Samsung mobile Service Center

Worst service engineer, Samsung J6 display was broken and display was available in the stock, but service engineer told display won't fit due to bend in the phone and he is not ready to talk to me, why it can't be repaired and i waited for 4 hours he can't give us time for 5 minutes. Then i visited another service centre which is near they told phone bend can be corrected and i am using my phone and writing this review.

Third graded service from people and they don't care about customers. They wanted to find the issue with customers only. No proper service and people are arrogant

Okayish service was a higher prices when compared to other repair shops

This an official samsung repair center. I had replaced my samsung galaxy s9+ battery. It only took 3 or 4 hours for the entire process. They have large seating area with magazines and news papers.
The job done was pristine and efficient.

Avoid taking your mobile to this service center. These guys are pathetic & have zero knowledge on the device.they are fit for carpenter job where they can utilize there skills of removing & tightening screws
