I am Mona Jain, consulted Dr. Soumya Aithal from Shekhar Hospital. I joined Prenatal yoga session under Dr. Bijaya without any reference. I was not much keen on joining Prenatal yoga session, however due to external push, i joined the sessions during 6th month and i am very much happy and satisfied to be part of it. I used to wait for the yoga day as it was so relaxing, we met many other fellow people going through the same phase, discussing our life with all during session.

Coming to Dr. Bijaya- She has done an marvellous work by encouraging us to accept ourselves as it is and bringing positivity in our lives which is better for ourself and the baby. Her sessions include affirmations and visualisation of baby which cant be explained but experienced under her guidance. And the most important thing she taught me was how to get prepared for labour by BREATHING exercises. Without these techniques, I couldn’t have delivered baby normally in just 2.5 hours. Regular Breathing exercises helped my baby to maintain his heartbeat and oxygen well till the delivery. During the last days, her constant positive messages built confidence in me and before going to hospital I consulted her, explained my situation and took decision to deliver normally. Her guidance is required in every phase of this pregnancy. I must say she is doing an marvellous job and I recommend everyone to join prenatal yoga and make your life easy.

Dr. Reetu G Naresh referred me to join Prenatal yoga therapy sessions conducted by Dr. Bijaya Bhattacharya.
I had started taking the sessions from 6th month of my pregnancy. Before that, till 5 months of my pregnancy, I used to feel depressed and all alone. I was very inactive. But on the first day of session itself, I could see a very positive effect, both physically as well as mentally. I became more active, happy and calm. I used to come from far and it was very difficult for me to attend her sessions thrice a week, but then her classes were so good that I almost managed to attend each and every class in last 4 months of my pregnancy.

Bijaya mam's continuous support and guidance helped me gain a lot of strength both physically and mentally. She used to focus on everyone individually and that too not only during classes, but there was continuous push from her on WhatsApp group regarding our whole day activities. Infact, I had started enjoying my pregnancy after then.
Physical exercises like duck walk, squats, butterfly loosening helped alot to build physical strength. Pranayama and positive affirmations had helped me build mental strength.
Mine was a C-section delivery though due to some complications in the end time and again it was a setback for me, but then Bijaya mam's support helped me to be positive in this situation as well.
I would highly recommend all dear pregnant ladies to join Bijaya mam's sessions, as it will help to stay strong throughout the pregnancy and during delivery, both physically and mentally.

Its really nice experience to being here, its my second time i’m visiting this hospital and got a very good service from the parking lot to diagnosis, especially dr. Bhargavi, nurses and front desk peoples are very polite to me in my emergency period, heart full thanks to everyone will recommend to everyone.

Appointments are meaningless, be prepared to wait a minimum of 1-2 hours, zero apologies from the management.

Well serving staffs are very good and they treat babies very cherishing even the doctors are the same, as a parents we feel safe and relaxed with the experienced doctor but the only negative point is the administration department and not all the staff in that but I am not sure with the name of the lady whom I spoke to she speak harsh and demand with the customers so please make sure that she treats the customers with a very polite manner only because of one person a good place should not have a bad impression thank you for a trust worthy and good support and mainly I should note that I know the paediatric doctor madam Ambika from past 10 years she is the one goddess taking care of both my sensitive children’s as a mother I feel safe and secured thank u so much madam

Best for new born baby care. Highly experienced doctors and nurses. They take good care of your baby and on time. Equipped with good facilities and a nice canteen. Overall, the best for maternity and baby care.

This is one of the best maternity and baby care hospitals in Bangalore. They have professional and friendly doctors and staff. Canteen facility Is also good. They also have a small studio setup for Photoshop of newborn. Overall you will not be financially burdened if you have insurance policy.

Worst hospital, we had very bad experience for delivery of baby
There are lot of shortest of nurses and availabile staff are also very rude and arrogant, even the doctors have made this as commercial business, they have no care for mother and the baby not recommended plz don’t go to this hospital it’s like narak (hell) worst experience, don’t don’t care for baby nor the mother all just worst worst from top to bottom all worst

Worst hospital ever.just for name sake it is a big hospital. Found bed bugs in hospital bed when my baby was admitted.
And when we go for consultation the management is so worst had to wait for 45 mins for my baby to get saturation test done! And the lame reason such a big hospital gave. Shortage of nurses!

While at the gynaecologist department to meet Dr Latha while the appointment was at 11am the doctor never shows up till 12: 30pm while your constantly checking at the reception where they are clueless.
While I’m told at the reception that you came early (well, 10: 30am while my appointment was 11am) so should we get there by 1pm while my appointment is at 11am?

There’s a reason why we give phone number why don’t they use? It’s very frustrating for working professional while we get Saturdays to run errands and we end up wasting our time sitting here forever. Half our day is over and than your given an appointment for 2weeks later fro a scan!

I would rate negative, if there would be a option to do that, The worst ever experience I had, the worst management, I was waiting for 3 hours and they just said wait, wait, the reply of the people there with full worst attitude, when I said we are frustrated we are going to leave, the immediate second a person called me and asked me to pay registration fee, these nurses did not even check the files and report,

the response for payment are in seconds, but for other things the worst ever response

The reason I am using the word worst these many times is because of the frustration I felt there

I have no idea about the doctor.

