Good quality kerala sarees are imported from keral is available in thz shop. Good quality products. But price is little high

Tailor attached to it refused to return our sari which we missed to collect with many product.and also the service was very very poor.

The products are very expensive, nonreturnable with no exchange or refund.
We purchased a dress for about 3000Rs. After a wash it shrunk so much that we could no longer wear it. When contacted the shopkeeper promised to sort ot out in 2 days and promised to call us back. We didn't recieve the call. After 10 days we called again and was told to come and try the altered dress and if it is not fitting, the we could go for exchange. When we went in the evening, the tone of the shopkeeper was different and he told us that he has not recieved any complaints till now and is not willing for exchange or refund. Please think twice before you buy from here.

Very bad experiance shopping at Safa Marva. Quality of the clothes we purchased was not up to the mark. When asked abt the poor quality after wash, they r not ready to accept, no exchange also. All the money into the drain. Very very bad.

Great staff. The shop has been renovated well with lift facility which is really helpful for senior citizens. Quality products.

Price is too high and not branded products. Just some local city market products are sold @ 200%extra price

No discount. The products are bad. Promises are not kept. Would not waste money shopping there if the products are not worth the price
