One of the worst bus service I've ever faced. I've booked a bus from Bangalore to coonoor on 9th dec and my pick up point was Opposite to Audi showroom, electronic city. I was waiting there and the bus went in a flyover. The bus operator hadn't called me during pickup and left me stranded. I called the operator and his behavior was very bad and he asked me to board from next boarding point which Is 60km away. Worst service.

The driver and the bus manager talked to me with the worst manner did not even cared that I am a women pls don't take this bus. The service is worst

Simply the worst. Third class service. We were asked to confront with agents and hotels ourselves, Upper Management gave reasons like “our employee is a scammer and we have sacked him 2 months back and is seeking notice period nothing much can be done”. Agent abused us and threatened to hold back services after paying more than 4 lakhs.

Booked thro Goibio from Madurai to Bangalore AC seater - travel date 15th Aug 2023. Omni Bus Shop number given in msg was wrong. Contacts # no answer. Was walking up and down to know which shop#. Then Bus was full cold, no blanket provided as promised, not even water bottle. The AC vents in my seat was broken so cannot close it. Top of it, bus broke down in between, had to pay extra for the taxi to reach my place. Fully messed up travel with Sam Tourist. Customer Care girl disconnected my call before explaining all these, not listened anything from me. Then why contact us if you don't want to listen?

Ernakulam to Bengaluru route. Date 26th March, 2023-2tickets costing ₹1360

Semi-sleeper Volvo multi-axle bus with torn seats & broken recline mechanisms broke down before Hosur & we all were hoarded onto another one of their busses coming in the same route and made to stand for over 100+kms which is unsafe and in violation of transport laws instead of providing us with another bus where we could all be seated in and they don't have the courtesy to even apologize for the pathetic service they gave or even refund the passengers 25% trip fare for failure to provide service.

Someone will definitely drag these guys to consumer court someday & they will have to pay dearly compensating. Karma

I booked AC bus Volvo journey dated 24 March 10.15 sam tourist travel in red bus app. I got the message that bus timing changed to 10 30 pm.when I reached near the sv hospital to my shock the bus was a non Ac with a rugged condition.i was cheated.never ever i will book this travels in future

Worst travel agency. I booked the bus 10pm boarding at Madiwala but bus didn’t show up until 12.30 and none of the people from agency responded. I returned to room and lost my money for nothing

1. Rude staff behaviour (i booked from edapally toll city silks. But they called me and ask me to run to some 500metres apart as they were unable to stop due to police. That we can understand, but the way they are asking is like i did a mistake and i should run fast with my 30kg luggage.i told ill not run and to wait there. Ill come slowly. Again he was shouting.

2. I booked for rs 2650!
Even 5star facility volvo is charging less than 2000 even in season. (For eg orange travels.which is private only.yesterday their cost was only 2000rs max.). As a private bus maximum it worth 1600rs maximum. The bus suspension was like vegaland ride.
Last time i travelled in Dreamline which costs around 2200 but it was worth it.

3. Bus started at 8.15pm.
There was no single stop until 4am.
Usually every bus will stop before 12am for food and washroom after that we can sleep properly.these guys i dont know, they planned for stopping at 4am.everyone will be sleeping at that time. So No food. No washroom until 4am.

Worst bus service.the bus was supposed to depart at 10: 20 but it started at 12: 30 PM then within 2 hours of journey it for brokedown near tumkur and it took them nearly about 2 and half hour to fix the issue.

The scheduled arrival time to my destination was 8: 30 Am but I reached at 2pm.

I am never ever going to travel with this folks again in my life.

Thanks for spoiling my journey and my holiday plans.

You people are worst

The worst travels there is. They should really just shut down. Unorganized, not punctual, untidy and the bus almost always breaks down. The staff is unapologetically irresponsible

Please don't book this travels for whatever reason

Booked a ticket for a Volvo Multi-Axle bus but got a regular bus. There was another passenger who also got the same seat number as I got. Will not recommend this tourist company for this reason.

Never ever choose this bus in life. Came to pickup point and drop at 6 hrs late. Never ever choose this bus. If you have any option ban these kind of bus. F. As.

We booked sam travels. The facilities in a bus are very very poor. AC was not working. Fans were not working. As a result of this, Bus doors were kept opened while travelling. We travelled the journey with high risk

SCAM TOURIST BUSES
They are running an elaborate scam by using poorly maintained buses and delaying our journey. As I’m writing this at 5: 49 AM, we have only covered 65 kilometres in 7 hours. We left Bangalore city at 10: 30 PM and are stuck in a suburb called Channapatna.

