Good facility with good doctors. Staff is also very helpful. Went for health checkup and everything was well organised.

Bit unprofessional. Doctors don't come in time. Change in time is informed very late to patients.

Parking is a major problem. They don't have dedicated space. Doctors are fine but better to go to the main RxDx near Graphite India for wider choice of physicians. Interior maintenance also needs improvement.

I do not understand why there is no facility of booking an appointment prior to going to hospital. They will call in walk-in and make you sit for 2 hours. After going for walk-in they send the patient 1 by 1, then why can’t you provide the option to have an appointment beforehand so that patient are not required to wait for so long. Just to show the reports for 2 mins the receptionist made me wait for 1.5 hours.

Already added my worst experience of today and hence reducing it to one star. I would suggest to stay away from this Clinic. They are really unprofessional team.they all are sitting just to collect money.no clarity at all with their service.

I went this facility for my mother flu vaccination, and for a particular brand as i don't want to change the brand every time.before going I have asked them over phone about the brand availability and after a long wait they confirmed it's Available with them and when I reach their clinic after 10 - 15 minutes of my call, they immediately refused as the brand is not available with them. This is how is their treatment style.

My mother is 66 and a cardiac patient and to get the vaccine she has to stop one medicine (Acitrom) for a day and get the PT test done before any injection or vaccine.i had no other choice at the clinic and was forced to take that other brand vaccine.

Please please stay away from RxDx.

Worst staff.
I went at 1.30pm. Clinic closes at 2. Still she refus3d that we cannot take more patients. I told her i m not feeling well.she said "what can i do? "

I recommend the Physio here. Physio Mr. Ujjal does good job and provides good advice. Rxdx appointment booking system works mostly well, not much waiting time. Physio charges per sitting is also reasonable.
Consultation charge for General physician is too high at Rs. 550.

Very good clinic for health care and super supporting caretaking staff I recommand strongly make as first choice for your good health condition check up specially Nayana is good coordinator

Came for regular health checkup. Reached around 8: 30 and tests completed by 11: 30. The head nurse Metty was really experienced and professionally managed everything. The lady in reception coordinated all tests seamlessly without much wait time. Only thing to be improved is to add canteen in the building itself

If you don’t care about human life, go to RXDX. Absolutely no co ordination staff, no customer service.
If you take appointment online (if you are lucky enough and if they respond you), there is no assurance that you will receive doctor treatment at clinic, they will simply ignore you, no matter what’s you patient condition.
No emergency care.
Staff acts dumb as ****, as if they don’t understand your language.
Better stay at home or find better clinic.
(anyways after visiting their clinic, normally they will ask you to visit other clinics, so better don’t waste your time energy and money)

Pretty bad experience with Dr Jewel Ahmed.

- Prescribed antacid (without diagonising why).

Time spent: ~ 3 minutes

Feels like just recovering money spent for studies abroad.

The hospital does have a NON functional lift and asks senior citizens to climb 2 floors to get physiotherapy sessions.
By the time if the senior is able to walk up they will feel no need for session.
Worst the staff does not know and communicate crudely with one saying lift will be rectified today and another lady staff saying that because there is no electricity the lift is not operational.
Just wanted to keep you aware thar if you can't climb you might want to go to other hospitals.

They are not bothered even if u have booked appointment through online portal, they r working as per their own way what ever they like.

This is just like any other bad service place, for routine check up which was scheduled 1 week in advance, had to wait for technical staffs. It is not about waiting in long queue of people, it is about waiting for their services because they have not arranged staffs on time. Not even average. Initial enquiry before booking appointment, was told 2.5 hours and it has taken 5 hours already.
When I went to meet doctor for consultation, he wasn't listening at all, using his mobile, in attitude, no attention to patient, says go it's fine, not listening to concern s. This kind of place all such jhola chhap doctors are sitting

Such a pathetic experience with Dr Subbaiah Reddy today, felt like I'm speaking to a first year medical student with the payment seat. My prescription was premeditated whatsoever my symptoms could be.
Had to visit since I am suffering from sever headache, running nose, fever.

