Dr Prashanth Nagaraj performed a radial head replacement surgery (elbow) on me about 5 months ago. He guided me throughout the pre surgery and post recovery process too. I also underwent physiotherapy with Mr Gautham Kumar for about one month. Overall I am extremely happy with my healing and recovery. Consulting at RxDx was the best thing I ever did.
Physiotherapy worked wonders. Improvement in range of movement is unbelievable. Many thanks to Mr Gautham.

RxDx has a lot of facilities. I started with physiotherapy and then moved to working out in their gym. The physiotherapists here are very skilled and knowledgeable. The physiotherapy centre is well equipped and has all the required equipment for the therapy. I'm very thankful to Vaishnavi, Gautham and Abhishek for completing my 9-year long recovery.

I visited RxDx to consult Dr. Prashanth. I had a meniscus tear and ACL tear. Having already undergone ACL and PCL reconstruction and this being the second time i was highly apprehensive.
Dr. Prashanth examined me and asked to undergo Prehab physiotherapy.
Mr Gowtham was my physiotherapist. He took sufficient time to examine and determine my condition and started the physiotherapy. By constantly guiding me in clinic as well as showing me the exercises i could do at home on my own, i was able to gradually make progress. Within a month I was able to recover and move around comfortable and go back to my daily life. It would not have been possible without the constant guidance and excellent care provided.

I had my annual health check up done for the first time in RxDx. The doctors and nurses are really courteous and helpful. The whole process does get over in 3-4 hours as stated. Happy with the service.

It's a pool is clean and well maintained, i met Suman there who was life guard n coach.very nice person i haven't seen ppl being so dedicated with work as he is. Small things like.one time i told the pool had some dirt he instantly got it cleaned, n when it was sunny he volunteered and called someone to put the net on top. Sometimes guided and made corrections in my swim style too even though i was just a member and not student there. There is no two way, if say my experience at RXdx has been good because of genuine person like him.very humble person. You can go join and see for urself. There very few people like him who are this dedicated to work.

Rxdx Malleshwaram has the best- well maintained swimming pool. The staffs here are very friendly. Especially life guard Suman who is very polite, encourages and gives us ideas to improve our swimming strokes and techniques. I’m glad I’ve taken 1year membership here!

Recently availed compelete health checkup, lab services and doctor consultation at Malleshwaram centre which was very professional, seamless, efficient, comprehensive, quick and cost effective. They have all latest/modern equipments you can rely upon for precise test results.
Staff members knowledge, experience, attitude towards their customers is really commendable. Can't recall having this level of customer care in any other clinics or hospitals. To name a few staff members, Uma, Jessy, Prathima and Gayithri are the fronline members who have taken care of my entire visit at the clinic and did excellent job in giving us a great experience at the clinic and helped at all various stages.
Lastly, Dr. Jyotika Gupta from Family Medicines gave us very comprehensive advice on the issues, causes and correction path which was very encouraging. Will be following the advice effectively indeed.

One of the best diagnostic centre, with helpful staff, especially Uma Mam, who has been invaluable. Doctors are highly trained professionals.

Suman is very helpful staff. I use the swimming pool and am happy with the facility and cleanliness.

Worst experience. Arrogant & rude staff - receptionist Mani & a lady whom he called for booster dose of vaccination. All this after taking an appointment as RXDX has a tie up with a large corporate. Was told the pack of 10 vials can't be opened. Will never visit again or recommend RXDX.

Went for routine diagnosis, it was good, they do have parking at basement but avoid taking 4 wheelers they are crowded and since its in busy area can't park outside. You have to take appointment before going there online appointment is available.

Postponed my vaccine appointment TWICE. No apology, nothing. They can't open another vial- i don't care! We are paying for the vaccination, it's not free! Horrible.

Dr. Sanjay Sharma, foot care specialist treated me for callus ulcer. He is an expert doctor, down to earth. I was cured within 7 days for which I was worried too much. Hats off to him and ever grateful to him.
Mrs. Prathima. V who assisted Dr in treating this problem is equally good. Throughout my treatment, she was very kind and took utmost care.

