Samsung Service Center

Misleading and quoting wrong information and cost in multifold.for a simple backlight replacement costing 3k (including service) I was quoted 10K. Part cost is 5k and service cost 5K: (but as per Samsung Customer Care its part cost + 1018 service charge ONLY. Be aware before you approach them for any service.

It doesn't exist at the given location. No clue where is it exactly and none seem to bother about at least updating their exact address. This says much about how do they operate.

The experience was not so good I had went there for my mobile phones issue as it was in cycle restart. They charged amount for the work as same issue started again as soon as I reached my home.
My experience was bad.

Initially the service centre representative told there was only battery issue while handing over the phone. Later on, they informed that there was an issue with motherboard also, in which case we would not have deposited phone with them!

Very efficient customer service centre of Samsung. Authentic. Transparency in prices for repairs.

Very crowded yet professional. They track your service requests, all the way. Fully electronic. Way better than others

Very poor service, service technician came and did the half service, taken the whole service amount including spare part amount, Now I am calling everyday, he is not ready to pick the call
