Samsung Service Care Whitefield

Don't call the number listed here, they are scammers. I had a service related issue in my high end Samsung fridge. The call went to one lady she assigned some unqualified people, they don't have any credentials to show that they are either franchise or their party. The one who came to my house to repair is a PUc candidate has no idea about electronics at all. His scam manager called him and told him that to take the electronics board and charge 12K (the call was so much audible and we had to confront) sensing trouble he changes to send an other real engineer. When we asked for Id card or visiting card he shares some unrelated id card which has no mention about their listed Smasung services. May be the business listed here is genuine but some one has scammed us routing the calls and editing the number whatsoever may be true.