Horrible and pathetic, please never travel in their buses. First of all the condition of their buses are horrible and worst. KSRTC has much better buses and are reasonably priced. They stopped for dinner at a place where there was no food and
proper wash rooms. When asked ther staff start fighting.

Recently booked bus from Bangalore to Murdeshwar.
My boarding time was 10PM but the bus picked up me at 12: 15 AM.

Travelling agency people, Bus cleaner and driver were very rude and demanding to cancell if you want and they are not informing the exact time and bus details.

Worst and dirty journey experienced with this bus

I suggest never book journeys with this SAM TOURS AND TRAVELS. New name for this agency should be (WORST TOURS AND DIRTY TRAVELS).

Time management is horrible. The bus i travelled was suppose to leave at 9.30 and it left kalasipalayam at 12, this is not first tym happening, two weeks before also i reached destination late even though bus left at 10

Horrible travel experience.
I never had this kind of travel experience. They have given boarding time as 9.45 and the started from boarding point at 10.45 and after that they are just stopping every where and finally after 12.30 they moved from satellite bus stand.

Worst service. Minimum 4 hours delay. Even ticket booking platform (Paytm) also doesn't respond.

Travelled from calicut to Bangalore.
Worst experience. Beds were dirty. Bus was not cleaned. Reached destination 3 hours late. Even my co passenger was not able to attend his exam. Do not choose this travels.

Pathetic service never travel in this agency.even if you go by walking it would still be worth it. Externally rude and unprofessional staff they have, never punctual. The bus is not maintained, there are cockroach everywhere, it smells terrible.

Horrendous experience with this SAM travels. These guys have one job to do that is book tickets for thier customers from one location to another and surprisingly they can even mess up with that simple task. I regret of nothing booking my tickets myself online from redbus or MMT.

The worst travel agency. Had the worst experience. Least cooperative staff. Extremely unorganised and clueless.

Route: Bangalore to Calicut
Bus: AC sleeper
Amount: 1,600

Bus was scheduled for pickup at 9: 30 Madiwala and at 9: 45 after all the passengers raised concerns is when one of the bus drivers realised no bus has been assigned to that particular route. A pick up bus arrived at 11: 30 which took us to Kalasipalya. The bus driver informed he was unaware of the trip until 9: 45 when his manger called him up and requested him to take up this trip.

The bus isn't worth the money you pay. It was an old, unkept, dirty, stinking bus. The sheets and curtains were stinking. So was the carpet. The AC vents were broken. By far, the worst experience I've had.

Oh, and, the bus operator never answers the calls. I tried all 5 numbers they provided during booking. There is no office around. Nobody to help/guide. Bus numbers are never mentioned especially if you book through RedBus. You will have to board every bus to check if that's yours or not.

What should have been a 9-hour comfortable journey turned out to be a 13-hour stressful, uncomfortable, long journey.

Like someone rightly mentioned in the reviews, if you wish to be stranded in the middle of the road, go ahead and book SAM!

One of the worst travel. Any point of time they I'll cancell. Mine is cancelled 3 hours of journey. So please don't book this travel

Very worst experience. Got breakdown in middle. They had no tools. They took wrong way to reach the destination. No break fr breakfast. The bus tat was supposed to be reached at 7 was reached at 1. Very very very worst. The seat had some issues. They weren’t ready to change. After requesting many times they changed it. No concern about anything.

These guys made us wait for 4 hours for the ac problem still the are fixing they told it will take a hour but it is more than a hour

No concern about lady paasengers and kids about wash room matter. Very poor. Irresponsible office and staff. I booked 8 Tickets from Velankanni to Bangalore all lower berth and in front row as the lady passengers have vomiting problem. But when the bus came, they gave all upper berth and the staff said they didnt book my ticket and if wish to travel take the seat available.
Very bad. I will never use this travels in my life time.

Doesn't pick at specified pickup point. Asks to come at starting point at last moment.

Saved some money booking ticket later had to spend double as I they didn't pick at pickup point mentioned previously.

One of the worst service, no punctuality.
Pls reconfirm the drop point before boarding the bus, else they may drop at their convenience.

My journey was from Bangalore to Thanjavur.

Driver name AJAY.
Boarded at kalasipalyam.

HORRIBLE JOURNEY STARTED,! !
bus started by 8.30PM in kalasipalyam and by 9PM, the bus was stopped outside a mall.from 9PM to 10 PM, the bus was turned off and Both driver & conductor disappeared for a while. Dear brothers and sisters, when the bus is starting by 8.30PM, they urge us to reach on time, speak ill even though we are reaching there in the reporting time and they speak very harsh.we risk our lives in heavy traffic and reach the boarding point on time and this is all they do. So, I had to call the bus office twice and then only they called the driver and he started the bus.

