They confirm the appointment and when we reach the hospital they say to come after 5-6 hours, worst receptionist I have ever seen.

Doctor Arun is the best. Brilliant physician; extremely knowledgeable with insurance providers; quite personable; his staff is amazing!

Receptionist is more busy on phone than to reply to patients for appointment
Waitied for 45 mins to receiv a reply back from her as she was on a call

They are frauds. Ask for unnecessary tests. You go there pay for senior doctor and junior doctor will see you.

Blood reports are not at all genuine.

AS PER THEM, I CAME TO HOSP. TO COLLECT THE BLOOD REPORTS AND THEY MADE ME WAIT ONE HOUR. STILL THE REPORTS WERE NOT READY

THEN THEY GAVE INCORRECT/ BOGUS REPORTS.

Highly incorrect blood report, The blood report as per them when shown to a doctor indicate I have Jaundice and icterus should be yellow. Spelling error in urine report (asked a doctor, what it means) he tells its a medical Term for froth.
But when rechecked, it was JUST AMBER COLOUR, which he couldnot tell and started telling, it is like a froth like when we make pulse it will come (INDICATING ZERO KNOWLEDGE)

If doctor says do some test come for follow up visit even within 5 days. It's not free it's chargeable with no sr citizens discount. Good job.

I have taken blood tranfusion and undergone hemorrhoids surgery recently in Sakaria Hospital. Hospital has great Nursing Staff And Doctors with Clean and Hygienic Environment. Cashless treatment through Insurance or Reimbursement through Insurance is very smooth due to Insurance Department in Sakaria Hospital

Don't judge the Book by Looking at the Cover, looking at previous reviews even I was confused to opt this hospital but after my 3 successful surgeries like Fibroids removal, kidney cysts, and fissures, am happy to say they have excellent n experienced surgeons like Dr Shwetha Reddy (Gynaecologists), Dr Manjunath (Urologist), Dr Ramesh (Piles surgeon) and Nurses staff are very caring n took care of me very nicely, Sister Meenakshi was night staff who has ownership qualities in her which is superb, sister sheeja, sister sunita, sister bhagya, all took care of me very nicely, Duty doctors like Dr Monish, Dr Sadam Hussain, Dr Khazi were also great in their work, finally the Management Person Mrs Meena Madam, she is a great person who cares her staff n patients n helps them as much as possible. Overall experience is excellent. I thank each n everyone from my Bottom of the Heart

This is the worst hospital to expect treatment in. PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW!

This week my brother was admitted for dengue for high fever. For 3 days the doctor kept saying there's no treatment for it and it's dangerous if the level falls below 30k platelets. The updates they were giving made no sense. The doctors there couldn't answer simple medical questions I asked. They had no treatment plan. So we got blood platelets tested from outside. And it was 10k platelets. They immediately wrote discharge summary and asked us to take him somewhere else. Such irresponsible people, only admit patients for insurance money.

EARLIER INCIDENT:
I was admitted there couple of years ago for food poisoning, they couldn't treat it for 5 days. Do you know any nursing home that can't treat a simple food poisoning. I was shifted out to a nearby hospital by my family, my condition improved in a couple of days and walked out of there in 3 days.

I knew this hospital few months back through one of the urology doctor. Recently my relative had got treatment & further done surgeries. After the treatment he is well & better his health. Doctors, nurse and staffs were very helpful, giving proper guidance what to do timely & accordingly. Hence, stayed comfortable during the treatment days.so in simple I love to say this is a beautiful and great place for urology & nephrology consultant & treatment.

Doctors are good and nurses are polite.but hospital is not clean and hygienic.had to get admitted many times in this hospital and all these times the receptionists were very noisy (playing songs and videos)

Scaning Team always unavailable / No proper timing of them.

And Dr. Shwetha Reddy Genocologist On time and she is very good and excellent.she will explain each & every point clearly.

They won't tell clearly where to go for consultation. Call registration doesn't work here. You need to have updated phone to register again. Admin staff/nurses doesn't know kannada language.

This hospital is located in the HBR Layout which is very near to Hennur Cross.

Have visited here to take the Covid Vaccination Booster dose. The response & support from staff are really good.