The pediatrcs doctor (Ahmed) is not having comonsence, showing his attitude infront of kids. He is not having patience to listen parents and also explaning parents regarding prescribing medicine. He is perfectly fit for Jadibuti doctor not for a pediactrician. Worst experience in my first visit so concluding this as my last visit.

Visited Utrasound/Scan department in RxDx yesterday. It was very nice experience. Dr. Arpita is highly experienced and leaves no doubt during scan process.

Worst hospital, docs are just minting money and spreading false lies to patients. When enquired or asked they are willing to fight and asking staff to throw out the customers.

Extremely Pathetic management of patient order to visit doctor. Waited more than hour and they are not even bothered to inform the sequence, people who came late are sent to consult doctor immediately. Very bad.

Seriously disappointed with the service. I had taken appointment for liver doctor at RxDx Kadugodi who visits weekly.

After waiting for one week just half an hour before they told me the doctor will not be there.

It happened two times. Seems like the doctor only visits if there are enough patients and doesn't care about individual patients.

This is good facility for vaccinations as well as OPD and all staffs are well mannered.they also have ECG, USG as well as physiotherapy center inside.

I place on record my deep sense of appreciation for the wonderful service rendered by the Malleswaram branch of RxDx in general and by Mr. Mani in particular during the last trying months when we had to get vaccinated. Mr. Mani is a gem of a human being and having spent nearly 38 years in public service I can say that I wish he had worked with me.

Their call center is rubbish, i dont know with whom they talk so long, as per ivr if wait number is 2, after 30mins also i hear their iritiating ivr wait music. God know what rxdx call center is doing.

Worst! Don’t go if you care for your life.

They are the most non-service minded in this industry perhaps. 11000 worth of tests related to Covid intensity and zilch responsibility to provide results as ‘promised’.
If someone dies due to their delay, they shall have it! Irresponsible and mistakes in sending reports - what can be worse!

Pathetic customer experience. The staff at the reception is rude and have the attitude of some stupid royalty. First of all they charge exorbitantly for even the simplest of tests and then they have dictatorian approach for everything that you need to go through while you are there in that lab. Being a doctor I am hugely disappointed with the way you treat patients or anyone visiting your lab. Won't visit again.

Horrible place.avoid this place.technical people doest care for patients.they will tell come tomorrow as one of there person is outside eventhoug ur sick.no standard timings for tests.each one will tell different timings.

I had a video consultation with the doctor named Sunil Keshu, as I had flu kind of symptoms the doctor asked me for the covid test. Now once the test is done I am trying to reach the hospital on the given number and the doctor's personal number but no response on both sides.
Also when I went for the RTCPR test, people who took the sample were very rude.

It was wonderful experience. Very helpful staff. My help went for vaccination and had lost her ph no through which she had registered on Cowin app. Hence we were struggling to get certificate and vaccination scheduled for her. But Mr. Yarab helped and gave her 2nd dose and certificate as well. Very supportive

It seems they have 1 person at their call center. I waited 15 min in queue, then it disconnected. If you have urgency forget about this place.

We had international travel, we went for covid test. They delayed the result of my wife with no clear communication on time estimate. We called few times but no proper response.we had to book another one paying 5000 for immediate result.

I will never recommend rxdx for RT PCR test. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable

Horrible hospital. No process in place and exorbitant cost.nurses are hopeless and don't have iota of responsibility for timing.they will give u appointment at some time but it's of no use.

RXDX Kadugodi branch has become vaccination center than the health care center. Today we have visited for Thyroid blood test and we been told to come in long queue awaiting for Covid vaccination. It requires simple common sense to form seperate vaccination and non vaccination queues to recognise as health care center!

Poor service. Staffs are irresponsible especially about COVID vaccination. They created certain condition for provide a vaccination but no pre-intimation to visitors about those condition. Finally our time will be waste.
Dont prefer this centre for Vaccination.

