Sakra hospital is good and clean but staff is worst behaviour and helpless patients please don't come this hospital

I had the privilege of consulting Dr. Satish Rudrappa, a Neurologist, for my family member, and I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care we received during our visit. Our consultation left us thoroughly satisfied.

Worst hospital not allowing to see doctor even after booking appointment just because came little late

Very impolite staffs in the emergency medicine, they just dont hav any respect, they just giggle in front of patients family

Doctors are okay. But everywhere billing is too slow. Hospital has the slowest ever medicine counter (pharmacy). And in ages no one would beat them.

Dr Sadiq sikora and Dr Lawrence are the best laproscopic surgeons in India and Service oriented. Their team is also excellent. And one of staff Ms Nazia is also very helpful. The way they handles the patient is very good. I strongly recommend Dr Sadiq sikora for Gastroenterology.
Treatment for all gastroenterology conditions with advanced endoscopy is here in Sakra hospital and we are pleased with their treatment and prompt response.

They don't do Xray without prescription. Do not matter to them what the condition of patient is.

I recently underwent a Triple By-pass Cardiac Surgery by Dr Adil Sadiq and his Team.
I am convinced the surgery could not have been performed better anywhere else in India.
The post operative Doctors and Nursing Care both in CCU and the Room was absolutely outstanding and far better than what we have seen at other hospitals.
The Culture and Value system at Sakra gave us a sense that their primary focus is patient care and they do not have a chase profits culture.

My experience here has been very positive here. The Pediatric ICU care is fantastic with a good team of dedicated, professional and loving nurses.

We are very happy with the service provided by Rishi Kesh for assisting us to get appointment with right Doctor at right time.

I was having an abnormal heart rate for the last 2-3 days. Of course last week was very stressful at work, and my sleep was very less. But somehow I felt something was wrong with my heart. Went to the sakra lab to give blood samples to do necessary tests that check heart health. During the sample collection the nurse understood my situation and she started consoling me. She told me to visit my native place and spend some time and everything will be fine. That made my day.all the reports came fine and I will never forget those kind words. You have amazing staff. The hospital is good everything is fine. But Dr. Sachin Gowda is very rude no empathy don't choose him as your doctor.

Visited on 10 Dec 22 for xray scanogram the receptionists behaviour in radiology dept is terrific they dont knows how to behave and how to talk with patiens.
More i already visited for same on 04 jul 22 got a discount on same as a armed forces personnel but tomorrow they just told me no discounts for armed forces. Finally a bad experience.

Got my ACL reconstruction surgery done at Sakra under the supervision of Dr Chandrashekhar P. Not only the operation was conducted with precision but also the care provided throughout the procedure and during my hospital stay was way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Chandrasekhar & team for consultation (and surgery, if required) for anything and everything related to knee.

My mother in law has been admitted in the Hospital, till date we have a good experience and trust on this institution. From morning, we have tried to reach the finance helpdesk but nobody was there to receive the call having said that in last 2 hours, my husband received two calls from the same helpdesk, they are very keen to know the balance in my mediclaim insurance account, they couldn't justify the reason why they need it but it is bit unprofessional and unethical what they are doing. Hospital management should follow some best and ethical practices, otherwise people will lose trust soon.

Sakra hospital and staff of sakra at emergency wards are such an uneducated people specially doctors
I took my mom to hospital and started to tell doctor what problem she is facing then doctor is like please only English. I knew English so I told him what if uneducated people will go there or go alone there.because doctor doesn't understand national language of india. What an staff really ridiculous please don't go ever in night. They are not doctors they won't treat you.

Hi I am A. P. Singh, I would like to share my experience about sakra hospital. Specially Doctor sreekanth Shetty and madam Jay Shree in cardiology department. Doctor Shreekant Shetty is a very good doctor as he listen you very carefully gives you good amount of time and understands your problems and I am very much satisfied with his treatment. Madam jaylaxmi helped me a lot as I was new to the hospital. Once again I would like to thank all the technical staff, doctor Shree Kant and madam jaylaxmi of cardiology department.

Been here many times. For a surgery and consultation+ dressing. Excellent on floor staff and nurses. Everyone is helpful. They also have number of wheelchairs to help patients if they have difficulty walking.

Only thing I would request them is to improve patient rooms / wards. I was in shared ward. Bathroom was moderately clean but weirdly smelly.

Worst hospital I have ever visit. Very bad behaviour of security staff. Not proper instructions is listed out. Don’t visit

Good treated hospital and awesome staff, with well trained people and i should thank Rukia from gda was great service has done simple to say thank you all for great serives.

We have always found the clinical advice given to us at Sakra hospital to be sound. The operations team is empathetic and cares for patients. The hospital has probably the best infrastructure in Bangalore city. Every area including the OT, ICU, consulting rooms, radiology and testing are extremely well designed. There is adequate parking. All patient records are maintained digitally. Trust the team will continue to maintain its high standards.

Had a leg surgery done @Sakra ; services are excellent and especially Dr Chandrashakar and his team are impressive. Quality work, very efficient, and amazing care for the patient. Also the team of nurses that supported me was fantastic, especially stands out is Djaisha who helped me through the night. She’s from Tamil Nadu and she was very concerned with the pain I was in.

Got COVID Vaccination at Sakra today! The whole process was set up very well that enabled individuals maintain social distancing. The staff were friendly and courteous and followed the prescribed protocols to the T.

This hospital staff doesn't know how to talk to patients

26th March i visit emergency services due to cough and fever. Emergency team did preliminary test and asked to do Covid pcr test. They also suggested to give video call consultation if it come positive. If it comes negative then continue medicine and visit general physician.