Not recommended for health checkup through company. Not professional, no dental and eye doctor available. After blood checkup and scanning, they arranged for teleconsultation (done for name sake)

Set up a consultation call with Dr. Jyothika the same day. Medicines were delivered the same evening. Jessy Madam, the nurse who monitored me called thrice everyday to check my progress. Came to normal within 4 days and was discharged in a week.

Pathetic place. I requested for Hepatitis B home vaccination for my father. After multiple connects, they finally said they can provide. Then they said we can provide only after 3 days. When i told them that was okay, they said.we need to see if we can after three days. After some time, they said we need to check if the vaccine is available in the pharmacy, and then say they dont have. A basic vaccine and these guys say they dont have or give reasons - then why do the advertise that on the web and say that they can do it. Waste of peoples time. They are now only focused on COVID Vaccine since it generates more money for them.

Make sure you call them to get your reports, else they'll likely forget to send them even after the committed TAT.

And if you don't get after one call, make sure you call them again:)

8 months absolute inactivity post my wife's demise left me with a situation wherein I had no strength to get off the bed, stand without support or even walk. Dr. Pratik studied the problen and put me through a series of muscle strengthening exercises and in two weeks now I have regained more than 50% of my strength and confidence to be able to lead an almost normal life. Seeing the reviews wanted to take my mother, 87 years old for trimming her toe nails. They said that no home service was available but the Dr would take it up after the consultation. Still I insisted to cross check if the service was available as it is an effort to take the aged person to the clinic. The receptionist after verifying confirmed the same. But today wen she was taken there, she was told that they do only surgeries and not nail trimming. The Dr.prescribed some ointment for a consultation of 1000 rupees.for no service received.who is to be blamed now? No respect for the age? Money is the only criterion? No moral binding and consciousness? Highly disappointing.please respect the agony and time of patients too apart from the money you collect!

The online consultation of this hospital is amazing. Dr. Jyotika was very helpful during my encounter with Covid. I reside in Dehradun but was lucky to have the guidance of Dr. Jyotika throughout my treatment. She helped me recover from my lung infection. She was diligent in taking my records and even now has been guiding me at every step. Even Dr. Uma had been a great help. I thank them truly for helping me out during my tough times.

They wouldn't give me vaccine untill atleast 10 people were there in the lobby. I came in at around 2pm for a 1-4 slot. And there was no one else waiting when i came in. And this was one hour after slot time began. Had to leave unvaccinated.

How can you lie shamelessly? How will there be wastage if the recipient is right there at the hospital? Moreover, vaccine is only drawn from the vial after the recipient has paid for it. Its not like 10 vials are opened all at once. The real reason is your doctor/nurse is only ready to give vaccines at his/her convenience.

The worst staff! Do not have a professional attitude!
They made up wait for 45 mins for them to accommodate 20 people for a dose of vaccine each!

I had a good experience with RxDx SamAnvay Malleswaram branch, visited today for covishield vaccine, the staff at vaccination centres were very friendly. There are separate centres for vaccines which makes it very convenient. I would recommend this centre.

I would like to share my experience with RxDx. Unfortuantely I along with my family contracted Covid 19 on 13th May. We took online consultancy and Dr Jyotika and Sister Pratima was assigned to look after us. I must say both are extremely professional n calm while answering all queries. Twice we used to receive call from Sister Pratima where she used to enquire abt our health, food n symptoms. Only required medication was given for a week and we started recovering with right medication n food we are fully recovered.

I am high risk patient. Yet I came like any other person as govt hasn't given a special day for kidney transplant receivers. I had called to find out if it is okay to. Come after getting a booking in Cowin. Outright staff said no vaccince is recieved. I took my chance and came. It was utter chaos. Everyone on the road no shade no water nothing. Disappointed. Only good was I got the vaccine with your misinformation.

