here. When reached Banaswadi branch, they say will dispatch soon. Both guys are playing cat and mouse game and putting blames each other. As a customer suffered coordinating with them both a lot. Hope someone from the royal oak will look into it.

Had purchased a 3 seater sofa from banaswadi branch and the product was delivered without the legs. Have been following up for more than 15days and no help received. I only get the response stating no stock. Branded store like Royal Oak and getting response of no stock and no proper response is not acceptable

They only assure of service but in reality nobody attends after the sale, frustrated, got a very bad product, waiting since 3weeks for some action on my complaint.

Quality of installation was not good. Everyday screws are coming out.we never know when we will fall while sitting on chair

I have purchased the office chair from the Royal oak official site. I have received the chair within 4 days and the next day installation was done by the technician, But the same day I got the issue with the chair it makes a big noise and the fitting was not done properly screw came out and I contacted the support people, but no one is responded. My Suggestion is People Please don't purchase the Chair from the Royal Oak.

I have purchased sofa set from royal Oak Banaswadi branch.they have great collection and well maintained staffs. I got my sofa within 7 days and very next day got installed. Sofa quality is really good. Highly satisfied. Hoping will get same service and support from royal Oak in future.

I have purchased 5 seater sofa for 50k in Dec 2019 and the product is so pathetic quality that they have given. The colour of sofa is black and now it turned into brown colour never expected from royal oak. Very, very poor quality not worth for 50k.

Furnitures are amazing but worst service provider. Never ever to this place. Never! Been waiting more than 2-3yrs, still none showed up even after multiple reminders.

Their PAN India manager Ajay called me and he assured the replacement would be done free of cost. He was so nice. And I do appreciate his support for resolving the issue I raised.

Better guidance n experience one stop shopping for all home n office furniture. Not much home decor collection n need little extra follow up for installation n fixation of furniture

Very bad service.
Purchased a recliner the fixing was not done properly, raised a complaint no one turned up.
Applied for a paid service paid 300 for a home review, the technician came didn't even check the recliner just looked from a distance and gave a quote and left without checking the recliner.
Only while purchasing they keep buttering the customer after the purchase they just don't care.

The product wasn't delivered on time and multiple follow ups were required to get the product.
But the technicians (Mubarak) service was good.

Actually I got wonderful service from Syed shahid.
Actually I'm located out of banglore shidlagattab he came and fixed my chair hydraulic issue. I appreciate the way he approach and fixed the issue.

Pls don't purchase online from ROYAL OAK, They call immediately when booked, After they don't even bother or reply for the e-mail and whatsapp message, if replied the answer will be that your order will be despatched shortly.since 1 month

While the furniture collection is good, the billing and after sale support is pathetic
I picked up furniture worth a few lakhs, yet the billing experience was painful, involving hour or more of wait
The floor manager and the team promised delivery on a said day, but they did not meet that. I had to follow up for it and finally it arrived. I then had a even pathetic experience in getting the installation done. After repeated followups the installation guys did not show up and I had to get it done from a different carpenter.
The experience sucks

It is a fake company. The online store is fake. The moment you try to order a product, someone will call you and guide you to make the payment. Once the payment is done, you and your order will be forgotten. Nobody will pick the call, you will never be able to track your shipment. It is an absolute fraud company.

Zameer had been the carpenter who had come and in stalled my furniture. He followed all covid protocol and has done a perfect installation. He is also friendly and explained all the installation process. I will definitely recommend Zameer.

Pathetic expereince, worst royal oak.after sales and customer care is a pain.deliver defective furniture and noone will respond and it will be a night mare for the customers.
