I purchased 2 sarees worth 40k + and both the sarees are awesome. I really liked their handful collection and no doubt its worth the penny you spend. Would love to purchase more from them. I follow them only in Insta and for my brother in laws weeding I travelled from Chennai to Bangalore and purchased both the sarees. I would highly recommend them to all.

Please do not buy, fake site, fraud people, they cheat you and employees, sell second hand products, three times more price compare to other sites

When I contacted the Sakhi team I honestly never thought that they will be able to ship the saree within a week since in the catalogue site it’s given 30 days shipment. I had a family wedding too and it was fixed in a hurry so had hardly 10 days to prepare. But the person named Gayatri made it possible and the next day.the saree was in my hands with all the fall petico done. Hats off the service and customer care dedication.and the quality of the saree is also amazing. This is how to do a successful business.hats off! God Bless!

I'm glad to share my experience as I purchased a new Saree from this enterprise which was amazing with the best quality, I suggest sakhi enterprise has a best collection of sarees.

Very Bad staff and Don't even understand the urgency of customer and always gives false promises. No updates on whether courier is done and they courier 5-6 days after placing order and even requesting to courier asap they DO NOT CARE

I ordered a sari online but returned it as it looked quite different from the photo. I have been following up for days but have not yet received the refund and they are not answering my calls now. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend buying from them online.

I had ordered a saree on 26 th November bearing no 23071. The saree has not been delivered till date. Firstly they don't pick up any calls. When enquiring on the WhatsApp number which is given they don't get back to you. I had called up the store too. They are totally clueless. Will someone take the responsibility. I am sure the management needs to work on improving the customer service.

I am a proud Sakhi customer for the past 17 years and recommended for my friends in Tamil Nadu to visit whenever Sakhi is keeping pop up shops in their location. I like all their cut work saree designs. Worth buying their products.

Pathetic Service! I was not given delivery of a blouse after charging me for it. It’s been almost 2 years now and no response form the team about refund too. Please save yourself from such cheats.

Their staff would call repeatedly when I left an item in the cart. Once I placed the order no more messages from them. I ordered over 2 weeks ago. They have not yet shipped my order. I have been repeatedly asking them the status. No response at all. Worst customer service ever.
Update 10/26 Since they were not responding to messages I went to their instagram page and complained. They blocked me. Instead of fixing their customer service they chose to block their customers!

Terrible experience shopping online. My order is dispatched 21 days after I ordered it and it still isn't delivered - Bangalore local shipping! Store keeps saying they will "check and call back".

I just loved the saree and the quality of the product.
Even the sales personnel were helpful and friendly.

Worst store, people here lie to the customers. Order number 19969 was placed on 23rd March (giving the order number as these people can say you never shopped with us) committed delivery date was 15th April.
When it wasn't delivered on the committed date, I myself called the shop on 19th April to check on the delivery status, a person said it's in transit from Chennai to Bangalore and he will update me by 3: 00 pm on the delivery status.
But on 20th July I had to call them again as I had no response from them,
Then the person again said there is a little late in the delivery and will take couple of more days to deliver.
When I asked to get me connected to their supervisor I was connected to a person called Karan, and this guy said they don't have the raw materials to get this saree stitched and it will not be delivered at all and asked me to select anyother saree from their website.
Such a fraud/lie these people are. Shame on the owners who own it,
Most funniest part is they asked me to give 5 starts after all the issues and when it was resolved after we took some other saree.

SakhiFashions = Unprofessionalism. Placed an order online and was not delivered for more than 2 weeks. When I reached out the customer service they informed that the product was out of production and was offered to choose a different product. Even the one chose again was not available and the website is really annoying that it is not even updated. I asked for a refund and even after multiple follow ups (almost everyday) they haven’t initiated it. They never pick calls inspite of staying online and only reply you get is refund initiated you will receive it. Still waiting for refund for more than a month.

I love the collection. Also the shopping was made so simple. Specially Gayathri was so proactive. She shared videos and details of the saree that made the virtual experience so real. Very quick turn around. Now waiting to have these sarees in hand asap

Ordered a blouse from their website which was very reasonable to check the fitting. Later they mentioned its not 300, its 3000 no its 2000. Now they are least bothered to even to refund.

I bought a saree from these guys, didn’t like it so I had to return. I confirmed with these guys whether it can be refunded before returning. Once returning there is no proper reponse for 2 weeks. They haven’t refunded yet or I asked for another saree which they didn’t give it yet. I kept on messaging them and they blocked me in wats app. Don’t believe in these guys they will steal your money. Simply waste.

I ordered a saree from Sakhi and received that within 10day in USA. Super good material with reasonable price. Looking forward to buy more sarees from them. Being a saree lover, I feel I got my right saree shop. Thanks Sakhi. Much love. ️️

I wish I could give a 0 rating. I placed an order on 21st November, 2021, and immediately cancelled it the next day as I found a better product at a better price. However, I’ve not received my money back, and it’s been a nightmare to get my refund. I’ve followed up multiple times during the India time zones and the only response is that your refund will be completed today or tomorrow and it’s been more than 15 days already. There’s absolutely no sense of responsiveness, and they pride them selves on being great designers! Also, it’s interesting that all of my refund or cancellation conversations have happened only through a WhatsApp chat and no one has replied to any emails so I’m unsure if there’s really any customer service team.

I bought 3 sarees and 2 blouse. The stitching was great. However, extremely disappointed about the sarees I purchased- the color and finish online is very deceptive. What I got was very different from how the pictures looked online.

Beautiful collections. Lousy online shopping and customer service. If you want to wear a saree for Navrathri, order 9 months ahead of time (around New Year) Not kidding!
When you put something in your cart and don't check out, they'll immediately contact you on Whatsapp and try to make sure everything is ok. After you place the order, customer service gets lousy! I would not recommend shopping online from Sakhi.

I bought sarees from Sakhi and I am very happy with there products and the product description always right. I have to tell this during the pandemic I order a Saree last year but cuz of the COVID they couldn’t do anything (it was November 2020) but yesterday I order two Saree and they adjusted the sale price and as soon as I order they contacted thru phone and adjusted my payment so I don’t need to pay any bills. They going to deliver within a month. I greatly appreciated there customer care. Excellent

Not all pieces shown online is available. I had to cancel my order after repeated follow ups and waiting for 11 days. Not happy with the experience.

I love handlooms. I bought ruffles dhakai jamdaani saree which is very lightweight and comfy. Trendy designing with a classy fabric. Worth buying it. Even the saree is very lengthy got long pallu and more pleats. Got many compliments when i wore it. Love to drape this saree again and again. Thankyou sakhi.
