It’s a worst place ever I have visited to purchase a phone. I booked SamsungS24+ on prebooking later I had to cancel that booking. They said refund will be provided and I am still waiting for the refund and it’s almost a month and still they are giving reasons and not providing the refund for the booking. I am daily following up with them and no proper response. The response I saw when I was booking the phone is not there now and no importance given for the customer. Worst service ever seen.
Went to get an issue with my Samsung Flip rectified. This is an issue that a lot of the flip phones are suffering from and the issue was a loose battery ribbon. The staff hardly looked at the phone and then told me that the phone display needed to be changed. The display is working perfectly and for anyone who is event slightly technically competent, you can see that the display is fine. I find it frustrating that a company like Samsung tries to cheat customers like this.
I would like to say that this place is like a dreamland. I would like to thank Ms. Anju Sharma who guided me in purchasing the best smartphone and also helped me with setting up my phone with kindness and absolute support. Visit if you probably have big ticket items to buy as those counters usually are ready to service at any time. I came in for a screen guard change twice. Once at 4 PM on a Sunday and the person had gone for lunch with no back up person at the counter. I returned the next day at 11 AM and they were all in some kind of team huddle and again had to wait. I fail to understand why team debrief has to happen after the store is open. Isn't this something that you need to do before you open your doors to customers? What terrible service. Also, I waited for 10 mins for this meeting to get over only to be told the person who mans the "Personalize" section doesn't come in till 12 PM. So, if you need small things done, don't waste your time here.

Waste of time with their unprofessional and untrained staff! Feels like you are speaking with some college kids, and they call it as experience center! Went there with family to purchase Samsung fold and an offbeat speakers traveling 15kms (and you know what it means in Bangalore's traffic:) after reading rating and reviews. Not sure how a Store can manage so many fake/forced reviews as the staff there are not interested in their work, full time pass mode. Met one of their staff named JUHI who doesn't care to attend any customer, busy in her own world. You will learn the real meaning of ignorance here. But the good news is that it pushed us to explore one plus and ended up buying OnePlus open in a regular showroom where the staff was well trained and mature. Best to buy online if you are a die hard Samsung fan since even prices are far better as well compared to this store.
P. S. Today I realised why online business is killing the offline one - remove the inefficient & non motivated staff/human interaction and it works perfectly!
Most incompetent service team, had been there with my Galaxy Active 2 LTE watch, the display adhesive had popped out and the display was working absolutely fine. All they had to do is just remove the display from the relay and put adhesive on the dial and stick it back but the lady who saw the watch had absolutely no brain, guess she did not even check for the model of the watch, she said the complete display with touch has to be changed and will cost 8K to fix it, in today’s Samsung website listing, the brand new Galaxy activ 4 watch itself will cost you 10K. She was not even ready to listen to the actual problem. It’s such a shame that these dumb people are sitting in Samsung Landmark Opera House. Disgusting support and will not buy Samsung product again

