Went to buy silver coin for my friend. It's good shop but parking here is difficult as it in main road.

I am not sure do they are making and stone charges for one gram but we can see no making charge and stone charges in the ads and brochure. Please advice otherwise don't make such false promises.

I had bad experience in RR gold palace Yelahanka. I was given order for chain gold. But after 15also no update from staffs. When i call them for update. They tells like will call you back in 5 min. But no call back from them.

Very good gold shop, located at santhe circle, Yelahanka old town. But there is no parking place for their customers.

They have some good silver collections and mainly staffs are so cooperative, executives Sangeeta, Maheshwari and Pramod provided the best support in picking silver items, great service overall.

No huge selection jewellery in shop,
Only few jewellery in shop, rate and VA charge is high compared to other shop

Worst customer service. I have opted for a chit fund payment scheme from them. Everytime after i pay the installments online to them, i have to call and repeatedly ask them to send me the payment receipt. Also, their jewellery collections are pretty average. Would avoid the place personally.

Lot of variety jewellery available for men and women. You can exchange old one with new designs

Have good silver items. But gold designs are old. The boxes in which they keep the jewellery for display are quite old and rusted.
Not much options are available. Every time they new design will arrive. But even after multiple visit, you don't find anything new.

Very rude staff and least bother on customers even the staff uses their phones during shifts, the security sits on during his job and chases people, this showroom does not maintain their ambiance. I will never recommend people who are planning to buy jewellery, they will be having fake gold too. Malabar gold is also much better than these people.

Staffs are polite. Less collections. Overall gud experience. If they add few more collections with quantity it will be good.

Firstly I would like to write about the staffs over there.staffs are very lazy to display, staffs don’t respect customers, their attitudes are worst, no discipline at all, they don’t know how to treat the customers.trust me I have never ever seen such staffs at any showrooms, worst experience ever.coming to the services.very bad service.no collections at all at succha big showroom. I suggest u to change the staffs otherwise teach them how to treat the customer and do something about the word you give to the customer.have some time sence.do pick up the call when somebody calls.there are so many people at the showroom but nobody picks up the call very lazy people I have ever seen.
