RT Service Apartments changed to new Anurag inn

1. Receptionist is not at all responsive.
2. Bathroom tapes are not working properly
3. No hot water available
4.car parking not available
5. Breakfast is oily
Overall NOT worth of money

The only good part is the location of the hotel.

Other than this, the lighting in the rooms are dim and poor.
Service- laziest bunch of people. There was no reception phone number.it wasn't being received the few times it worked.

Breakfast wasn't served hot or didn't feel fresh
Dirty room- biscuit and chocolate wrappers were lying around.
Idk why I booked it looking at the 4 stars.didn't bother reading the reviews and hence the mistake is mine.

Step up your game treebo.

How Treebo promoting the hotel.
1) No parking place.staff not even bother
2) We got the room on roof top like a lodge
No elevators.
3) bathrooms flesh not working
4) no hot water
5) no towel’s
6) kettle rusted
7) no blankets for third bed
8) morning tea will get after 9.30 am
9) breakfast we got at 10.30
When we asked receptionist told me it’s complimentary
10) we took one flask tea they charge me
Rs 300
11) for AC drain water they kept one bucket in side room

This was one of my worst experiences. When we arrived at the property we had to wait for 30 mins for the receptionist/incharge to come. Once he came after repeated calls, he was very rude with us. Later he showed us the room which was very dusty and the linen too was dirty which they agreed to change. The curtains were very dirty, duvet was stained, the bathroom door handle was broken from the inside. We had specifically asked while booking through Treebo if the property has parking and they had informed us that they have. On the second day the parking was occupied, by other guest cars and the same receptionist/incharge almost came to hit my son when he demanded for parking space. He also said you paid for the room and we have not promised you parking go call the service provider and so on. Finally after arguing with him for 15 mins he called the other guests to shift their car and make place for us to park. The only good person at the property was the housekeeping staff who was very helpful and made our stay slightly better. I would never want to stay at this property ever again.

Worst experience ever, worst service, receptionist was disrespectful.
Unhygienic rooms, doesn't recommend at all.

Don't get fooled by the photos. The expectation versus reality is worst. Untidy rooms. Towels & soaps were provided only after requesting twice. AC's were not giving enough cooling. Limited complimentary breakfast was parcelled from somewhere to the rooms.

The only plus point about this property is it's location as it is almost walking distance from bus stand otherwise the rooms and service is pathetic here. Avoid it as much as possible

I stayed here for 3 days. Staff were very polite and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and decent. Definitely, highly worth for the money paid. One of the best budget hotels in mysore

I have booked a family room for rs 3500 and i have faced a number of issues, let me list it all below

1, No proper booking confirmation from the hotel (although it is a lodge only) also no payment receipt

2Some kind of water flowing sounds from the room (there is a pipe channel inside the room and we can clearly hear the water flowing sounds from that)

3Bathroom is not perfect (we have bend down to enter into it, very bad)

Cleanliness is just average, they dont even put dust mat for proper dust clearance

4, They don't have a dedicated parking Area, they only can accommodate 2 or 3 vehicles (parking is infront of the gate and it is very unclean)

5, Privacy is a big problem (one room is adjacent to other and if we open the door it will be like we can enter into another room)

Room is spacious but they don't even have a phone connected into it.

No calling bells and there is no restaurant

Worst hotel in Mysore I have ever experienced.

1. First and foremost thy don't have lift and you have to walk to third floor
2. They dont have proper/clean bed/ rooms
3. They dont respond to queries as such.
4. Rude, Unprofessional and Unethical behaviour
5. They will give out rooms which are under renovation
6. Thy charge you higher rates compared to other hotel
7. They don't even provide complimentary waterbottles properly
8. They dont provide invoice copies
9. They have manual system and not computerised entries
10. They promise to give complimentary breakfast while booking online but when you ask during stay they say it's chargeable

Not advisable for family stay as well.

Please don't go by other reviews and avoid staying or booking got to knw tat thy have paid locals for good reviews

I was terribly disappointed with this hotel. So, better choose other good hotels around Mysore.

Dirty and very small toilet rooms with leaky and jammed taps. No lift. They claim about but do not provide complimentary breakfast. Worst experience.

It's in center location of mysore easy access to any tourist places and shopping, Everything was great at this hotel.amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

Room was good near to Mysore palace but didn't get hot water and some type of smell is there other than that everything is good

Room was good but has to clean the room when asked if we stay more than 3 days. Receptionist were very friendly. Good for family and also to friends

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. First thing is there is no lift, If you are visiting with luggage then you might end up carrying it for 3 floors. Getting stinking smell from bed, loud noise from fan, dirty bed sheet and pillows. We asked to spay some room freshener but even that was not available. He said open the windows for some time the smell will go. There are windows in Bathroom without proper curtains. In my case they inform booking site that I did not check-in into Hotel just to cheat the booking site. Don't go with fake online reviews, Locals know better about this Hotel. Our Auto driver was shocked when we say we are staying in that Hotel.

This is one of the worst hotels in Mysore. No cleanliness in room, washroom components were damaged. Overall a very bad experience and it's high prices too. Please don't go by other reviews and avoid staying or booking.

You need to pay extra money at reception other than what confirmed in the app. Otherwise you won't get rooms though your booking is confirmed

They are registered in Oyo.but say tht booking through oyo is not considered. If u have paid through oyo.then there are no vacant rooms for u.its actually cheating the customer. Charging unnecessary high for no reason. Pathetic

It is a very beautiful Hotel very neat and clean maintained hope to visit again in near future

The location on map is incorrect, no Swiggy or Ola guy could reach my stay on time.

Services and rooms were good & clean. It's on 1st floor of a building, and I couldn't find any wheelchair access, in case.

Advantages: good location (quite and no far from the palace), very kind and helpful stuff, the room was clean neat and spacey one.disadvantage: the water flow in the upper tap was weak.good value to money.

A/c and gysers were not working properly then service person came to repair. No t.v connection in two rooms