The parking fee should not be collected from the patients side. Or the amount should be deducted in the OPD charges.

This amount can be collected from the visitors end.

The east wing waiting area stinks very badly. As I had visited this place for a periodic consultants.

This needs a high alert check. Since this is a hospital.

I have PCOD from 6 years.i I was not undergone any treatment these years.only by doctor given diet and consultation I got cured from it. Now I got delivered with a healthy baby without any treatment for PCOD. I'm very thankful for the doctor B. N. Ambuja.she is very experienced and a very caring doctor. Thank you doctor

Worst experience ever my mother is senior citizen they gave heavy dose of antibiotics it has been a month she is still suffering frm stomach upset

My wife went there for a TVS scan with a. Doctor’s prescription and that receptionist kept forcing her to get abdominal scan with TVS scan. She even said - doctor has asked to get both. Which was very dumb of her as the prescription says only TVS scan. She just wanted us to take the scan so that she could charge us the extra. In other words they will force you medication or procedures even if you don’t want ti. I mean who could die from a scan right? You might as well make money on it. Easy 2k

On top of that, we took an appointment at 1: 00 pm and since we didn’t agree tj get the other scan she made sure others who were walk-in got ahead before us. To wreck it even more my wife had to wait 1 1/2 hours from the appointment time to still have no scan done.

We finally yelled at her and came out of the hospital. It felt like the receptionist was given clear direction how to charge more money to customers. She had no apology nothing, just handed over our file and carried over her work.

Just an unorganized hospital, poor and horrible receptionist and greed hospital to make money than service.

Never recommending to anyone

This Hospital really sucks to the core. Dr. Priya Chinappa who comes here, is big celebrity, she never gives appointments. You have to call and take appointment before 15days. Which sounds really silly. I would have never gone to this hospital if my Cloud 9 doctor would not have recommended this so called Priya Chinnappa

I would like to say about Dr sandhya mam.she is the other name of Trust.she is well deserved for that.we are blessed to have such a doctors in sagarchandrama hospital.and also sisters.i can say only thank you.for everyone for a good treatment?

Dr. Vidhyamani Boriah is goddess. My wife is her patient. First we met her for PCOS and with her treatment my wife got conceived and today we're blessed with a baby girl and it was a normal delivery.

The hospital staff also serves very obediently and with lot of patience. We never felt like its an hospital because they treat us like a family.

Thanks to sagar chandramma hospital and we always owe to vidhyamani ma'am and the staff.

Worst management. When this was started few years back, everyone were welcoming and they were treating all patients in nice way. From past 2 years, everyone had become very rude. No proper communication. Worst ever management and I would definitely not recommend this hospital. Doctors are very good but again, management and rude behaviour from them makes it worst!

Very bad administration.

1st instance
they misplaced the urine samples and blood samples and they had all the audacity to ask if the samples were provided when asked for the reports. Look at the carelessness of the staff. They don't have value for time and importance of the situation. Are they fit to do their job playing with patients health and emotions.

2nd instance
Even after taking an appointment to consult the doctor there was no proper scheduling of the patients with doctor. You should have proper token system to see the doctor. I was given the first slot but I was allowed after other patients went in. What is the point in booking an appointment.

I delivered a girl baby just 3days ago. Here mainly doctors suggest for normal delivery first they try for it. If any complications only they do c-section. If ur looking for homely staff, doctors please do visit this hospital. I would suggest you to visit this hospital once. The doctors are very friendly, intelligent and they really have a very good hospitality. To say about nurses I don't have any words to say. They are just amazing. The way they care the baby, mother and every 2 hours they come to help the mothers for feeding the whole day. They teach just how to hold the baby, how to feed the baby each and every thing will be taught in 3 days.it's one of the best maternity hospital in the south Bangalore.

Neat and clean hospital. Today was 1st visit. Paid consultation fee of Rs. 500/- with registration fee of Rs. 150/-.

Hospital is good and clean my second kid born in this hospital on April this year, to share few words, I never consulted any doctor here so cannot comment on them. We had a doctor who used to visit this hospital and my company provided me cashless facilitiy so went this hospital. Their fees is very high, they have their own maternity plans which you have to select, no other options. Post delivery visiting doctors do their job on time including nurses (prompt in their work), but the concern for babies are overrated, I mean too much example we have to get sit bath done for moms and babies which is chargeable, hand santiser you have to purchase etc etc, basically the extra expenses are more in this hospital, so you to look for this properly for a father. I felt they are making business in this way to cover the hospital, otherwise hospital is good, conclusion if cmpy pays your expense then go this hospital else nope, I had to pay additional 20k

It's really great experience. Well groomed staff. Reasonable price. Very clean ambience. Supportive nurses. My wife admitted for 3 days and I must recommend it. I didn't get a single point to complain in any regard. All my friends visiting were appreciating it.

Staff is very irresponsible in managing the events. They don't know how to speak with the customers. They need only money.

Very worst and bad experience. I went to hospital to meet Dr. Vidyamani and front staff asked me to wait for more than 2 hours.later when they called my name, I went inside and then doctor suggested for scan.when the doctor actually did scanning she did not give any reports and no diagnosis done.but the front staff demanded to pay fee for scan which denied. Doctor is just making money and not treating any health issues.they test patient’s patience and not the treatment.

If any negative rating is available, I would have provide that.
