S R S Travels

I had worst travel experience in this transport. Booked a Non A/C sleeper bus from Mumbai - Hubli.

• Bus was one hour late for boarding.

• Bus hygiene was below average.

• After a while due to rain, water started to leak through ceiling light above the bed.

• In next hour during driver duty exchange, second driver ran off (around 3: 30 am in middle of a highway). ‍️ Somehow existing driver and a passenger convinced him to get back to driving.

• Second driver was still sleepy and started driving. (Around 4: 25am)

• Just after 5 minutes Bus engine broke down. (4: 30 am)

• Bus was not equipped common repairs tools (like spanners)

• I called more than 15 SRS office none of them responded. Finally one of them received the call and put me on Hold and no further response.

• Around 6: 05am they repaired with the help of local mechanic.

• There was delay of more than 7 hours during working day (Monday).

• No refund of ticket or compensation amount for the delay was assured by SRS for the inconveniences.

Best experience, and suggest for SRS tourist corporation to all travel planers

Bus seats are good.but charger plug points are not working. Staff behavior are not responsible. On bus from Bangalore - murdeshwar

Buses from Bangalore to Chennai r not as good as from Mangalore to Bangalore. So please see through the problem. Rest all s good

We went to Thirupathi package on 8/12/17 and he dropped at 10/12/17 early morning 1am around 23 person they told 1800 including vip darshan while departure only problem started bus 2 hours late and for 300 per person for vip darshan they told in Thirupathi or ur wish u can go for free darshan they told at end time they simply give assurance they are eating nice money this package only fake only booking only they nicely after wards no response from travels helpline and guide is waste fellow he told this special darshan started from 1monyh he lied nicely only they eating money the fake travel don't travel in SRS TRAVELS go with KSTDC is best my friend travel they pick and drop correctly.

Worst Experience traveled from Bangalore to Belgaum on 16/11/17 from majestic bus no KA 51 AA 6981 and the service was worst no drinking water bottle also was provided. The driver was smoking inside the bus and when the bus stopped somewhere in the highway for a loo break I could smell that he was drunk when I asked him he started scolding bad words and almost all were asleep at 3 am in the morning and no one knew about it and I was worried till I reach my destination. Will never choose SRS again in my life.
