Person in the reception uses bloody dirty slang abusing the guest when we went to check in for availability. Never seen person sitting in reception abusing the guest
According to oyo app it mention complimentary breakfast so we made the booking for 04 nights and after checkin when we called around 7.30 from room to ask about breakfast, guy was like will give by 9.30 but again we checked with reception guy with white shirt he denied. We didn't like there service at all. Even we requested for room move first he was like yes I will do but later again he was making excuses. I Will never visit this oyo again.
Giving 1 star only because there's no option to give 0. They are cheats and the rooms are in such bad shape. The tap was broken, the linens were dirty and there were all sorts of stains on the walls. Also, we were not given breakfast which was part of the package; they told us the restaurant was shut and that we had to make our own arrangements. However, when asked by the OYO customer care executive they said that we did not open the door when they knocked to serve us breakfast.
All said and done, the worst part is that they did not accept our discounted booking and made us pay the entire amount saying the discounted price is some sort of fraud going on, even though it was on the OYO app. I don't know whether to be disappointed with the property or the OYO customer support that was of absolutely no help. The property manager lied through his teeth and said that they never saw the cheaper booking whereas, in reality, he cancelled it himself, right in front of us. OYO has no system in place to verify these activities and conveniently washes their hands of when it comes to a refund.
They did not have restaurants and they still took money for food which I paid through the app.and the mattress was of such a poor quality that it kept on marking its presence by making such noises with every turn we took during the sleep
Not maintaining room well as before. There were many hair in room. Bathroom was not clean like other oyo. Recently quality of service is decreasing in oyo.
This is one of the worst townhouse in Oyo. No safety precautions. No proper cleaning of the room.no handwash seperately provided.you have to use single medimix soap for all purpose. Drinking water is chargeable after 1 litre.and tht too 25rs per litre. No bills will be provided of you ordered food from hotel. Oyo townhouse again disappointed ️.
Since there is no way I can connect to you directly, I reached out to the call center number but neither they are authorized to connect me to you, it's been 45 mins that the water is overflowing from your hotel on terrace.please have a check and pls be responsible
Its a good place to stay near kalyan nagar, unlike other oyo hotels, the townhouse has amused me, they keep things very neat with polite staffs. I will always suggest a townhouse rather than oyo hotels. What they show while you book you will b definitely getting it. More over nice crew for service. I have stayed in different town houses in banglore, everywhere its the best. Its on the budget side as well as you get a premium feel.