Wonderful Service, no hassels. Process is completely defined and followed well. Only for outside queue we need to wait. Once we get inside and pay the fee rest process are very well defined and we exit in next 20 mins the user will be vaccinated.staff's are very good and polite. I was tested positive on May 4th. I got to know about RxDx team and their extensive care for their patients and took up a 11 day course with their team. Starting 5th May, my fever, oxygen levels, BP, my diet, my symptoms were all monitored even though I was home isolated.

The person at the clinic named Apeksha was extremely helpful in arranging the same and ensuring a smooth process for me, adhering to the slot I requested for. Hi i am writing this to share my genuine opinion about my weight loss journey. Doctor consultation is good but
Lab Experience is Highly dissapointing and Bad.
I had given blood sample for 3 Tests, in this they missed one of the test. It happened 2 times. Even after calling multiple times.there is no proper Response, They said we forgot. How can u forget multiple times?

Very pleased with RXDX’s professionalism. My daughter had to get her RT-PCR test done. Kavya from their lab arrived right on time & took the sample. Extremely pleasant, soft spoken young lady. The results were also promptly sent the following day. I would highly recommend RXDX for all lab & consultations.

Good but staff need to be little bit fast in getting things ready.
Also there location in map is showing wrong, needs to be changed.

Worst customer support by reception front desk. I am a regular visitor to the clinic for my kids. There was some query which I need to discuss with pediatric Doctor. They unable to connect to the doctor. They were giving the nonsense reason which is not acceptable.

The lady was very rude and not professional.

We were getting the test done for our Japanese clients, When we were waiting for the test, Mr. Mani came down and explained the reason for the delay, which was appreciated by my clients.

Further my clients wanted Covid test report in special report format given by Ministry of External affairs, Japan. Mr. Mani helped us getting the with out any hassle.

Great service by the staff. I had a requirement of test report to be used for international travel. Team here was prompt enough to provide the report in the required format. Special thanks to Apeksha on front desk staff.

Very worst worst Worst experience with my health check up, don't go by seeing the reviews. They don't have enough staff.only one lady is handling all like taking blood, providing details to the patients in the reception.they are not maintaining first come first serve basis. It's a first come last serve basis.
I was waiting for USG check up for 4.5hrs. I had been there at 8am and given blood samples. But they didn't send me for USG till 12.30pm. I was so tired by waiting and became more sick.due to this I couldn't complete TMT test, eye checkup. And the machine to do USG is not working properly, because.of this they are simply lying it's busy. And they are making patients to wait longer and longer.due to this After returning to home I had fever and nausea by evening, because of this went to other hospital for doctors consultation.

Worth taking the Covid package. Doctors were very helpful and listens patiently and advices pretty well.

Staff were very punctual in the follow ups.

It has been a pleasure to deal with the staff of RxDx especially Mr. Rehan the technician who came home to do the test. The staff have been so courteous and polite and super accessible and helpful from the first call I made to them. It was a rapid antigen test for 3 senior citizens of my family all over 80 years who needed the test to travel back home. My worry was the test had to be done carefully considering their age. Mr Joy at the clinic was extremely efficient booking our appointment and helpful with queries I had and the technician Mr. Rehan who came home for the test was super good at his job. The elders had no discomfort and the test for each person took barely a few seconds. All safety protocols were followed by Rehan and we got the reports in two hours. Thankyou RxDx Team!

We were well cared for with nurse Yamuna meticulously calling us 3 times a day to ask about our health and wellness. Escalating to the doctor as necessary getting back with recommendations.
We took the 11 day recovery package offered. Rxdx has got a good facility of renting out blood pressure and oxygen monitoring equipment. Our covid period ended in 14 days.

I had taken 10 sessions of the ultrasound guided lumbar stabilization. These were done by Dr. Renu Dadiala and her team incl Joy, Asha and others. They did an excellent job led by Dr. Renu who has a very good manner with clients and is able to put them at ease.
