It's an amazing place. Lots of activities to do. A fully equipped society hardly you need to go outside for anything. They have a yoga area, library, pools, play area, covered play area for small kids and a lot more. The best is they have ducks in a small pond and you can spot them in evening as well as in the morning too. It's a pet friendly society as well.
They have a panditji food shop as well which is a good place to fulfill your cravings though I personally don't like the ppl who are managing it. I found the lady has some attitude problems.
Rest you can have a good time here if you are visiting to meet your friends or family

Sattva Greenage is one of the best societies in Bangalore. Wonderful people, specious well built flats, lush greenery and various facilities make it perfect to live in.

Great society with great amenities, good neighbours, good maintenance and association. Great place to stay and location being central - Kormangala, HSR layout, Marathalli-Sarjapur being accessible makes it ideal location to stay.

Location seems to be great but is actually not. Crossing Bommanahalli signal takes 15 days on an average, 30 minutes on a bad day.
6 years of broken roads just outside the main gate.
Stink of nearby "nala" and dump, burning every now and then.
Air-quality is lesser than Koramangala-HSR area.
Rents are 50% higher compared to nearby societies.
Also, security inside is lax. Many occasions of a maid stealing, beating kids happen, but residents unable to throw out the maid since security guards keep letting her in, help in changing name and get work again. This is rampant.
The other aspect is rules inside society. Water tanker does speeding inside, there is no inside road where kids are safe, all vehicles use same roads where kids play, attached photo is proof. There are diesel drums kept in residential areas which poses a huge safety risk but without any action after multiple complaints. Stray dogs can come in and bite. Security is unable to drive them out as dog-supporters let them in repeatedly, feed such aggressive stray dogs. 1 out of 3 kid area is now abandoned she to presence of rabid dog who bites. Children can go llay somewhere else but dog has to live there. Another example of ineffective management and security is the day care running inside the society. Children have been affected, beaten, even got hurt, but the day care staff bothers least. After multiple parents meeting they declared that they don't have an "intention to listen to such complaints".
Effectively the security and management can do little to control personal whims of residents. This is not the case in other societies.

Pros:
Active community, very active culture committees. Even elders have huge circles of every possible state, so parents get engaged when they come.over. Festivals are celebrated with lot of enthusiasm. There are people who are not working full time, business men, housewives, leading to more homely feel rather than professional office-office feel. Kids also are happy. Although there is a 2-star day care inside society which is a repeated offender.
Best thing. - Golgappa person inside society. Pani puri every day. Lot of home chefs to serve varied food items throughout the week.

An absolutely lovely apartment complex to live in. Wide internal roads, greenery, well maintained gardens, great set of people and what not. I lived there for 6 years, and loved every part of it.

Nice community apartments, with lots of space and is suitable for all ages. There are baby pools and Playgrounds for small kids and Larger Playground for Teens and Adolescents. There is in total 4 swimming pools, 5 Playgrounds and 1 Large Auditorium. Other than that there is a badminton court, squash and etc.

Nice place to staying.cleaning and we'll maintained securities.almost this buildings area around 21 acers, 1500 flats.

Too big community. Well maintained. Security is good. But mixing of traffic and pedestrians is bad

Very good apartment to stay and located on main road so easy access to school, shopping, restaurants, pubs and hospitals. Metro station coming next to main gate is added advantage.

This is a fully secured residential campus. Very good maintenance. Situated Adjucent to Hosur road close to Bommanahali signal about 400 meters. All blocks are always under surveillance hence its a safe society either for singles, mingles or families. Cheers.

I moved in Greenage as a tenant. I liked every aspect of this beautiful project, being open area, construction quality, ample amenities, good internal peaceful environment etc, did not feel like moving out so decided to purchase the flat. I am sure no one wants to move out from here once they start residing here as its Its an excellent community housing with good driveways, walkways, kids’ corner, open air theatre, swimming pool, super market, general clinic and the well maintained community halls, & gyms. Nice society to live in where you can celebrate almost all festivals. Lovely place to stay with your loved ones.

Surprisingly quiet and has ever amenity you could ask for - swimming pools, basketball court, play pens for kids, tennis court, clubhouse, indoor games at nominal rates, a supermarket, medicine store, food delivery place. Marked by well-maintained gardens and a planned layout of atleast 10 towers, this sure is one of the best communities in this locality.
Their apartment rates range around 2cr for a 3bhk and 3cr for a 4bhk.

My entire life changed after I came to stay at Salarpuria Sattva Greenage. It’s a great residential space with unending amenities. I have many friends here who are my neighbors and we like-minded people meet every evening, to enjoy the amenities and socialize. The club house is truly world class and I regularly use the health facilities and the 3 pools we have here. The best part is my grandparents too now live here and their life has also changed for the better. We celebrate every festival together, children also seem very happy staying here as they get good upbringing being a part of such a nice society.

Greenage is a kind of apartment which has plenty of amenities in it. With around 100 plus amenities there is nothing that you wish and it is not there. The society is a dream paradise for all age group.

If you want to stay close to electronic city and not far away from heart of the city, then this is the residential apartment to stay at.construction of metro train station just outside the main entrance is on and should be ready by december 2019.metro train station will make this residential apartment accessible from any part of bangalore without getting on to the roads full of vehicular traffic.
