Samanvay Boutique Hotel

It’s right bang on the main road on the entrance to Udupi. Pretty nice and quiet hotel. But something’s wrong here. It has all the makings of a good hotel. Donno something is missing. FOOD… couldn’t have lunch. Think they outsourced it to Paakashala and MTR. Both of them don’t have meals. This is what I kisse when I landed there after a gruelling 9 hour drive from Bangalore. Pure veg hotel. Buffet breakfast had all the local delicacies. Hope they replicate that in the lunch when they decide to.

Very comfortable- great location, plenty of food options in an adjacent building, and courteous staff. Rooms were clean and spacious too. Reception was a pleasant surprise, loved the decor!

Blown away with their wonderful hospitality. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was excellent with so many local authentic dishes cooked only in coconut oil or ghee. And everyday they served so many different kind of dishes for the breakfast. Evening they served Hi tea and snacks. In the ground floor they had MTR (South Indian) and Pakshala (North Indian) restaurants. The hotel is in the center of the city. The admin staff and all the other staff including the door security (dont know their names) were very very polite. When in Udupi think no further, just book your stay in this hotel.

Wonderful little find along the Malabar Coast on our way from Coorg to Goa. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful getting us settled in. The cafe on the 2nd floor was very nice and served excellent tea, coffee and snacks. Our rooms were spacious and clean and everything worked well. Great place to stay with great breakfast spread in the morning.

If you want to feel like a king book it. It is the best hotel at Udupi. Their service is top notch. The quality of food is superb. The service is unparalleled. One of my best experiences at a hotel.

True to its name, it's a luxury hotel. Something went wrong with airconditioner with my room but otherwise it's a fantastic experience.

We have booked two rooms and one room came with extra bed.

The hospitality was great. Were welcomed by lemon drink. The place is pure vegetarian and food is great. They have MTR and pakshala restaurant as well in the premises.

Very clean rooms and the facilities were good.

Best stay for pure vegetarian satvik people. The restaurant doesn't use onion and garlic at all in any of their dishes. It's all purely Jain food. Service was really commendable. Rooms were very near and clean. Loved staying. Highly recommended.

Horrible food. Really bad preparations, all of which tasted the same. Ended up with diarrhea the next day too.

Just Amazing. Those looking for a quaint clean place yet loaded with modern amenities can close eyes and rely on this one. Amazing, friendly, courteous and very very honest staff.

Very rude staff and they are behind your money and charge you money for things like 30 minutes early checkin request.

Nice hotel. Well planned room. They serve bf only. Other meals one need to order from swiggy. There are cpl of restaurants in next bldg. Good for stay for a night or 2 irrespective of holidays or business.

This is an awesome place, very large and clean rooms. I loved the detox water that is kept near the lifts lobby. Ms Ashwini was very courteous and helpful. MTR and Saffron restaurants are in the same building so you can relish food here. The complimentary breakfast served was delicious.

Wanted a room with extra bed for a family of 4 (2 kids). Was refused saying we need to take 2 rooms.went to chithara great place.paid more and worth every penny.

Very clean spacious rooms good breakfast spread. Has been with family. Had a great holiday stay!

Rooms are spacious. Hotel does not have in-dining but MTR and saffron restaurants are attached to the property. Food was good in both the restaurants. Drive distance to malpe beach 10-15 mins. Lobby area was good.

Rooms were good, staff was very polite.
Only negative was that they have limited items for room service, that too till evening only. However they allow delivery of food from swiggy / zomato which solves the issue.

Still here for today night but the place is so awesome that I am writing the review already for it. We stayed in Room 303 and it was neat, clean and comfortable. Robin and Ashvini were utmost helpful and it was a pleasure interacting with them. They suggested both MTR and Saffron as food options and both were super awesome. If you are in Udupi, then hands down Samanvay is the best place to stay for a luxurious cum relaxed stay and right on the main road. Every Udupi visit from now on will be in Samanvay for sure. Kudos to team Samanvay

Good Hotel to stay in udipi. Clean Rooms and staff is helpful. MTR and Saffron Restaurants within the property makes it a perfect stay option.

Great price and the hotel is clean and not too worn like a lot of the places we stayed. Excellent wifi connectivity available. Breakfast is very healthy traditional Indian food (veg only), and they have a very good coffee. Niggling thing is they don't have a room safe, which would have been nice to put passports etc.

The food and stay is great. Great Ambience and a best place to have lunch or dinner with ur friends and family.

Samanvay Luxury Hotel in Udupi. I say in my style tell about the Hotel it's Vera level Really Neat & Well Maintenance Excellent quality in terms of facilities, cleanliness, staff service guest care and food with variety menu. The hotel also offers a complimentary tea, it's good too. The location is easily accessible, well connected and basement parking. Recommendable for families, couples, other travellers as well. The overall ambiance inside the hotel is pretty green and cool a vertical garden. I booked in this hotel in Booking.com.

A great place to stay at Udupi. Great value for money. Very hygienic and very strict about covid protocols. No room service. Only restraunt service. But a bit costly. Better Swiggy.

If you are planning for udupi, then this hotel is the only best option, I loved a lot, and it has two restaurants in thw same area such a good hospitality, staff is soo calm and helpful all the time +5 for them speciall Robin sir, ao clear with thw hotel instructions must go hotel. I could take pics of the hotel entrance only, but the rooms arw also soo good. No metter what room you select, the same treatment you will get from the staff

One of the best hotels to stay while in Udupi. Very clean, decent size rooms, friendly staff and great amenities. Have not experienced such clean crisp linen for long. Taj Mangalore was such a let down when you compare with Samanvay. They can give a good competition to any five star hotels in B grade cities. Very good breakfast spread too.

Nice place, slightly outside the main udupi city, but very nice and peaceful. Rooms are great and well maintained, the staff is helpful and polite. Has MTR right outside, so is a big plus. Has a little spa inside the property. Would recommend

One of the best hotel in udupi. The rates are very reasonable as compared to the quality of hotel. Best south Indian breakfast items. You may get a feel of 5 star hotel in this hotel. Entire staff more particularly the manager had offered best services.

The rooms are neat and clean. The ac was not cooling fine. They have good restaurants. Complimentary breakfast is also good.

Excellent facilities, and service. The A/c temperature was higher than it was showing. Well, we also didn't try complaining as we didn't require it to work properly

A very good boutique hotel. Plush interiors and very comfotable rooms. Hospitality at front office and concierge is awesome. Ultimate part is that MTR Restaurant is adjacent to this property itself.

Good accomodation but pricey. Breakfast was OK. Stay was comfortable. Close to Krishna temple and they help with vip darshan opportunity at the temple.

Just wow. What an awesome hotel. I had booked suite which was beautiful. I wasn't expecting it to be that good as room price was decent (not too high like other hotels) but it turned out to be a great stay with a bedroom and living room both equally sized I guess. Breakfast wa also good. I would love to stay here again if i visit udupi in future. You should definitely book it if you get it at decent price.

The best hotel one can stay in Udupi. Well appointed and clean rooms, very good food and attentive staff. Isn't centrally located but that's definitely l not a deal breaker. Around 1.5kms away from Shri Krishna temple.