A must visit place for tech enthusiasts. Its a heaven for Samsung fans. Visited during a weekend, there were moderate crowd. The staffs are friendly and there is good bathrooms too. The atmosphere and the surrounding of the building is excellent.
We had a wonderful experience at the Samsung opera house. We were well attended by Sabbhir who explained us about the Frame TV features. He was helpful right from purchase to post purchase and answered all our queries. It made it very easy for us to decide on the purchase of TV. Will highly recommend visit to Samsung opera house.
This is the largest SAMSUNG exclusive store & experience centre in Bangalore. You will get all the latest SAMSUNG gadgets here. There is StarBucks inside the opera house, to have beverages along with experiencing the latest techs. People who already have SAMSUNG products or planning to buy SAMSUNG products, must visit here once atleast.
No customer support from here. They are seems like bank. By visiting here, I have lost my faith on SAMSUNG products. I paid around 75000/- Indian Rupee for Samsung S8+ when it launched, but after 5 years it is not working. This people says mothers bord of this phone is gone after 5 year. There is no stock of spare part right now. I concern about that, if some one purchase every new product from Samsung, they loose their data, business, money, time everything in short time of span. The higher authority of the Samsung may not aware of this. And it is the duty of higher authority to look after customer when they run their sales in India. Here it indicate, it have more opertunity in India for many quality service and best customer support for other good brand (company) in Digital Devices. Next purchase by me only will be Apple phone or any other brand ; certainly not Samsung products. I believe and not only believe but it is the real fact that, the quality service only achieve public support, and we public are not enemy to anyone. Device details: Samsung S20+ Issue: Vertical blur lines on display 9th May 2023-> visited the service center and was informed that the display will be replaced, just have to take backup and submit. Next working day -> Visited the store again and after rebboting phone and getting device backed up for submission. 14th May 2023-> Informed by team over call that since there is a small dent on the display it will not be covered.
The only issue is that they showed zero intention of actually helping out. If the dent was going to be an issue, i could have been informed on 9th May itself. I had to go through the trouble of taking a backup, rebooting, visiting the store multiple times and also using a spare handset in the meantime.
All this, just to begin again from where i started. On top of that, the executives are fairly rude in their behaviour-> both in person and call.
I request not to visit this samsung center and avoid wasting your time
I really loved the aesthetics of this place. I got the chance to visit this place as I have gone for my SSB at Service selection centre, south. This place is located in a posh area and also you could get all type of samsung devices here whether it is mobile phones, earphones, headsets, refrigerators, LED TV, speakers, gaming equipment. Everything is available here. Also the lighting and weather of bangalore made it a cherry on cake.
I went to purchase a TV in August 2021, which I eventually I bought from Amazon finally (Samsung Frame 2021 model). Here are my observations.
1. Arrogant Salesman who had no idea of technicalities of TV vs ongoing discounts VS Which model will have what features.
2. Number of TVs on display was less than what you can find in any other multi brand showroom like Croma/Reliance Digital or even Branded showrooms like LG/Sony
3. No parking facility even though it is on Brigade road, where you cannot get a parking space in daytime
4. Salesman pushing a different model of TV which btw is a entry level 4K TV (AU9070) when I had no intention on compromising on my feature checklist.
In total, it was my waste of time in the store. All the experiences which it promised were false.

Visited here on 21 sep to get a Samsung Mobile repaired. The fast charging on my 1 year old phone (worth 20k+) went kaput. Poor show Samsung. The place has been tastefully done, however, the customer service section on the 1st floor is managed by a security guy, so much for " customer is king". They don't seem to have many spares at hand. You have to leave your phone with them till the part arrives to repair and you collect after 2/3 days. Had to remind them on the third day. Phone working OK now. Hope it does not recurr.
It's awesome. I have went here for samsung mobile service. The staff is very polite and good answerable. And reasonable cost for service we have given a mobile for screen change they did well and quick.
So my father tried to gift me a Samsung s21 ultra and the staff made it a really seamless experience by providing end to end help from consultation to the data transfer. The staff and officials are courteous and professional. The corona / Covid 19 protocols are are strictly adhered to. The crowd was limited owing to pandemic protocol. This outlet is easily accessible and quite visible from road inspite of heavy trafiic. If you like Samsung stuff, this is a must go place.

Less product collection compare to other samsung dealers and samsung website, was disappointed for visiting it and coming empty handed it's just for marketing not serious for sales.
It is nice big place located in very good location. When I went there was almost nil crowd. The place has adequate security and covid related precautions taken for safety of visitors. However, I was little disappointed on my visit. I went to check out Galaxy M series mobile phone and to my surprise there was not a single demo phone available in any of M series model. (Though demo phones were available for other models and staff was courtious enough to explain all details and clear ur all query) I mean this is samsung experience center and you do not have demo phone available for the models which is highest selling models in India. Not only that, the specific model (M31s) which I went to enquired was not even in stock. I returned empty handed and disappointed. PS: I am still willing to give them benefit of doubt because of prevailing Covid situation for not having adequate stocks.

Samsung is not good company, you first go buy one plus gadget very nice it is. Samsung phone have so many inbuilt apps bcuz of that storage is kali, you can't even uninstall that apps. What scam this is. You don't use samsung go throw in dustbin and buy one plus mobile

What a fantastic transformation of an old and iconic landmark, The Opera House. Kudos to Samsung India for infusing a new life to this century-old property while maintaining its old world charm. Nice place to rest one's legs for a short while in the open air section. A treat for the eyes and a new landmark for the city reborn.
Good time pass place to relax. They have many interesting and free to experience Virtual Reality stuff (if they are in working condition). And, if you are serious about purchasing Samsung items then no better physical store than this to get genuine items!
Amazing just amazing must go place and also there is a option of experiencing before buying something. If you are tech savvy like me I would like to tell you that it is your heavenly place where you cannot be unseen as your face and behaviour would tell everything.
Very spacious establishment. It projects itself as world's largest mobile experience center. It could be true. It has a section for range of TVs on display as well. Extremely huge TV on right side after you enter is a highlight for the entire store. It has outside seating as well if you want to sit and discuss something.