SLOWER THAN TORTOISE
The driving speed in highway is less and is about 60 and 70 kmph, even a town bus can do that speed easily with full of people. The highway was empty. No traffic.when I went near the front door, I can see they were chit chatting and not driving.

NO COMFORT
The AC isn't working.every hour, we have to call them and request to switch on the AC. If the driver doesn't do that, I had to call the office and complain.
I called 11PM, 12AM, 1AM and 2.30AM. I called the driver from my alternative number in between, and with a different voice so that he doesn't get doubt that the same person is calling.
We customers are paying our hard earned money for comfortable travel experience and this company is cheating us.

POOR HYGIENE.
I would say, this is a bus full of cockroaches.if you are booking a bus in Sam Tours and Travels, please carry yourself a HIT cockroach spray while you travel.otherwise you cannot sleep.cockroaches are everywhere in the bus.even in the upper seats too.can't sleep and they run on you when you're asleep.
The blanket was too smelly, it was like they haven't washed it for many trips or used by many people.
The bedspread was rough and untidy.
They don't clean it or replace the bedspreads.

BUS CONDUCTOR.the conductor had too much attitude. In the driver's area, there are 5 unprofessional guys seated near the driver area and they were partially drunk.
I wonder how the owners of the company permit this activity.this is unsafe for passengers.

SLEEP DEPRIVATION.
It was 10PM, 11PM 12AM and so on.
I got down from my seat and went there.told them to switch off the blue night lamps as you can see in the images I have attached.
The disturbing night lamp in blue colour is just above your head and they don't even turn it off.
And the bus corridor light is lit ON, all throughout the night.
Looks like the owner of bus is rich or it hasn't reached his knowledge.

EATING PASSENGER'S MONEY.
Those guys seated in the front, they use the water bottles that were supposed to be given to customers and they don't give it or distribute to customers. Dear all, the money we pay includes the drinking water facility. These cats drink up all our water bottles.

RASH Driving - There was harsh and sudden braking and that was really disturbing.
The horn noise is very high inside the cabin, as if honking the horn next to your ear. The driver is using the Horn too much unnecessarily.

INTERIOR DAMAGE - In the image, you can see the curtain holder is broken and was making squeaky noises. No proper maintenance.the company just wants to drink customer's money.

DANGEROUS
ZIG ZAG overtaking at high speeds.
Horrible.
We are holding our breath in this bus.

After Reading this review, I hope you understand how such ppl exist.
Out of rating of 10, my score would be minus 10 (-10/10).
Simply Horrible and waste of money, peace of mind spoiled.

No more booking tickets in Sam Tours and Travels.

They are cheaters, please dont book this if you want a safe journey especially women, they even doesnt pickup the people and never ever payback too

If you are 6 feet and above, do not choose this. The berth is suitable for people who are less than 6 feet. Other than that, it ok.

I booked bus from tanjore to bangalore. The bus was terrible. The bus was full of cockroaches. No proper maintenance, the conductor behaviour was not good no proper response.

Horrible journey.its true they charge less for a.c. And sleeper but it's not worth it.its too noisy and foul smell comes out of a.c. Vents

Horrible experience. Seats are extremely uncomfortable. Also, the driver did not drop us at desired drop points.
Would advice everyone not to use this service.

When we booked the ticket, the dropping point was Madiwala, but after reaching kalasipalaya, they asked to get down and wait for another bus to drop at Madiwala. No bus came for 2 hours and these fu*kers just left. I wont even think to book this horribly worst bus service again.

I had travel from Banglore to coimbatore, they came very late Bus start time was 10.15pm, they reached 11.30pm.bus was not clean to the money they charged. And worst was they dropped in highway to coimbatore telling bus won't go inside city (already I paid 2313Rs for my travel +32rs additional on local bus). Zero value for money.

The Service was worst rather the most pathetic service I have ever experienced in my life.

1. The scheduled pick was at 8.45 however the bus came to pick at 9.30 whereas no information for the delay was communicated its we who were calling the drive again and again to check the status.

2. The scheduled departure for the bus was at 11: 00 however till 12: 15 they did not move it, reason given to us was the other bus having some other customer is late to reach at the point, we waited for almost 1 hour 15 minutes on the road side and asked the drive to atleast poweron the AC however he was not ready to do so and declined our requested stating that while the bus is standing we cant do that.

3. There was no charging slot working for me.

4. The Conductor did not have the etiquette to talk to female and was so harsh.

Who so ever is booking please dont go by the review, it will be totally waste of money.

I have never seen this type of travels in my life, it is waste to give review for this travells