Payments via offline & Online (UPI) available. But cards are not accepted.

Rating: 8/10

In terms of charges, they seem to be quite decent. They charged Rs. 385/dose for Covid Vaccination.

Parking space available for both 2 wheelers and cars in the nearby space.

Food was good and served properly.
Mr. Pratap has done good job.

Visited for our covid booster shot. Scores high on hygiene and efficiency. Front office staff should be advised to avoid chatting with each other while attending to patients. Hence the 4 stars.

I visit Dr Balaji regularly for my check up. Infact he is my family doctor. Very good doctor. But the nurse staff is not friendly. Nurse name ****** keeps questioning patients about their age. And says u look older than your age and criticizes. Which is annoying and that's the reason I'm writing this review today.

The overall hospital was good but I found the management lacking civilized way of handling the patients
It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hospital, when the nurse (pra**a) claims to know my age better than myself
I did not find it very pleasing as she commented upon my age and as she tried to tell my own age which I know at the best. I hope the management sorts out this type of faculty as I expect Sakaria hospital to have a very mature and experienced staff.

The management and other's are professional and respectful except for the nurse's department that isn't professional, espically a nurse named Pra**a who loves commenting on patient's age, and tries to tell them their right age. This isn't respectful and a professional way to handle patients

Try to avoid group of visitor they make lot of noise

Doctor fee is 400rs, but they charging unnecessary for stitches. 1500rs for 10 stitches. Also the management plays the blame game and exploits the staff and asks them to pay if the patient is asking for an explanation of the bill.

Not a great ambience. The front office is a joke. Seen a couple of docs, they are okay. But the experience will kill all the goodness.

This hospital is a scam. First of all this is not a hospital, i dont know what to call it.i got the appointment for the vaccination here for my wife through Cowin Portal.what she observed is they are using expired vaccine for vaccination.i am attaching here the proof too. On questioning, they said, they have written approval from BBMP to use this expired vaccine.if such things will happen in nobel place like hospital, where else people will go and who ever we will trust upon. Don't know how many places such scams are going on. BBMP should take immediate action and stop this centre from vaccinating people.this place doesn't even deserve a single star as rating but I don't have any option.

No hygiene followed at all. I wonder why people are leaving fake reviews.no distancing followed.the thermometer used for a sick person was not cleaned before using it for the other patient.

Worst worst. Just to take vomit injection they charged me Rs. 300, and the injection was purchased by me it's just 70Rs. If i had gone to some clinic they would charge me just 30Rs. But in sakaria hospital to inject they charged so much. They have build this hospital on poor peoples money

They are responsible too.my mom got admitted for spine surgery done by Dr. Arun Kumar (spine surgeon) She recovered within 2 to 3 days got discharged I would like to appreciate his concern towards the patients. This is a really good hospital especially for the covid 19 pandemic time. The doctors, nurses and management doing good.keep going on.

We came to your hospital, we took blood test, Xray etc. Especially we have got a good response fom x ray person so flexible and knowledged.

My wife, Girija Kumar, underwent hysterectomy in June 2021under the able care of gynaecologist Dr Swetha Reddy & team. I must say that Dr Swetha was very professional, pleasant and understanding. My wife and I were very comfortable at the hospital. All the hospital personnel (specially the nursing staff) were extremely cordial and attentive thru out my wife's stay for 3 days. The hospital owner Mrs Meena and her Supervisor, Mrs Winni were quite friendly and approachable all the time. I will have no hesitation in recommending Sakaria Hospital & Dr Swetha to any one in need.

Scheduled a covid vaccination via Cowin and when reached there they responded very badly that no nurses are available and NO STOCK of vaccination!
Strange to know that why there is an admin there? They cant even communicate with BBMP about the status?
Unfortunate to know that hospitals are taking this pandemic very lightly when whole world is fighting for survival.

We went to this hospital for dental treatment. Very efficient doctors. Neat and clean atmosphere. Easy access. Take appointments to go so that you can avoid crowd.

