Worst customer service ever. I ordered a lehenga worth 25000 and they shipped it to wrong address. When I contacted them they were playing around asking me to contact different people but none of them responded well or helped me. It’s not a small amount to ignore so after chasing them for 3-4 months, they said they will ship another piece to correct address but nothing happened. They just ignore all my calls and messages. They behave as if it’s my fault even though it’s theirs. I never received my outfit. Very unprofessional team and worst online shopping experience. I’d give negative rating if possible. DO NOT TRUST them and loose your money.

Menswear is over priced for no reason! Wouldn't buy again! I was even told the mirror work was of real mirrors, but they turned out to be acrylic mirrors!

Men's collection are really good, quality which you can get from Samyakk is best.

I purchased a beautiful saree and the quality was extremely good. They have very nice collection and the staffs are very cooperative. The designs are very traditional yet trendy. I had a wonderful experience and this is my all time favourite for ethnic wear.

Not always online shopping works but in my case shopping with Samyakk has always been a win. I can pretty much trust them with everything I order and the measurements.

My sister bought a birdal lehenga, which is beautiful which I m sure outside we might get at much lesser price than what we pay here. My complain is not the price, it is the service. I m ready to pay so much because I want good service. Till you buy products from them it's all good. One we have done the payment then their tone changes automatically the amount of attention we are suppose to given is nil and the launguage, wow like seriously.the manager ignored us because he dint wanted to talk to us, and after much stuggle we got him and he used the slang word "aapne tho dabba maarliya", excuse you do not give a pin for free you think u will give the bridal lehenga box for free, we have paid for it and he says aap logone tho dabba bhi maar liya. How lame. I think the owner should have a close watch on the employees and please train them to give the customer service at the beat.highly disappointed

At the first glance when you browse and pick you best interest items it appears to be smooth sail but soon you place order and make payment, all complications start.
Kind of merchent who gives you invice of shipping, cost plus taxes and accpets payment but after payment contacts you on whatsapp that your oder has hidden cost of extra shipping charges.
Happened to me twice, I believe happened to thousands of order of customers.
Be careful of merchent with these strange business stargeties.

I bought a lehenga on March 16th. I was suppose to receive my product at the end of April. I contacted them April 13th asking if the COVID lock down affected my order.they said it did not and that it would be shipped the next week. I contacted them on April 25th and they didn’t even have the product yet. Since this would not be available for my wedding and they didn’t even receive the product yet I asked for a refund.they did not give me a refund even though they said they would process it. I contacted them on May 13th and May 25th about the refund. Both times they said they would process the refund and they did not. It is now June 20th and I still have not received a refund. I had to submit a claim with PayPal and consumer complaints hoping they can help with the process.

I purchased a beautiful burgundy tuxedo from Samyakk during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and felt badly doing so; but they provided excellent customer service and personal care with measurements and through the entire process. I was impressed! The tailor who made the beautiful garment provided personal assistance and kept in contact with me. The garment was made in the stated timeframe and FedEx delivery to San Francisco, CA was took less that a week. The custom tuxedo was beautifully made and sizing was almost perfect with only minimal alterations to fit perfectly. I was hesitant to purchase since Samyakk was so far away; but I am so happy that I did it! The tuxedo is gorgeous and was well made! I am impressed, so thank you Samyakk!

I sincerely suggest people not to buy anything online from this store as they are not open for exchange/returns if the customers hv any issue regarding the colour or quality. When online brands like Amazon, Myntra n flipkart allow for returns n exchange, wonder why you people can't follow suit. Totally disgusting!

Always ask for material sample before placing the order.
Neither they allow to take photos nor they will give material sample on their own. You will be left with nothing to prove your point later in case of any mismatch.
Even when I had photos of the product for which I placed order, it was of no use. They simply said photos are deceptive.
Also, they will not entertain these things after order is placed.
Be a smart consumer and dont just blindly rely on the brand name.

Bought my wedding bridal lehenga from Samyakk and the whole process was as easy as could be. Delivery was on time.and my outfit was absolutely BEAUTIFUL.completely handmade, embroidered with the most work put in possible. I could not have loved it more.it was a bit big on me but probably because I lost a couple pounds. I was easily able to take the blouse in.would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for a bridal outfit. My mom also bought several outfits, including mother-of-the-bride saree from Samyakk and they were great!

Very disinterested staff. We waited unattended for half an hour. Infact, they were explicitly happy when we left. Highly not recommended.

I was always in love with Samyakk since 2008 and have recommended them to many of my friends and family. Not any more. I am writing this not after one failed order but I feel cheated with last 4 of my orders placed in 2020 and 2021.
Cherry on the top is - The latest sarees I ordered were returned and got an update that they have received the sarees back but with no money refunded. IN spite of repeated follow ups no update not money coming back. DO NOT BUY!

The bridal wear is old and the lehengas are worn out, you don't get the lehengas soon, you gotta wait because they alter the product and refurbish the clothes as per your needs, this store is the worst store. The staff argues with the customers instead of treating them politely.

I strongly recommend not to buy any clothes from here, all dresses & sarees are defective. When you buy clothes from here they immediately don't give you the product, they alter the product and all their products are old and damaged, the shop is overhyped and the products here are not worth the price, they charge thousands of rupees for ordinary clothes.

Samyakk has good collection and I have shopped multiple outfits before. This is a very genuine review and i dont have any grudge against this shop, they have beautiful designs and i personally love their collection. This time I decided to order online and the only review I can give is they have a super super pathetic customer service.

When I ordered the first product and initiated return, i managed to courier after multiple follow ups. However money now is not returned stillw within 7 days. There is no proper reply and just keep telling me money will be credited today tomorrow and so on.no money returned till date.

Now I order the second product with a resham dori work because I had an occasion to attend.when I was sent the product I was sent with some different color dupatta and resham dori work has come off. Now the person handling online sales states that order can only be replaced not returned. I understand the replacement polic. However i would want to return the product. Policy states if I don't like a product I can return within 7 days. The superb reply i got was since they returned the first product they wont return the second one. What sort of policy is this. (P. S I could not find anything written as such)
I have my money wasted now for 20k (first and second order combined). This shop has good designs but need to really really work on customer handling. I am posting below photos of conversation and chats so that it's clear what I am referring to. Please be super careful when you order from such shops.