I have been visited tday where I was having appointment for my sis with doctor Sidharth.we got entered to the room, where he was busy in some online classes, my sis started explaining her issue but his concentration was on his classes. He was just in hurry bhary Nothing suggetion we got from that doctor. And I wasted my 650rupee lol

Went for my second dose of vaccination at RXDX Kadugodi, only to see poorly managed, totally unorganised vaccination centre with a long queue of vaccine seekers almost till the main road even after prior appointment booking on Cowin. Staff people are uncooperative. Inspite of having prior appointment you need to fill a separate form for the vaccine, a verification at pharmacy and then long queue at billing counter. It was frustrating to have selected RXDX for vaccination.
Moreover Waiting room is arranged at the very basement just next to Genset. If you're unlucky, you'll have to inhale smoke for an hour for getting your vaccine. Would never recommend to go to RXDX for any medical support. Please avoid!

We went for vaccination, it was not smooth at all and time taking as well. With prior booking at app, have booked a slot for 1-2 pm. But there we have to wait in a long line just to get a slip (waiting time 30+ mins) there were no sitting arrangements. Then for billing and payment we have wasted 30+ mins.

I got my 2md jab done in RxDx Whitefield. The services provided were very smooth and without hassle. It was ultra organised. Overall experience was great.

Had to wait in a stuffy room with no air circulation. Very inefficient handling for vaccine, one security person writing 'form'. Long queue. No priority for seniors. Bad experience.

Too much costly.only for fever they charged 4500 including blood test. And They said they will send blood reports through whatsapp in two days.but didn't send in two days.on third day when i called them still they didn't provide the details.then again i have visited to the location and collected it.

Went for vaccination with prior booking on arogya setu app. The time slot was 1-2pm. No sitting or waiting arrangements were made for people visiting for vaccination. The queue was uptil the main road. Highly unsafe. I ended up standing in the queue for 2 hours before getting the vaccine. Completely unorganized way of verification and billing. No waiting allowed post vaccination. The vaccine may or may not cause a reaction but standing for 2 hours would surely give me leg pain.

This branch is managed professionally. All the staff are serving good and one of the staff member, Mr. Yaarab is amazing in assisting patients and visitors. He has never turn down any of the requests or enquiries made to him. Always received the queries with a smile and helped.

Yarab Pasha in RxDx, Kadugodi is an user friendly person. He works in farmacy and supports the user with patience and answers the queries with a smile.

It’s not a bad hospital. I’ve been there twice. They have scanning and other tests available there. It’s not a crowded place and waiting time is low.
The first time, I had fever and the doctor prescribed dolo and tests for typhoid, dengue and all kinds of fevers.
The second time we went for a ultrasound scanning of my wife which was fine.

For Vaccination dont go to this hospital, No Social Distance, You have to wait in a line for Hours

You have to stand in a Line with Walkin Vaccination People, Still you have a appointment

In Middle Many people break the Line, Security person wont speak a Line

This Hospital is not at all Fit for Vaccination Drive

Very bad experience. I booked a 7: 30pm appointment with Dr Srikanth. 7: 10 pm I received a call from Rxdx and they requested to come early because the doctor had to leave early and there were no patients other than me. I reached at 7: 25pm and then the doctor tells me that there are 2 more patients before me. I spoke to the receptionist that my appointment was at 7: 30, how can you give multiple appointments in the same slot? The response was very disappointing. They said we will refund the charges. This is such an unprofessional behavior. I booked appointment at a specific time slot because I had another meeting at 8pm and worst part is they did not even try to resolve the issue. What is the point of taking an appointment when you treat all cases as a walk-in. Posting this review so that the management can better structure their operations. Never going again to this branch.

Booked for covid test on 11th may for 13th may. Got message that booking is confirmed and the concerned person will contact me. Got a message today that the person will visit me on Saturday. How irresponsible you guys are. Didn't you know beforehand that testing will not happen today and how could you step back after giving slot? Is it a joke to postpond important testing while the pandemic is taking the life of thousands on daily basis? Anybody booking covid test through telerad please di it at your own risk. Perhaps they will turn up just before your cremation.

