HELLO! SAURABH. Thank you for being a valuable Customer from past 7 years. As we have received the Blazer for examine, there is a stitching issues with it. The thing is that we have not received the bill or the tag with the Blazer still we have initiated for the Examine the Blazer. Those Stitching has removed not because of the Dry Cleaning it’s because poor stitching and fabric. If you say that due to the Dry Cleaning, We assure you that it doesn’t happen such way it’s should remove all the stitching of the Blaz valuable customer. You have witnessed the sancy’s from 7 years. Terrible Terrible Service - Run far away from this one.
I had given my sister's Michael Khors down jacket and clearly asked them to take up only if they have experience with down. They firstly washed it in water and packed a soaking wet jacket isin plastic and develivered. They did not reimburse nor did they help us out. Pathetic, absolutely pathetic.
I had horrible experience and service at Sancy’s dry cleaning. They have spoiled my clothes which costs me 12k and now they can’t the responsibility. I suggest everyone not to take their service; there are so many better places where they do much much good service. This place is a scam
Horrible experience with the team, not at all helpful. If you lose your invoice you're not getting your clothes back for sure! Even though I was able to tell the exact date and time of drop off, the number of clothes in the order and other details.
Always found best and timely service at the store. Completely Organized. Simple and good quality wash. If they keep maintaining consistency, then it will awesome
0 stars if possible! They have burnt my saree worth INR 4000 are offering INR 160 as compensation! The audacity and the cheek! Was promised a callback by the manager on Wednesday, still waiting for this. Informed the customer care to cancel the entire service (total bill amount approx INR 6000) and they have gone ahead and processed the order nonetheless and are demanding payment and collection. Appalled by the level of customer service and blatant disregard for clients' personal effects. Dear Sancy's, for you they maybe just clothes and commodities, but for most people they are sentiments and heirlooms!
Gave a kurta for dry cleaning and got it delivered the way it was given for dry cleaning. Not even 5% of the stains were removed. Way to expensive and terrible customer service. Would not recommend this laundrette. BIG NO.
If there is negative star then i would have given that. Very bad & pathetic experience. The so called customer service person were not responsible for anything. Brach was closed when went for collection without any prior info.
Non-Caring, Unprofessional and an absolute rip-off when it comes to customer service. They have stained / damaged my trouser (Oil Stains) and having returned it 4 days back I still don't have an update. The customer service representative is very unclear in understanding what the problem and her standard answer is "manager is out of station" and no update will be given till he returns.guess what - she does not know when he's returning.
In the past they had damaged a T-Shirt (iron mark stains) and 2 caps but I thought of it being a one off and continued. Mistake was mine. There are other/better/more cost effective options.
On a side note - the guy who is managing this store will not have any answers for you. He's a good guy but unfortunately just a collector / returner of the clothes you give him. His standard answers is "talk to the customer care" which like I've mentioned above is absolutely useless.
