One of the finest apartment in the locality. Good open spaces, amenities and greenary. Very good connectivity via public transport both buses and metro. Easy access to outer ring road and nice road. Access to all needs including schools, hospitals and daily needs.

Very good location and nice apartment. Celebrate all festivals irrespective of North India/South India.there is no difference.

Best apartment in north bangalore which has very good connectivity to Metro station. There is a nearby bus stop as well.
Fresh Air, nice amenities, Association are proactive, very good for family and Old age ppl, ppl are so active here u can find yoga, dance, etc classes for ppl. My kid and family loves this place.

This is a horrible place given how little regard they have towards playing loud noises on speakers for"festival". Feels like complaining to the pollution control board every week. Torture increases during every single festival. They blast music so much if you have any elders with heart condition, they'll definitely die. Also high BP patients, you'll wanna get admitted frequently to hospitals. Worst Coz they have no regard for other apartments around. No concern for the working people who usually don't have any holiday and you can't get sleep before work.it'll torture you

I was planning to buy a property but seems like they are not allowing family members and friends to come to your own flat and also association’s bad attitude and rude behaviour towards other residents and people discriminations which is unacceptable.

This is one of the best apartment complex.
1) Reputed buillder. Good fecilities. Compact apartments.
2) Apartment is strict with nuicence makers who take apartment and try to break rules. Also security is strict. 2) Security camera covers from main gate to all corners of apartmen fecelities. Few troublemakers are caught.
3) Good for children, families, decent tenents, senior citizens, etc. All together good apartment for nice people only.

Not recommend for rent, they will ask ur family members to stay out and not let u inside because of some assosiation rules. So better avoid these flats if u have more than 2 members in ur family.

Very bad experience with the appartment staffs, they do not allow ur friends and family to your own flat, I would not recommend anyone to take from this property, waste of money. I would say its cheap as per my experience due to restrictions, compared to prestige and Brigade apartments.

One of the worst experience I ever had. You will need so called association's permission to enter inside even if you are a family member. I have seen associations in other appartments which are there to solve problems inside. But you will see a association which is here to create many problems to the families of the owner.

If you are from north. Never stay here, my personal experience is so bad. A lot of north and south descrimination. Very cheap society. Girls are also not safe here.

Property - Nice, Can feel some fresh air, until it inscribes completely into Bangalore.
Facilities near by - Medical shops, grocery stores, Schools, hotels.we can find most of the shops around 1-2 km radius.

Excellent project, but the people lack in giving respect to anyone. Have so called attitude.
Pls do provide respect for anyone who comes there. Rest all is great

There is a graveyard right next to main entrance. If you are ok with it, the property is super fine.

Positive: open space, greenery, good community for kids and family

Negative: foul smelling toilet flush water stinks house full.which has become very regular.which made everything horrible
It's hard to take it even after spending laks to maintenance

Poor construction wall damages, due to leaks.
If it continues it's hard to live.no proper waste management

Well maintained, close to metro station, all amenities available inside, safe and secure, great for family and kids, nice helpful neighbors and staff!

Being a member of LH family. Its one of the best in bangalore. Hardly 5km to yeshwanthpur and 10km to Majestic.

I am a resident of this place and have seen this place developing since years of its construction. The individual flats are actually pretty good with descent tiles, flooring, electric outlets, switches and bathroom faucets. The society that has been formed here is one of the best in the neighborhood and there's an impressive diversity in people living here, which is a good thing

Laurel Heights is a very good apartment to stay on an excellent locality. The society is very peaceful and well equipped for all the requirements

The location is good and so are the amenities but the builder is terrible at keeping their promise. They have an open pantry which is a security risk that they say the owner should close. They have not provided AC plugs or outlets for a new construction. They dont bother to get in touch with the buyer except for demanding interest and payment. When we try to ask them anything even as small as a screw. They say they will not do it. I have had better customer service from a cobler where we buy a Rs. 500 shoe than a builder on who we spend Lakhs!

Keep away from this builder and his projects.

Worst quality, horrible site manager please don’t buy or rent your house here rather you can live in huts
The builder is not even worried of the issues in the apartment it’s a huge loss of investment

It’s my sincere request don’t even think of staying here
