Worst experience in this restaurant, service is not good and also waiter showing his own attitude and not polite with customers, only hotel name is famous in this region not food and hospitality

Best in class in terms of food.service and ambiance. Mushroom Ghree rost is awesome and to be addedd in must order list.service is excellent.have different food court like AC Hall.
Open sky Hall. AC Family Hall with attached kids play area.visited with film and enjoyed the stay.

15 mins away from the beach and amazing location, with good parking and restaurant. Rooms are simple and clean though small.pricing is perfect for the place! Highly recommend!

I went with friends to this restaurant for dinner.the restaurant is beautiful.the ambience was good. Service was excellent.food was good.v all had a good time

Very good and clean rooms. They have a swimming pool too. Room charges are economical and come with complimentary Breakfast compared to other hotels nearby. They also have a convention hall and ample car parking.

The beds were really uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not working properly we complained multiple times but they couldn’t resolve the issue.

Very good place to dine out, user friendly environment and place where children can Play in a playground, and wide space, very authentic taste of food, happy to visit again, very High level presentation skill.

The resort was very good.and staff too very cooperative.
But some minor things need to be upgraded like small fridge and kettle for instant tea or coffee.

I stayed here on a business trip for 11 days. The hotel is excellent in comfort, location and neat and clean with good balcony for every room. Nice swimming pool and wellness center.

The service is excellent especially front office staff Mr Ashley perira. He was prompt in stayed.

Nice budget hotel. The rooms were clean. It has got an attached bar and restaurant. Spacious parking. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Wow. SUCH A GRATE RESTAURANT/hotel. WE CAME HERE WITH 21 PEOPLE they offered very nicely and the food was pretty delicious. I really like this hotel. And another thing Diz place is very good to bring kids.

Food was okay. But the service was very bad. The waiters do not check on you. Wait times for the service ranges from 15 to 20 mins. Not a place to visit with your guy friends.

Wonderful experience in this property. Good services from the staff and also the standard rooms. Warm welcome from the front office staff.

Great hotel when they started out but they might be falling in some services. Like interactions of the waiter and customer

Very rude behaviour.not welcoming at all. It's was as if they are doing a favour. Hospitality is a very important factor for a good hotel but this one has zero hospitality.

Food here is not great (had alot of expectations because of YouTube videos but nothing but a really average food). Ambiance here just above average. Kids have small park kindof setup so you find lotof kids here.

We stayed in Sahana orchid hotel for 3 days. The staff is well behaved and helpful. The sea food is quite expensive which I thought shouldn't be since it's coastal place. But the food was tasty and we enjoyed it.
Only thing I disliked the most is the breakfast buffet menu is same everyday. There's no change and doesn't have eggs or fruits needed for that morning protein and vitamins.

Best place, best hospitality and value for money…. Very good food @ restaurants.

I love this hotel for wide range of dishes in menu and all the dishes are prepared so good and finger licking good. Must try lemon chicken, fish curry, prawns chilly, fried rice and ghee roast.

Good quality is getting worst gradually. Had some starters recently, it's not worth the money. Serving time is also too late

One of the best hotels in kundapura Region. Best in class. Free parking space. Lodging (rooms) available. Family restraunt with AC and without Ac. Attached bar. Best place to have food. Food quality is really superb. Do try.

Spacious room but pathetic food at the restaurant. Free breakfast is a joke which may be worth 100 rupees. It is mainly built for the guests to stay in the marriage hall which is at the same premises. They also have a funny rule that outside food is not permitted in the rooms. So be careful before you book.
