One of the old food outlets in malleshwaram serving North Indian food. Known for chapati, phulka, North Indian curries and lassi. It is quite light on your pocket. But taste needs to be improved a bit.
One of the oldest restaurants, still thronged by seniors. Food is simple and healthy. Taste and menu maintained for several decades. Cost is very reasonable. The Salad provided with food is a signature dish, very special for this restaurant. Special Lassi and Rose milk available. A must visit for seniors and family for a healthy and tasty meal!
Best place in Malleshwaram for vegetarians, they have lot of options and verities in veg, even parcel is very smooth, just need to call them tell the order and go the restaurant and collect the food, no need to wait for parcel in the hotel
Best place for some authentic North Indian food. They have amazing variety of flavour rice.pudina rice being my favourite and punjabi lassi being a must try
I went to hotel at 8th sep. I ordered parotta.but we given chapathi. I cal to this manager and talk to him.he said this is chapathi.our hotel.round type is chapathi. Square type is parotta.it's very very very worst response.
Pretty good family vegetarian restaurant. Taste and quantities of food is satisfactory. Rates are also quite competitive compared to other restaurants in this area.
We had ordered food on 2 occassions from Sai Shakti. Both the times the quality of food exceeded our expectations. The protein chapatis were very soft and tasty. They did catering for our house warming ceremony too. The Pudina Rice was extremely delicious. The veg curries were made with very little oil and had an authentic North Indian taste to it. Our guests really also appreciated the desserts- Kesari Bath and Gajar Halwa. Not too sweet and too heavy on the stomach. Very happy with the service too. Though we live in Whitefield, Sai Shakti agreed to cater and sent through the food through Dunzo. Food was neatly packed with no spillage. The food arrived on time and we didnt have to follow up at all. Tasty food, proffessional service and good value for money.
My family has been a regular at this homely food restaurant for many years and have always been delighted with the food served. This time, it looks like the chief cook has changed. Baby corn Manchurian was tasting of just chilli and garam masala. Phulkas and curry were average. Good staff and clean place for family. Everyone loves this place and I sincerely wish the food tastes as it used to be before. I will definitely come back hoping for the best improvement:)
Food is really Good, tastes excellent, one thing l didnt like about this place is that it looks like they have a toilet inside the kitchen almost in the center of it which is kind of turn off for having food which is cooked there.
Small place. Quite a good variety of Chapathis are served here. The chutney with onion is too good. Hygiene is slightly compromised here. Not so courteous staff. Despite this its heavily crowded.
All you can eat with very very reasonable price. Protein chapati here is must try. Quality and quantity is good. Any day any time you will have to wait, but worth it. 4 wheeler parking is limited.
Long time back, food used to be just awesome. Not any more. Chapatis aren't study like before, none of the subjis are worth tasting. Milk shakes are mountains of sugar and nothing else. Princess are on lower side. Clean.
Best place to eat home-like food. Protein Chapati, Panneer butter masala, Pudina rice, veg kolhapuri, Alu paratha is a must try. Extremely budget friendly, can fill up your stomach for a very cheap price.
I visited this place a couple of times and the taste is ok not so good and prices are a bit high. Especially if we order some chinese items like fried rice or any manchurian the quantity is very less and price are high. For me thr taste is ok.
Best food with good protein chapatis and palak mushroom with rose lassi are my favorite here.the waiters treat u like family but first we need to treat them good.
Overhyped and enjoys distinct locational advantage. Food is ok. Service is poor. Lunch time is crowded. Better food options around have cropped up now.
Best food with good protein chapatis and palak mushroom with rose lassi are my favorite here.the waiters treat u like family but first we need to treat them good.the best part.the owner himself has food here.
This restaurant has apparently has been there for over a decade! It's located in 9th cross near 90E route, Malleshwaram.
Ambiance: -Gives a school/college canteen like vibe. -Restaurant can accommodate up to 40 people.
Service: -Gets very crowded on weekends after 7.30 P. M. -Takes around 10-15 minutes to get the ordered food.
Food: -Protein Chapati: Soft, fluffy, non-oily chapatis that get over in no time. -Veg soup: Thick and bland. Stay away from this one! -Veg Kadai: The best gravy I have had here full of good amount of vegetables. We asked the waiter to make it spicier:) -Stuffed Capsicum gravy: Capsicums stuffed with potatoes and served in a green gravy. Not bad. -Tomato Rice: Tasted bland but could complete it as the rice quality served here isn't rubbery at all. -Pudina/mint rice: This too was a little bland for my taste buds, not bad. -Salt lassi and rose lassi: Filling but I didn't like the taste. -Badam Milkshake: It's watery unlike what I have had at other eateries. Nonetheless I liked it as it had almond pieces in it. I loved the cucumber-onion salad topped with green chutney provided as a side dish with Chapatis.
Food: 6/10 - an off day perhaps. I have been eating here for decades. Always loved their fare. Found it healthy too. Service and ambience good ebough. The owner is passionate and hands on. He eats here everyday.
I had been to this place on 02nd June 2018. Although the ambiance is a bit congested, a slite struggle for car parking spots ; the items were good for the price, but the taste was not that great.
A nice simple and decent hotel which serves north Indian food. They don't use any soda or food tasters, just natural food which tastes kinda homemade. Don't go here with too much expectations coz it's not like those classy restaurants. The price tag is also very nominal. If you're looking some healthy filling meal, I recommend this place.
Simple, Homely and tasty food. Have tried thier gobi which is crispy and tasted very good with less oil. And phulka was soft and went really well with home made kind of Shahi Paneer. Sweet lassi was just perfect with little sour n sweet. Service was good, cleanliness was good too. And definitely worth the price paid.
Good food especially the chapatis. Most of tge curries are premade so you cannot order spice to your taste. The prices are very resonable. Good north indian home food (not the typical restaurant food).
