Not maintained appointment Time and price also very compare then other scaning centers and not maintained queue any other person come hi is live on center my appointment time is 2 pm but i will get on 2: 25pm it's not good and rest room also very bad

I had the privilege of having Dr. Vijayalakshmi perform all my pregnancy scans, She is not only a true expert in her field but also incredibly humble, down to earth, and friendly. Her professionalism is outstanding, and she made me feel at ease throughout the process.

Visited for the first time and had worst experience with this. For only 5 to 6 patients they took 3 hours of waiting time for just 5 to 10 mins of EP scan.

Later for the reports waited almost 15 to 20 mins to get it signed on " Saying no to gender determination" form after your scan done. If we ask we will collect it later half an hour they were asking to sign on empty paper to get the form printed later.

Finally came out after 3 and half hours of waiting in total.

Had visited earlier once to get an ultrasound and we had to wait for more than an hour. However, the service and doctor was really good. So I decided to go again this time. The receptionist does not understand the concept of reservation. They asked us to come at a particular time but when we went, they made us wait for another 1.5 hours. Upon asking, she gave the reason that sometimes other patients take more time or they get emergency case. We were sitting right there and nothing like that had happened. Even if that was the case, they could inform that service might be late. There was another couple with a small child waiting for over 3 hours.
We stepped outside for 10 mins to sip water and munch since we've been waiting since long and upon return the receptionist told us the doctor left and will be back in 2 hours.
We had called them before coming and they mentioned the service remains open till late evening but later she started blaming us on going out and that they thought we left (although we left our helmets there).

Extremely disappointed and will not recommend this center to anyone.
Post this incident, we called another nearby center named TRUSCAN. They gave the appointment quickly and wait time was only 10 mins.

I have taken my wife for 3rd and 5th month scans here, Dr vijayalaxmi and her supporting staff helped us a lot.
Lot lot thanks to them, Dr was very calm and she didn’t let us unless she took all the measurements from baby and our baby was not supportive.

I am very glad that i am doing ultrasound scans here only, staff is friendly and polite. Dr vijaylakshmi is very efficient and very humble lady.thanks.

I chose to visit this centre because here the scanning is done by a lady doctor. Doctor's name is vijayalakshmi. To book an appointment wherever we called most of the centre's told us that they mainly do pregnancy scan and they don't do normal abdominal scan and some of the centre's were not even having slot for 2 weeks. But this cente do scanning for both pregnancy and other normal abdominal issue also. When we called for appointment they quickly gave us a slot for 2nd day from the day we called. We reached there on 12.20pm for 1 hour waited there for our turn as one of the person before our appointment took little bit more time. Our appointment was on 1pm. I went inside 1.30pm and came out within 20 minutes. Wearing mask inside the scanning room was compulsory and you need to drink a lot of water atleast an hour before scanning done. Dr vijayalakshmi and another lady was also present in the room. Scanning was done quickly as the doctor was doing the scanning she was telling the other lady about the observing details and she was feeding the info on computer as fast as possible. Because of this reason when I came out of the scanning room we got our report in our hand within 10 to 15 minutes. We didn't even have to wait for a day. After doing the scanning doctor told me the result of the scanning there itself. She was really professional and didn't waste time in unnecessary talking. Everything was systematic. It is really a good place for abdominal scan. Neatly maintained surroundings. Receptionist was really helpful. TV, filtered drinking
water, restroom were available for visitors. 2 wheeler parking facility is there but not enough parking space for 4 wheelers.

Very good experience, Dr.vijayalakshmi mam was very supportive and very friendly, staff were very co-operative and professional too. Doctor has lot of patience to handle any kind of patients. She took the anamoly scan with the same patience for my wife for 3 days, since baby was in breech position.
Could see the same Welcoming attitude at 10th time of scanning also. No compromise on the quality of work she does.

The best place for any of your scans. The doctor is well experienced and friendly and explains everything patiently. I would definitely recommend this scan centre for detailed scan. I have been here, seems like a well organised place. Receptionist who takes your call responds properly with appointment time and waiting times are less so book and then go accordingly. Your reports in just 10 mins. That's fantastic right

Even with prior appointment you have to wait for really long time. Doctor is fine but when you have to wait for 3 hours just to get scanning done, it is really painful. Overall processing time is very slow.

I Went for ultrasound scan for abdomen and pelvis here and report came as kidney stones in both the kidneys. After that went to urologist and then he suggested Ct scan. And Ct scan shows no kidney stones at all. Really disappointed with sai ultrasound center

Made for "making money" only.
Pathetic place as the scanning Doc is really bad. Had 2 -3 instances where the reports which she wrote were either missing data or were wrong.had to get these done again.
Best case was when for my wife this radiologist wrote in report "presence of baby sac when in reality it was a blood clot"
She has tie up with Dr shilaja from ms Ramia city.both are looting money. If my econoMic condition permitted would have definitely sued bot Dr shilaja and this scan center

I would like to leave a feedback on one of the Scan centers that I used today - "Sai Ultrasound Scan Centre". I have used this center for my wife in the past as well. However the common observation is that about 2 hours of wait time every time I visit, which was still bearable with difficulties. Today it was extreme situation with about 3 1/2 hours of wait time. Important fact to note here is that the people are really unprofessional. Being a pregnant woman and having such a long wait times is a gross mis-management by the scan center. When this was brought to the doctor's attention, Rather than being apologetic she was rude and pointing to the fact wait time is an usual thing and as if the service was a charity. BTW the cost is higher than usual here which expects the service to be better as well. I would like to leave a thumbs down rating to this center and will ensure nobody in my circles visits this in future

Worst experience. The Doctor is good and polite. But the staff are so irresponsible. Only thing you can do going to this place is waiting, waiting and waiting. Doesn't matter whether you have appointment or you don't. The reception staff keep saying half an hour, one hour delay but you have to wait for a minimum of 3 hours to get the scanning done. When I went with appointment I had to wait for 3 hours and the same without appointment!
I don't recommend this place at all to anybody.

Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting place. You keep on waiting and waiting and waiting. That’s all folks! There is no way that you take an appointment, reach on time and get things done. The motive behind all the facade is to keep more and more people waiting to give an IMPRESSION of the place being in demand. In reality, the same number of people keep waiting and people from hours later appointments arrive and together everyone WAITS. The good for nothing staff is ever missing. Worst part, no one knows why they are waiting. Guess someone slept off and it’s not a joke cuz you will see people dozing off after 3 hours of waiting.
