Chakra was super kind and helpful. Very sweet and warm staff of Sanchez. We loved the food, ambience and service. We also appreciate Rajesh's patience in explaining every dish and taking extra care of us. We will visit again.

Extremely over priced Indian version (mostly rajma chawal = burito/ burito bowl) of Mexican food.

The place is really great. Open air at the heart of UB city. The food was also good. Must visit once for sure. Loved the cheesecake and the apple tart too. Would surely go again for the cheesecake. Economical to use the zomato pro discount.

Tried sushi (prawn based) for the first time and absolutely loved it. Good ambience. Food tastes really good. Good quantity. Good cocktails.
They could improve the service.
Sushi people try out all of them. They taste amazing.

It was a pretty average restaurant. Its service is not that great. Taste is not like it used to be before. Somehow I miss the Mexican taste here. That 2 stars is for the churros which was good.

There were some ok things about Sanchez and some not good things about it.
The vegetarian steamed dimsums were good.
We had ordered guacamole, which was supposed to be a live guacamole but they just gave us a dip with few nachos. We were shocked to see the price of that once bill came. It was around 850+ rs. It was criminal to charge this much for a dip.
We asked for Mango salsa too, which was more of a flowing mango juice. Had to return that but they replaced it with another mango salsa which was still edible.
Anyways, I'm not sure if I'm going back for the food there.

If you are at this place you need to definitely try tres leche dessert (3 types of milk) I loved it.
And we had gaucomole and tacos it was pretty decent loved the ambiance.

Tried the dimsums, only two options were available. Shrimp dumplings and aromatic spicy chicken dumplings. Very inconvenient to eat using fork, no chopsticks were provided. Taste wise decent though, no black bean sauce was provided which could have elevated the experience. The cilantro chicken soup was very soulful. Coming to baos, the special sauce ruined the experience, the fish and mushroom baos both tasted average and experience was full as the sauce notes were hitting the nose and had slight pungency.

Ideal place for family and friends hangout. Peaceful and warm. Staffs are well mannered. A steward named Chandan was so patient, gave a good service. Helped us with choosing from menu, served well and was very hospitable. Such guys are assets to any organisations.

Loved the place. A good place to experience Mexican food. The chicken enchiladas and tacos were yummy to feast on. Do not miss to order Tres Leches dessert, it was the best I had. The mini cones were also tasty. The staff were courteous and friendly.

The food is amazing. Atmosphere is good and the staff is always friendly. I love the place because I went there first time on my birthday.

A really good place for mexican food in Bangalore. Only order the Tres Leches for dessert the churros ain't up to the mark.

It was such a delight. Their Guacamole and Mexican skewers are to die for. Not to forget their Sanchez Fiesta Nachos. It's quite expensive when it comes to the food and stuff but it's worth the price. It's sure worth a try if you love Mexican food.

Nice place as far as food etc is concerned. Service is pathetic. Someone who claimed himself to be the restaurant Captain, Satya was adding to the pathetic service. Imagine waiting 20 min for refill of beer glass. And resin given is that there are too many people. BEST IS TO AVOID!

I visited this place on a weekday with my friends but it was still a busy place. Sanchez and their next door restaurant, Sriracha, share their kitchen and hence you get the best if both places right at your table. Smoking is allowed only at the bar counter.
Food: 5/5 would definitely recommend for a nice Mexican meal
Hygiene: 5/5 After every customer, they sanitize the whole table.
Music: 1/5 Live music artist could not do justice to the famous songs he chose to play. It ruined the whole experience even from far away.
Service: 2/5 the service was kinda slow. For any additional requests, servers had to be reminded again.

Until today, Sanchez has been a favourite hangout for us for many years. We frequently visit Sanchez on Saturdays and Sundays. Today, as usual we asked for an outside table and we were asked to wait. They said a table will be given in the sequence of waiting. We waited at the bar counter for an hour and to our utter dismay, we saw two tables given to people who registered after us. When another table cleared up and when we questioned on why a table had not been given to us, a waitress gave the table. But when we went to sit there another waitress asked us to give it away for someone else who had walked in 5 mins back.reason.they were four people and we were two. When it was told to us many times in the past and today that the tables will be given in sequence of who has come in, it should not have mattered if it's 4 or 2 people at the table. Its unfortunate that the manager did not try to sort out the issue at all nor were they apologetic for what was done. We are extremely dissappointed to say that these many years of frequenting the place amounted to such a treatment. We will never visit Sanchez ever again! They have just lost a frequent customer!

My experience in Sanchez restaurant & cantina in UB city mall, Bangalore was quite unpleasant. I don't recommend this place for anyone as it displays neither Mexican culture nor cuisine in the true form. Chef's special, Tamale, was 2 small rolls served with 2 miniature cups of rice. It's a total rip off! We also ordered burrito bowl which was decent for the portion but did not taste anything like an authentic Mexican dish. However, my disappointment was slightly gone with Tres leches. Overall, I wouldn't come here again.

If you're looking for authentic Mexican experience, Sanchez is the place. The place located aptly atop UB City building and nestled right next to Sriracha - a pan Asian restaurant. The restaurant provides an airy ambience and also has love music.

The food is amazing and righteously delicious. It has everything from Pico-de-gallo (tomato based) to Chocolate Molé. You can choose from a vast plethora of dishes - be it Tacos, Taquitos, Quesadillas, Nachos, Fajitas, Tamales, Chimichangas, BBQ pork ribs, herbed Chicken, salads, Churros and more.

For drinks, the place is well equipped for hard and soft drinks ranging from wine, tequila, cocktails and mocktails.

Sanchez has been a good experience, the only thumbs down is the food portions that were served.