Special mention and shout out to Dr Sadiq who i have been in regular touch for a month even after being treatwd for covid. He has been prompt and helpful throughout with the initial test schedule, home care and later on with other presciptions too. His promptness saved my life roo. Hats off to you Dr Sadiq.

Pathetic and third grade clinic. Only money minded even during this pandemic. There are a lot of better options around kadugodi. Avoid in all sense.

Please dont go with rxdx if you want the test to be done on the time. I have booked the slot for home collection and they have not given any update further. I followed with them for the update everyday and they informed like their team will call back before eod. On the booking date i called them again as there was no update. When i called them they informed like there is no slot. My question is when i was booking, there was slot available and thats y i booked. Then how can they say like no slot on the booking date.

Pathetic experience. Have called them for covid test, they fix the appointment, I ask them will I receive any confirmation msg, they say yes. Neither I receive any msg nor any call. I called them at least 6-7 times they told they are sending executives, but they didn't. I have to catch flight for that it was mandatory but they took it as a joke.
Will not suggest to anyone. Really very disappointed with this kind of behaviour.

Rxdx kadugodi is a very professional. Within a very short span of notice they have arranged rt-pcr test for 23 people in same day within 4 hours.

My father had to take a covid test and the results were promised in 48hrs. Since this was a travel requirement, where flights requested to see an RT PCR test performed within 72 - 96 hours, we waited until it was at least ot was 64 hours. The hospital stalled the reports by saying that they will provide it by 7pm- an evening before the early morning flight.and we have been trying to call them, but they are not responding to calls and have not provided a status yet. They are highly unreliable and undependable with these tests and they charge almost 700rs extra as compared to other hospitals

Quick service in covid-19 peak timings. A nurse Sandhya is very kind and co-operative. She followed all Covid-19 measures when she came for sample collection.

They take good care of patients, pharmacy person Mr. Yarab Pasha responding well and immediate delivery of medicines. Thanks to RXDX.

Horrible service. I called them and booked rt pcr test for home collection since i was to undergo a treatment in a hospital. First i contacted them on Fri then sat, same response that we will get in touch with u. It's been 3 days no one has contacted. At least inform u can come or no. Result is that my treatment is delayed.

My son was not feeling well, he had cold and cough.we met the Mr. Jewels.he didn't even touch the patient and checked. He asked what exactly problem and he wrote the madicine and gave.

Even I know those madicines names, why we went to the hospital to check, those madicines directly I can collect from.medical shop.

I'm not feeling well, i had light fever and teeth pain.we met the parvatha vardhini. She didn't even touch the patient and checked. He asked what exactly problem and he wrote the madicine (use only dolo 650) and gave. Receptionist is also busy with mobile.

Even I know those madicines names, why we went to the hospital to check, those madicines directly I can collect from.medical shop. I strongly suggest go to other hospitals for early recovery.

Already took appointment but still had to wait for half an hour. No professionalism for any staff. Took so long over tele caller to take an appointment seems like such a busy place. But the place was all empty still took so long to do the scanning.

A very good experience with the pharmacy and nursing staff. Very professional and prompt service. Recently engaged them for multiple lab tests and medicines delivery, and had a great experience. Would like to mention a few individuals whose names I know and have helped immensely- Yarab, Sandhya, Malesh, Nadichand, Chandan.

Very nice experience especially with Lavanya the clinic cordinator at Kadugodi Branch is very efficient and very helpful. Doctor, whom l consulted for Skin issues, is very kind, helpful and courteous. In first consultation itself, she (Doctor) has given me confidence that my problem will be solved in an hour after consuming the medicines given by her prescription. As she said,

Today we had a Anamoly scan with Dr.pujanwita Das and attender sumitra. We had a very gud experience and Dr. Is very kind also explained each and everything with understandable manner. She has lots of patience to answer all our questions. Seems she is new to this hospital since we had 3 sittings for scan 1st time we met her. We feel comfort with her. I enjoyed my motherhood and feel safe.
