Customer can get in hand experience with latest model, prices are not cheap and we don't get fat discount. Exchange and buy back offers are not handled properly, being a Samsung store they should match old Samsung device exchange price with online stores but it won't happen here.

Worst experience. The salesperson asked me to visit again 3 times for a screen guard that wasn't coming from company. Pathetic

Be carefull guys without our knowledge they stell our samsung points and they redeem them self they ask for OTP to login but they ill not inform anythg about this.

Very much disappointed while buying i felt happy but later when they opened the box did not allow me to check the product he made me to wait for More than a hour but did not give 1min to check the physical damage, even did not tell after activation cannot give replacement, the phone was scrach and then he was not ready to give replacement even bill also was not raised if they really providing nice service to the customer they would have given replacement i never refer this shop to anybody i did a mistake i would have brought from Sangeetha which is next to this shop. There is no value for customers and their money here
