Booked through Agoda. Unit gave a shocker when the receptionists told the booking is cancelled.

Rooms are compact and clean.

Nearest metro Majestic. Walkable around 10 mins.

It is annoyed me that the basic amenity water was not provided. There was no filtered water available.

I had stayed in this hotel several times between 2013 and 2018. The administration was very good. The staff were polite and the services were excellent.

But my recent stay in June 2022 was below average. The staff have changed completely. They take too much time for room service.

Even though I had booked for 2 full days and had made the payment in advance, the receptionist was adamant that I had booked only for one day and I had to vacate the hotel after a day. He budged only after I went over to his computer and showed it to him that I had booked for 2 days.

They were serving breakfast before but not they aren’t. Not much of an issue since there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

The rooms are clean though.

Worst service, while check-in time they agreed for late checkout, we requested for 1hour extra they said ok. But while checkout they charged for full amount of next day, very unprofessional people, they even started arguing that they never told like that and all. And this hotel not deserve even 1 star. Room facilities are very poor. No proper cleaning. No hot water. Never choose this hotel this is like looting money from customers by doing arguments.

Never choose this hotel. Worst service ever. I have requested for 2 hours grace in the call and they agreed. While checking in also they agreed for late checkout. But when i was checking out they charged full amount 1200/-. Very unprofessional people. Rooms facilities are also poor.

Arun was not the good attended over there compared to Manjunath, Manjunath was friendly and co-operative

I had stayed at this hotel for one day. The staffs are amazing and, incredibly helping. The rooms were immaculate. Overall, i had a great experience!

Located at a very convenient place. Has a small restaurant in the neighborhood. Rooms are small but well maintained. Staff are very co-operative.

Worst service. Untidy rooms, no WiFI. Stubborn staffs. If you are booking directly from hotel confirm twice about the room fares in between your stay they add more charges and will fight with you for extra money. To stay in this hotel for 3 nights was the worst decision in our bangalore visit.

I booked the room by oyo and but the hotel people denied to give a room. It was horriable and worst experience from the hotel we are 4 members family waited at night till 11.

Bad experience with this residency, we have booked tickets from oyo app, after going their they took extra 900 rupees as amount they hvnt gave refund amount to us, so i suggest you all not to select sairam residency.poor experience with this guys

The owner is phenomenally helpful and kind for which my stars are 5. But the rooms are smaller than u expect but not bad. The location is very nice tho.

Good budget hotel. Provides nominal breakfast and 24 hrs check in time. Suits persons who is visiting bangalore for a day.

Rooms are neat and clean beds are good but only thing is rooms are too small no place to keep luggage.otherwise st at was giid, staff are polite and well behaved. Breakfast is awesome. And location is also good.

The place was a excellent. The house keeping was very helpful. Hotel manager Mr. Anil is very joyful peraon and tries his best for providing brst comfort for the guest. Highly recommended place.

Really liked the hotel. Reception is well decorated. Rooms are a bit small but okay for 2-3 people. The only thing I did not like was that the room service people were a bit lazy on cleaning the room. But overall it was good as I did not stay at the hotel most of the time and was off with my family exploring the city.

Nice Hotel, Rooms are neat & clean staff was very polite and helpful specially thanks to front desk person Mr. Prashant is very helpful & courteous he arranged a very nice tour for us, we enjoyed our stay.

Located about 800m from the majestic bus stand. You can reach by auto or cab. They charge with Rs 45-50/-. The hostel staff are very courteous. Room which I got was very clean, well tucked bed. Washroom was clean. They have option for both AC and non AC rooms. But considering the weather of Bangalore, I opted non AC. And I was fine!
Room has a TV and WiFi option too. You can get Lunch and dinner in room, but the dishes are little overpriced. They provide 1 mineral water bottle (no charge), rest if you take is chargeable.
For breakfast, there is a buffet system of South Indian dishes (idly, vada, Dosa) that starts 8am and is on the 6th floor.

Overall my stay was fine and pleasurable.

Good hotel for a budget stay. AC non AC rooms available at reasonable prices. Complimentary breakfast also available with 4 dishes and tea/coffee. Near to Busstand and railway station. Near to Anandrao circle. Room size is small but very clean and neat. Ambience is ok. Staff are cooperative and helpful. I had a pleasant stay for 3 days

Ac more noise, More noise at night time, Only one water bottle provided while check in later have to pay for ea. Limited breakfast offer. Receptionist are good. Overall experience is fair.
