I recently bought a leather sofa set and TV table from the Royal Oak store located on Bannerghatta Road. I have to commend the support offered by all employees, specially Mr Ramamurthy N R. He not only aided me in deciding on the actual product to buy, but also expedited the delivery, and managed the installation given I wanted this urgently. I am also thankful to Mrs. Bhanu for showing me all available options, helping me make a purchase decision and picking up the old furniture from my home.

Over the past couple of years, I have bought many furniture prices from this store and highly recommend this store. It has wide variety of wooden furniture and quality is pretty good.

I ordered your furniture online from your website. Didn't reach me after one month. And nobody giving proper answer and they telling no refund evenif no despatch or stock. Nobody should give order if you don't want to loose your money

Hi, Ur carpenter name of Krishna Murthy installed my furniture in a very good condition he is very soft and good behaviour thank you.

Worst store to buy furniture. If you do not want a service for your furniture, then you can buy here & forget everthing after buying. I purchased 2 king size bed & now its broken, its been almost 2 months now. There is no response from Royal Oak customer care.

Pathetic Post sales services. I am struggles to get my to rectify my recently bought Coffee Table (20-25 days) …I am running behind the sales executive and customer care team to get the solution but they are completely irresponsive to call and mails.

And Mrs Bhavani who is working there she is very friendly staff she is explained about a furniture and treeted very well

Please think twice before visiting this showroom. I have extremely had bad experience in terms of service. Very bad behaviour from Sales executive Rani. Please do not buy anything from her as she never calls you to give you an updates regarding anything once you place an order.

She was extremely rude with me and no respect over phone. We purchased cot, sofa, coffee table, dining table and outdoor set very recently and we waited almost 3 months to get our dining table delivered. Withu geniune follow up and so many arguments, fighting etc. It was completely unprofessional from Rani and no manager will listen to your escalation once they got the bookings.

Atlast, they have various varities of products in reasonable cost but they really have to work on treating the customer and prompt commitments for delivery and installation.

Staff is much supportive in terms of selecting the products. Especially Mr. Syed help a lot in selecting the inventory. Good collections in- store.

Worst Royal oak showroom. Worst service. They have denied to do gift wrap after billing saying that they do not have box to wrap. And they have many gift articles and showpiece. Waste staff in billing table

Sudarshan and Selva was my help during the store visit at Bannerghatta store. They are very helpfull and straight with their knowledge about the store. We tried many combination of furniture with a statue and they did help us with out any issue.

Pls dnt get trap with these people.

After sales service is very very poor.they don't attend to customers and don't pay attention to customers once the sales is done.

I bought Boston American Leatherite sofa and paid 60,000 it's been 1 year. The leather on the surface is getting peeled off from the before 1 year of purchase. Though the staff say it's long lasting. I have received very poor quality.

I have been personally contacting the store asking them to send their service person to get it repaired but there is no response from their end. Also I have been visiting the store for the same. Still they haven't considered my issue.

With my personal experience I would suggest people to think twice before visiting them and purchasing their products.

IF any one to get cheated please go here by seeing their offers, all dummy pieces and worst service, never trust, the things will be good for 1 week, after that u will know the reality of them.

We had booked the marble top dinning table on Sunday and they told it will take 7 to 8 days for delivery, for a surprise 3 day they delivered and installed.very good proffesional service.keep up the good customer service.

Horrible quality of products.they just put attractive discounts.the products are really not worthy.i bought a laptop table and coffee table and within a year the product parts broke.specifically one of the drawers in the laptop table and lower section of the coffee table.
