Don’t attend any interview, simply thy are gonna waste ur time, HR will say silly reason and asks for very less salary, not even equal to Current drawn salary. Simply they are wasting time simply waste of time and waste of commuting expenses.
Worst experience working with salarpuria, management has completed changed and intension is cheating channel partners. Employees like Brajesh Mishra does not give proper information and always threatens and Black mails us on asking information. Also on asking booking copy they balcklist us as they don't want to give credit of sale. On informing higher authority they have given freehold to brajesh and he misuses his power along with Karishma who is a part of their management team.moreover after contacting them frequently there is no response which means they don't have any answer. The building is 10 years old and have changed the name twice. TRUST IS WHAT THEY BREAK.
Very bad impression on interview, they will take and drill with all rounds and in the end HR will say silly reason and asks for very very less salary, not even equal to Current drawn salary. Simply they are wasting time of candidates, instead they could have asked them on call about salary expectation and about work experience before scheduling interviews.simply waste of time and waste of commuting expenses.
One of the worst developer which goes about advertising as a Tier A Builder / Developer. All those who intent to buy an apartment from this builder, go and have a look at their other projects and speak to Residents and owners of projects that are completed and you will know the truth. Seepage issues are aplenty in many of their projects as they compromise on quality products and materials during the construction which is mostly outsourced.
We have bought property at Salarpuria sattva aspire. Lived in Satta gold summit for 6 months on 21st floor. Feedback on the builder, sales team, post sales as follows Pros Sales process is smooth Sattva as a brand is premium and is considered tier 1 Location of both properties from appreciation is 10/10 Home loan processing through HDFC is swift Registration process handled by mr bajaj is effortless for home buyers.
Cons CONSTRUCTION Quality IS POOR
LEAKAGE AND SEEPAGE ISSUE at both gold summit (approx 5 yr old) and at Aspire (2 year) old
SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED for maintenance Our old property by mahaveer builder swimming pool is working smoothly for last 13 years. Completely unexpected from A class builder.
Handover and maintenance person mr vinoth really procides poor service.
Your dream of having an A class home is spoilt at sattva.
With poor amenities the price of project is exorbitant.
-–- If you have time in hand then research well before investing hard earned money. We wanted a ready to move in property with clean paperwork hence opted to buy aspire. Not At all happy
Very terrible treatment of customers after selling the flat. Harassing residents in every possible way (cutting electricity, cutting water, etc.) when handing over maintenance to association. Their motto 'Trust.its what we build' is a joke.
Though its a good company have no idea about walk in interview, they just called a walk in interview there was a enormous people's are entered their campus within the time but they not able to satisfy them not responded properly just told we will call you to everybody who were there but they mensioned interview on that day. The people are from several regions f karnataka because of this interview with some hope they ruined everything I'am also an aspirant hoping to attend interview. This is worst experience I had yet.
Recently I have bought a flat in Hyderabad by Salarpuria Sattva.theres are the pros and cons
pros. The society has a decent layout and amenities
Good parking space and facilities like gas connection
The maintenance is well trained
cons They sold all the ground floor parkings and left only 4 visitor parkings.
He planned to sell the parkings in the basement to the mall he constructed beside which I felt was unethical
He did not put any security cameras in the floors and basements.
For increase of sales the builder promised a jain community that he would build a jain mandir inside the society premises. The residents objected for the same which I felt was unethical
The tennis court was designed that would only have space for the court without good margins around base line and point line. It makes the court injury prone
