This Saleem travels while booking they lie about bus timings once the ticket is booked they say bus delayed had to wait almost 2 hours for the bus.even if you want to cancel the ticket they don’t assist.

Just doing scam.fake promises.

Local auto people and include this scam.

So don't ask any Auto person to for Bus.

This is one of the fraud travel booking service. I was paid the ticket amount in sleeper seat, but they are booked in semi-sleeper seat. Anyone Book the ticket before confirming the your seat guy's.

Worst Experience ever. They charged me saying its AC Semi sleeper But Non AC Bus that to Without any Charging Points. Maintains a speed of 60 Kmph. For this service they charged 2k. Never ever Book tickets from this never do.

They don’t only take more money from you but also make false statements and waste your time too. They charged 900₹ for Chennai saying that it’s A/C sleeper and will come at 6: 30am (I got the ticket at 4: 30am and was waiting for the bus) bus came at 8am and I found it’s semi sleeper. So heartless people are around here. Auto drivers are also so cheap he only took me there from a point where he mentioned it’s 50₹, after dropping to the point he said it’s 100₹.

Better to book ticket online and use Ola, Uber or any online taxi services

Right now m traveling with dis so called travels dat to without a seat confirmed.m traveling to banglore to hyderabad I paid 2500 for semi Sleeper but m traveling sitting on floor.the bus staff are soo rude n arrogant.dis is worst den traveling in general compartment in train. I tried reaching dem but no response.

Do not book tickets from this agent. They give you the ticket of travels which is not upto the mark of the travel business. Travels are not on time and they are not on time on the destination side. These are the fake agents which are seated to thug the peoples.

Booked ticket for sulthan bathery and when the bus came they told this is the last bus to Kerala and it was not going through kerela. In online booking the seat which cost 799 was sold to me for 1350.

Fake travels. Karnaataka police must take act on this travels they give commission to auto drivers. And All auto drivers who are in surroundings of bus stand they take their auto customers who wants to go bus stand to this travel office and after that this travel agent told to customers that which place u want to go that place sleeping ac bus available in next 20 minutes. And take the bus charge from customers. And he give one token. In That token there is no bus number and there is no bus time. Then it will take all most 6 to 7 hours. To fill that customer seat place in any other travels bus which is going with some available seats. Doing big fraud.

1 star because there is no option to give 0 star. Very bad customer service. Too expensive (Over charging by 50%). Use online booking instead if you can.

BEST THING TO BOOK ONLINE OR DIRECTLY FROM SRS TRAVELS. SAVE. My ticket is 900 rs and saleem travels taken 1300 for per ticket. And BEWARE.they always inform you wrong time about bus and never take your responsibility whether you got the bus or not. IF I SAY SIMPLY THEN THIS TRAVELS ARE TOTALLY FAKE AND THEFT. KINDLY BEWARE AND BOOK ONLINE.

I hope there's a negative rating to this place. This is a big scam running, the auto drivers are the starting point of it. They'll drive you up to this agency and the agency will loot you by taking 2.5x of the ticket price.
They'll hand over some lousy receipt which is not true.
The owner will try to confuse you by saying words like multi axel and in Kannada and will show you a photo of a bus which doesn't even belong to them.
Every person you see has a piece of commision in it the auto driver who dropped you and all.
They'll book your ticket and will make you sit in some other bus which is different from shown. Plus they'll just drop you when the bus is leaving so that you don't have time to argue on it.
Fellow travellers beware only book the tickets online or from any app available.

They are fraud they use to book tickets with higher price than the usual. As well as they use to block all the tickets through red bus and that will not show in app also. Finally they will arrange auto for near by place that will charge around 200 per head. Worst experience. They use to charge 1200 for 600 bus rate double the amount. I kindly recommend people to go to direct travel bus place and book tickets.

Booked and paid for sleeper banglore to chennai but got a seat. And this is only booking office, at the time of booking they will not tell you that bus will not come there. They will arrange some auto or mini bus to send you to other operator.

One of the worst travels ever, even 1 star is maximum for this travels. The agent here tried to cheat us by saying buses are not available and he will told us that he will book for dynamic pricng. Actually in the online there are plenty tickets available and he even directed us towards wrong location and arranged a auto so that they both gain some money. Like this people make travellers life difficult.

I don't know what they can do with the looted money.it creates bad image about Bangalore. Its hard to digest what they did to us.
