Pathetic, staffs are rowdys, taken 500 rs more, fighting with passengers, if you don’t have bus go next day other bus, don’t choose sam tourist bus

Probably the worst tourist bus operators in Bangalore. Interiors were very dirty, absolutely no cleaning and maintenance. Bus broke down two hours into the journey due to oil leak and had to wait for another bus which took almost 2 hours.
Booked tickets on this bus only because it was last minute planning and all other buses were full.
Never ever make the mistake of taking Sam buses again.

Like the worst ever experience a bus can provide you. Bus was at 10, he came to the boarding point at 11: 15.rude staff, neither did they pick up the call nor inform ust hat the bus is late. Pathetic mangement. Staff must learn how to speak to the customers well. Highly not recommended to travel by this agency.

Worst travel experience. Not at maintained and they charge for toilet usage also. Never recommend any one for this bus operator

I had booked last month blr to coimbatore ticket during day journey in semi sleeper
Night before journey ticket was changed to sleeper bus during day which i didnt want and more worse bus was to drop me in coimbatore bypass on the highway rather than in the city which was the original ticket. Seeing this kind of deception i cancelled going in that bus and took another. There was no chance to get refund also as these guys changed the tkt previous night.
Pl.dont go for this travels as you will only be cheated.

Pathetic, services should be improved.
Faced horrible experience recently.
Pickup bus didn't come to boarding points.
No intimation to traveller unless we call the office.
Even if we call, there is no proper response from office or driver.
Stranded 30 passengers in midnight, making us to wait for the bus for more than 2 hours, without a proper justification.
Boarded several extra passengers beyond capacity and made them travel in reserved seats with others (btw those extra passengers were cheated as some travel office guy took money from them ensuring seats, and made them sit in sleeper bus sharing 2 beds with 6 people).
Really bad time with this travels

Worst service i have received from any travels. I love the service i got from Suraj holidays