My most respected and good caring all time is Dr. GOWRIPRASANNA sir I and my joint family all have taken medicine he is a good doctor and good human being in giving respect to all. The main thing is the medicine he gives is always useful we did think about to go any other doctor and the hospital nurses also takes care very good. We had taken my mother for two surgeries with low blood level. They gave a clear explanation on how they are planning to improve blood level and plan surgery accordingly. The doctors were on time for surgery and executed the surgery well. Love their services. They understand patients difficult nurses are very friendly. Good service

My brother was underwent spine surgery was successfull and he started walking next day itself never thought he will walk as he was bedridden since 3 months we were scared lost hope.

Once I had been to this hospital to meet ENT specialist. Lady doctor gave me mouth guard for ear pain and said liquid in ear has become less and charged me 4000 for a plastic piece that costs less than 500. Bloody money hoarders. Issue never got fixed. I visited another specialist in govt hospital who gave ear drops and issue there got fixed after 3 days.

I had taken my brother to many eye specialists across Bangalore as he was partially blind with a vision of -40.but no one could help us and said they cannot take tis case.referred by a family member consulted Dr. Sanjay Sakaria and he gave us the light of hope.got the surgery done.and by god's grace and Dr. Sanjay's efforts my brother is now able to see with out a frame. The best experience to do the imposssible. I am very thankful to Dr. Sanjay and his staff to care of patients like us and to b there when we need you. Doctors, nurses and staff are professional and very thorough.a friendly atmosphere with blessed hands to treat the helpless. Kudos to all of you.

Please don't choose this hospital. They are just meant to take money no proper consultation. The doctor will be always in hurry and don't try to understand the issue always he recommendation same medicine. One of the worst eye hospital in Bangalore.

They just want your money. I admitted my father.all they did was a bunch of tests for no reason and the cost of OT which was a small procedure for 10 minutes cost me 20000 rupees. I also advised them that I have no insurance, they decided to fleece me with exorbitant rates. Worst administration I have seen. Do not go to this hospital.

Worst hospital. We never thought Samaria has a branch like this. We went with my sister for her treatment as she was not well, there we never found the on duty doctor and only one nurse she checked her fever and bp. We waited for 15 minutes. Nurse told my sister to sit in the opd.but we found one male patient was also waiting for doctor inside.there was no privacy for female patients.its ridiculous service. Please change your staff as it was really unprofessional.or you will loose reputation of your Brand.

It's been wonderful experience with sakar. My mom was suffering from sever knee problem and was unable to stand. But after surgery she is absolutely fine and now can walk. V r very happy with this, very nice hospital, staff here is very caring and concern. Special thanks to Dr. Chandrashekar sir.

Very untidy hospital, please don't go. Doctors and nurses are not at all professional. We went to get my father checked, he called us when some other patient was on stretcher with some leg cut. Very dirty seats.

Bad reception to receiving patients and information not at all giving properly, and changes highly

I came for severe fever. They asked me to get admitted and the minute i said i have employee insurance they all acted quickly to get me admitted. First day, they said its dengue, then second day they said its chikun gunya, but didn't share any reports. When i insisted is when they said reports are normal and its viral fever. 2 days already on if and antibiotics no improvement, intact it was getting worst. 3rd day is wen they said its malaria nd started with falcigo and until then doctors didn't know why the heart rate was high or the reason fr fever or body pain. Aftr 4 days they discharge me with a bill amount of 37k, with medicines charges of 12k. When u questioned them, they had no explanation, no reasons, justification. All that they could say is, you have insurance, dont worry. 80% will be paid by insurance. But why is the bill somuch. For 2 antibiotics, 3 bottles of drips and 2 injctns and solo 650. Thy charged me 2.5k a day. N the test that thy took. 7k bill for Ecg, echo and xray.

Just cuz i have insurance, they looted me completely.

The lady in the insurance desk. She is imbecile. She is just hopeless. No breakdown of bill, or charges. They only force you to pay and leave. Nothing to talk.

There is huge place available nearby, they gotta build another hospital there by looting our money.

This is a fraud hospital, all the positive reviews and stars have been given by their own people, they are sitting there to make money!
They made patient take drips and IV injections for simple muscle catch and made a bill of nearly 2000rs in 1 hour.

My right ACL tear was diagnosed and Dr sharath sir was operated am really happy and prosperous for good service and came across all staff of involved in work up was fantastic i am really happy with sakaria hospital services.