Pcr test came negative

Cough did not reduce. Hence took appointment with Dr Manohar internal medicine on 30th March

I visited doc on 30th as per there direction. By seeing cough, he just did not bother to check report and asked me leave immediately and get rt pcr test again

Now who's mistake it is

1) doctor Manohar doest give video call Consultation
2) denied to do physical examination. If so why no video consultation
3) rt pcr test was done in same hospital and why don't u believe report.
4) doctor was very sure it was Covid. Then why pcr test
5) chest x-ray was done and normal. Then why doc denied for physical examination inspite of chest x-ray being normal.

Please beware

Note.rt pcr test here cost u 800rs. But doctor doesn't believe this report. Then why here?

Same test is free of cost in physical health center. The Way you are treated in government physical health center is much better than sakra

I took the injection today and these are my observations. I have conveyed to the staff and also helped them streamline today. The registration process (Step1) needs definite improvement. On a weekend when there is a big rush, one poor lady was managing it all alone (doing the registration) along with one gaurd to manage the rush. There should have be two systems to take the registration rush. I requested the the supervisor to put one more, but they didn't do - Hope this gets fixed! 2. Systems were hanging or slow and therefore registration time was much more. 3. Sakra insists that all first timers to their hospital do online registration. But the scan code/instruction pad was kept at stage 2 (billing) area - which could have been kept at stage1 (Registration area). In Stage 1, people were waiting for more than 1 hour doing nothing and they could have finished this online registration. Instead, when they go to billing, they are told to do the online registration and it wasted another 5 -10mts. So, I had to tell the staff to move it to Stage 1 area which they did, finally. 3. Elderly and not so computer savvy people find it hard to do online registration. Manual forms should be given to them or some help should be offered. It took me 1.30 hours to get past Stage1 (which was waste of time!) and then Stage 2 (billing) and Stage 3 (Vaccination and 30mts Observation) was good - finished within 10-15 mts and then 30mts waiting/observation happened. So, fix the Stage 1 registration process.and whole process can be completed within 45mts for each patient/visitor. The staff as such were pleasant and approachable.

Overall hospitalisation was good. My daughter got her surgery done here and thanks to the entire team.

Hi, i have been to the hospital to diagnose fibroids for my mother in her uterus.
Dr. Shantala took up the case very positively and recommended for the removal of the uterus by checking all the reports.

The response of the doctor for fixing up the laproscopic surgery was very quick. Mrs. Smitha has regularly followed up with us to look into getting operated in time.

My mother got operared in a week, she is fine post operation.the nursing staff was very cordial and caring.

Overall experience with Dr. Shantala and her team was very satisfying.

Worst management, patients wait for hours together. I have personally took time to call the management head LOTHIKA, she was of no use. For me Japanese hospitals are known for quality and all the impression I had has gone. Even if I die, I will never visit this hospital. I had tears in my eyes, when I saw people waiting for more than 8 hours. Hospital management have to really take this serious. Looks like Japanese have transformed and become Indians now

One of the worst hospital doctors staff or nurse are so rude I wonder in emergency only one dr is there and asked for follow up after 4 days since Drs are on leave and for just one painkiller they charged 1500rs

In Feb, 2016, I was diagnosed with DLBCL. I got myself treated but then was advised BMT. This was quite risky as I was also having other ailments. Then my family physician recommended Dr Vineet Gupta of Sakra Hospital. He looked into my case in detail and suggested a new regimen. We follwed this new regimen and things are much better since than Thanks to Dr. Vineet and Sakra Hospital for helping me.

Hospital stuffs are very good and generous. They know how to behave. I have met Dr Vineet Gupta sir (a renowned oncologist) to discuss a ploblem regarding my brother who has been suffering from lymphoma. The Dr has assured me that he (my brother, 24 years old) would do well gradually. Dr Vineet is very kind hearted and confident person. When I first consulted with him I felt GOD. I believe that my brother will surely be all right under his observation.

I am Shivagami a cancer survivor who was treated by Dr. Vineet Gupta from Sakra hospital. Who gave us the hope when many oncologists said that I will not even live for few months. Today after 8 chemotherapy and 17 targeted chemotheraphy he was always there for us during the treatment more than all gave us a lot of motivation. Now after 4 years I am back to my normal life and have also started to work. All thanks to my doctor for me he is no less than god. I had a surgery in sakra world hospitals. I had a very good treatment here. The way doctors, junior doctors, nursing staff and also the receptionists treated me I really have to thank them. The doctor named Manoj Kumar from Gastro dept is very nice and very friendly. I definitely recommended this hospital.

Consulted Dr. HariNarayan for my father's allergy, which I thought was due to thyroid as he is a thyroid patient. The doctor profile is evident that he is quite experienced but that is not an excuse to not listen to patient's concerns. I did not go myself to him with my parents the second time after the reports were done. But they are quite disappointed for him being rude. He prescribed all the tests from thyroid profile, blood sugar, urine, etc.to bone profile, which I as a layman person find unnecessary but then I am not a doctor. But what disappoints me is that, he never looked at the allergy and even asked where is the allergy after seeing the reports and deeming my father perfectly normal. By the way he also rejected a week prior report of T3, T4 TSH.

Dr. Veneet Gupta is great Doctor, for me he is a God. Sakra world hospital good hospital, excellent Facility.i think sakra is one of the best hospital in India.

Dr Vineet Gupta is the best in the field. He and his staff do a fabulous job of treating the patient. Dr Vineet is extremely progressive and is aware of the latest technological interventions. My mom was very worried about the chemo and the associated hair loss, he suggested a cryo technique with Paxman which has helped reduce the hairfall and address her psychological wellbeing as well.the surgeon Dr Nanda Rajnish was great too.highly recommended.we are undergoing breast cancer treatment with Sakra.
