Visited Sama Wellness Clinic on recommendation of my doctor.
I had low AMH and endometrial lining issues. I was preparing for the IVF cycle but my endometrial lining was not very optimum and after waiting for few months to get minimum required thickness i was referred to Sneha Mam for accupunture therapy. Sneha Mam went through all the scan reports and course of treatment and put me on accupunture therapy and yoga sessions. I was able to see the postive results in the first month only, got optimum endometrial thicknes and egg implantation was successful in the first attempt itself.

I first went to Sama Wellness and met Dr Sneha in Aug 2016. Since then it has been a long journey with her.

I was having trouble conceiving for the second time and like a doctor cum friend she guided and took me through my entire journey.
She has a holistic way of treating the problem of infertility and before telling the patient upfront to try IVF or IUI she will see if the natural ways work. Through Yoga, acupuncture, her multivitamins medicines, pranayama, and diet there was a lot of change in my lifestyle.

I have been told I can refer to the material in lifetime whenever I need. On enquiring they have been telling now I need to pay again for the refresher program.

They have been literally very unfair. Though I was very elighted with weight loss program, they have miselled the product and don't want to help you around. End of of the day it's only money for them and not their business ethics! Please record or download the vedios if you are already taking the course. You can choose better yoga sessions than these if you have not logged into or paid any lump some.

I would like to thank Dr Sneha from the bottom of my heart for presenting our bundle of joy. It was purely because of her acupuncture treatment, yoga and timely suggestion of IVIG treatment that helped me to conceive and deliver our little prince. 21 Days wellness program by Sama Wellness is an apt program for someone who is willing to loose weight and make healthy lifestyle changes. I was part of batch 1 program and I have tried several other diet programs, gym, workouts etc.nothing has ever given me the results that I've been looking for. This program is designed to make a difference in your lifestyle.
If you are someone who has cravings like me for junk and coffee then believe me you can overcome those if you follow the program with dedication.
This has helped me to focus and get to a healthy lifestyle changes (Diet, excercise, self grooming) and loose 3kg of weight.

If u have lots of money and you don't mind spending money on purchasing MLM products then this is the place for you. Every other day she bills on supplements that's MLM based wheatgrass, Oils aromatic, Vitamin C that too highly priced than the market price. She comes in her own time after taking care of her kids even if we travel from a far away place she hardly cares about others time she hardly listens to patients concerns too. Infertility patients spend on whatever Doctors says she knows the business and the trade.if you don't have money don't even think of going there.

I have been struggling to loose weight after my post pregency I tried many diet plans but it's difficult to do my daily routine work. Sama 21 Day Wellness program

I took up this program as a last resort to lose weight. I have been struggling to lose weight for the past 12 years or so and have tried all types of diet, dieticians and naturopathy centres. The only problem with these centres was that once I would return to my busy schedule, the weight would bounce back and with the dieticians, their rigorous regime could not be kept up (I was once asked to let go of junk food, even one spoon of it, for six months). However, Sama21DayWellness program is nothing like the other dieticians' program or naturopathy centres, where you are made to starve for 10 days.

I had a great revelation that weight loss can be achieved with eating healthy and having a balanced diet in this program. Thanks to Dr. Sneha, this program helped me break the plateau with my weight that I could not do it in the past even with starving myself or extreme working out. This program caters to everyone and especially for working women who cannot take out much time from their busy schedule to take care of themselves. This program taught me consistency and eating healthy and having a good self care regime. It has given me a new confidence that weight loss can be achieved with simple changes in life and how important and easy it is to take care of myself and for my overall well being.

I would like to thank Dr Sneha madam for being part of my beautiful journey of pregnancy. I underwent almost 6 months of accupuncture treatment (since I had very long history of lean PCOD) to get my system ready for receiving the most amazing gift of life.

We were referred to Dr. Sneha for accupuncture treatment on fertility related problems. We were bit sceptical about the accupuncture as we were not aware of the benefits. However we had put our trust on Dr. Sneha and continued for 4 months. The sessions had very positive outcome. I used to visit her clinic after my work at 7pm, which was rejuvenating and relaxing. After 4th month I conceived naturally. All thanks to Dr. Sneha and her session. I would highly recommend her treatment for fertility related issues.

My gynecologist recommended Dr Sneha to me. I underwent Acupuncture sessions along with IUI treatment. She also recommended supplements and other things, like fertility yoga which helped. Also the staff there is very helpful. I conceived with IUI and would recommend her for fertility issues.

Acupuncture session is fine. Staff and yoga also good but for me it was of no use with the supplements she provided. She doesn't maintain proper appointment timing, should wait untill she comes finishing her family commitments or should wait for other beds to fill for the session.she did not appreciate my perspective or opinion by reminding that she is the doctor.since I'm kind of a sensitive person personally I felt that little ignorant behaviour but with a smile, so I couldn't argue with her for anything and silently I stopped going: they did not even bother to do follow up or ask wat was wrong (because I believe when you are visiting regularly and stop suddenly they should show the concern to ask the reason). As I have observed she provided same supplements to everybody I feel it as commercialised. Since I'm gluten sensitive she told me to avoid all gluten containing foods, whereas she gave me wheat grass powder which can be contaminated with gluten if it was cultivated with seeds, and also protein supplement which is a biscuit made from wheat flour. So obviously I got disappointed as it didn make any difference with my readings.

I had a very positive experience at sama wellness. Dr Sneha has a very calming and positive effect. Best acupuncture place in Bangalore. I did acupuncture for 3 months and conceived. With the help of diet and supplements. Recommended for everyone who is in need for fertility acupuncture.

I visited Dr. Sneha after multiple ovulation induction failures and 3 iui failure's. Doctors had suggested me to go for ivf as i have no chances of conceiving naturally. Dr. Sneha suggested me to try naturally with acupuncture sessions and prescribed me supplements. I underwent acupuncture for 3 months and i conceived naturally.
